Definitions
- the invention relates to a hexagonal silo.
- Round silos and so-called rectangular silos are known in particular from the prior art.
- round silos it is so that individual cylindrical containers are provided, which stand side by side on the ground.
- Rectangular silos are characterized by having such Can build rectangular silos in one or more than one building.
- the size of a single version of a rectangular silo is for economic reasons with a capacity up to about 250 m 3 .
- larger versions are possible, but such a rectangular silo becomes uneconomical due to the exponentially increasing wall thicknesses.
- Such problems are less in the round silo, ie a round silo can also be created in individual passages, which have a capacity of much more than 250 m 3 .
- a hexagonal silo is from the outer contour ago a geometric structure that comes very close to the shape of a round silo as a single cell in terms of volume, but due to the hexagonal basic shape of such a hexagonal silo can still be used as a building structure.
- Hexacillosis are already known from the prior art. To refer here is to the DE 1 962 242 U1 ; the way in which the connection of the walls takes place here is not recognizable in detail. From the FR-A-1389813 Cell silos are known with cells of various shapes, including, inter alia, hexagonal cell silos. However, the cell walls are made of corrugated metal, wherein the cell wall made of corrugated metal sheet is welded to a running perpendicular to the cell wall metal strip, wherein the metal strip is part of the support of a silo cell.
- FIG. 1 Another design of a hexagonal silo is from the DE-OS 24 24 143 A1 known. From this reference round supports are known, the Have round supports on their circumference at a distance of 120 ° so-called centering cams. Such centering cams are - as far as can be seen - welded to the circumference of the tubular support.
- the centering cams are each detected by a so-called head profile, which presents itself as a U-profile, wherein wall panels are welded in trapezoidal shape to the head profile.
- the connection of the head profile with the centering cam is effected by a screw, wherein the centering cam has a corresponding internal thread.
- a silo with hexagonal single cells is also from the US 7,392,624 B2 known. It can be seen from a variety of different variants of supports, the supports themselves are relatively expensive to manufacture. There are known supports, which are subjected as perforated plates of a certain shape. Furthermore, these are For example, supports known, which are constructed in layers. In any case, as already stated, the production of silos with such supports very expensive and therefore expensive.
- a hexagonal silo has various advantages over a rectangular silo, in particular that of the increased volume compared to a rectangular silo with relatively reduced surface area, so that a solution has long been sought in the art, with the simpler and more cost-effective Production of a hexagonal silo is possible.
- each support three dome strips at an angle of approximately 120 ° to each other for receiving the silo walls, wherein the dome bars also have a trapezoidal contour corresponding to the silo walls, wherein on the support body, the dome bars are arranged to extend in the longitudinal direction of the support, wherein on two opposite walls of the support body in each case a dome strip at an angle of 60 ° is arranged to these walls of the support body, wherein one of these two walls connecting third wall of the support body has a further dome bar at an angle of 90 ° to this third wall, wherein the hexagon silo two unte has different supports, which differ in that in the support body of a first support mounted at an angle of 90 ° to the third wall dome bar in the longitudinal direction of the support body is offset by half a Trapezbau height compared to
- the supports differ only in that the dome bar projecting at a right angle from the third wall is seated at one support on one side of this wall at the upper end of the support body, whereas the second support is characterized in that this dome rail is mirrored at the third Wall of the support body is attached. That is, the trapezoidal contour of the dome bar commutes about the central longitudinal axis of the rectangular support body, or in other words, the perpendicular to the third flank extending dome bar is rotated in a first support relative to the other second support by 180 ° about the longitudinal axis of the dome bar on the Flank of the respective support body arranged.
- the support body is designed as a square tube.
- the advantage of using so-called square tubes is that such tubes are available with a wide variety of wall thicknesses, so no special designs are required, which would affect the price of such a support.
- the Dome strips are advantageously welded to the support body, thereby achieving that the dome bar uniformly over its entire length. This in contrast to the prior art, in which the individual head profiles that receive the walls, are bolted to individual centering cams.
- the connection of the walls with the dome bars is done by a screw, the dome bar has a corresponding hole pattern.
- Silos are manufactured at any height.
- mandrels ultimately serve not only as connecting means, but also as a centering aid when putting the individual supports on each other. Since the upper supports must absorb lower loads than the underlying supports, it is provided according to a further feature of the invention that the upper support body have a smaller wall thickness, as the lower support body.
- the generally designated 1 silo block comprises a plurality of individual cells 10.
- Each individual cell consists of several supports 20, 30, wherein the support 20 according to the training Fig. 2 and the support 30 according to the training Fig. 3 shows.
- the support 20 and the support 30 have a support body 21, 31 as a square tube.
- the coupling strips 25, 26 (35, 36) are welded to the walls 22, 23 (32, 33) at an angle a of 60 ° to the wall with trapezoidal contour.
- the trapezoidally shaped coupling strips 25, 26 (35, 36) have a plurality of bores 25a, 26a (35a, 36a) for screw connection with the silo walls, which also have the same trapezoidal contour.
- third wall of the support body has the further coupling bar 28 (38), wherein the difference between the two supports according to Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 It is that the dome bar 28 (38) is rotated about the longitudinal axis by 180 ° or mirrored on the wall 27 and 37, respectively.
- the dome strip 28 (38) also has bores 28a, (38a) for screwing with the silo walls.
- the post further shows four mandrels 40 on the face of the post body, with each dome being located in the corner of the post body. These mandrels 40 are used to center and ultimately also the fixation of the above or below associated with this pillar body, further support body. This does not mean that, if appropriate, no further connecting means are provided between two superposed supports, for. B. tabs to make the connection between the two supports more stable.

Description
US 7,392,624 B2 bekannt.
- Fig. 1
- zeigt in der Draufsicht einen Ausschnitt aus einem Siloblock mit sechseckigen Einzelzellen;
- Fig. 2
- zeigt in perspektivischer Darstellung eine erste Stütze;
