Claims (7)

  1. Fixiersystem für vertikale Verkehrszeichenelemente und dergleichen, umfassend einen Pfosten (4) für ein Verkehrszeichen (5);
    das Fixiersystem ferner umfassend ein Verankerungsteil (1), welches in der Aufstellposition des Systems in einen im Boden (3) angeordneten Betonblock (2) eingeführt ist,
    wobei das Verankerungsteil (1) einen vertikalen axialen Hohlraum (1a) und ein oberes Ende (1b), von dem ein perimetrischer Rand (1c) vorsteht, welcher auf der Oberfläche (3a) des Bodens (3) aufliegt, umfasst,
    ein Fixiermittel zum Fixieren des Pfostens (4) an dem Verankerungsteil (1) und ein Immobilisierungsmittel zum Immobilisieren des Fixiermittels in dem Verankerungsteil (1),
    wobei das Fixiermittel ein Flanschelement (6) ist mit einer unteren Platte (6a), welche mit dem perimetrischen Rand (1c) des Verankerungsteils (1) verschraubt werden kann, und einer Klemme (6b), umfassend ein Befestigungsteil (6c) und zwei Klemmarme (6d, 6e), wobei der vertikale axiale Hohlraum (1a) einen Querschnitt aufweist, der komplementär ist zum Querschnitt des unteren Endteils (4a) des Pfostens (4) zum Aufnehmen des unteren Endteils (4a) des Pfostens (4) eines Verkehrszeichens (5), welcher in dem vertikalen axialen Hohlraum (1a) durch das Fixiermittel fixiert ist,
    wobei das Befestigungsteil (6c) integral mit der unteren Platte (6a) ausgebildet ist,
    wobei sich die Klemmarme (6d, 6e) von dem Befestigungsteil (6c) auskragend zueinander hin von dem Befestigungsteil (6c) weg erstrecken, wobei die untere Platte (6a) ein unteres Durchgangsloch (6f) aufweist, welches einen Abschnitt des unteren Endteils (4a) des Pfostens (4) umgeben kann, und wobei zwischen den Klemmarmen (6d, 6e) ein Spanndurchlass (6g) definiert ist, in dem der Pfosten (4) gebunden ist, wenn eine Klemmschraube (7) angezogen ist,
    wobei das untere Durchgangsloch (6f) und der Spanndurchlass (6g) jeweilige Querschnitte aufweisen, welche komplementär sind zu Außenquerschnitten von jeweiligen Abschnitten des Pfostens (4), die von ihnen umgeben werden, wenn der Pfosten (4) in den vertikalen axialen Hohlraum (1a) des Verankerungsteils (1) eingeführt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Pfosten einen geschwächten Bereich umfasst und dass sich das Befestigungsteil (6c) bei in den inneren Hohlraum (1a) des Verankerungselements (1) eingeführtem unteren Endteil (4a) des Pfostens (4) in einer Position befindet, welche zu dem geschwächten Bereich (4b) in dem unteren Endteil (4a) des Pfostens (4) korrespondiert, wobei die Position des geschwächten Bereichs (4b) ausgewählt ist aus einer Position, wo der geschwächte Bereich (4b) von dem Befestigungsteil (6c) des Flanschelements (6) umgeben ist, und einer Position, wo sich der geschwächte Bereich (4b) in einem Abschnitt unmittelbar oberhalb des Befestigungsteils (6c) des Flanschelements (6) befindet.
  2. Fixiersystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Mehrzahl von Verankerungsbolzen (8) umfasst, umfassend jeweilige Unterteile (8a), welche in dem perimetrischen Rand (1c) des Verankerungsteils (1) immobilisiert sind, und jeweilige mit Gewinde versehene Oberteile (8b), welche jeweilige obere Montagelöcher (8d) in der unteren Platte (6a) des Flanschelements (6) durchgreifend vertikal aus dem perimetrischen Rand (1c) des Verankerungsteils (1) hervortreten, so dass eine Verankerungsmutter (8e) auf das Oberteil (8b) jedes Bolzens (8) aufschraubbar ist.
  3. Fixiersystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Platte (6a) des Flanschelements (6) eine Mehrzahl von oberen Montagelöchern (8d) aufweist und dass der perimetrische Rand (1c) des Verankerungsteils eine Mehrzahl von unteren Montagelöchern (8c) aufweist für den Durchlass von jeweiligen Verankerungsschrauben, welche das Flanschelement (6) und den perimetrischen Rand (1c) mit dem Betonblock (2) verankern.
  4. Fixiersystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Mehrzahl von Verankerungsbolzen (8) umfasst, umfassend jeweilige Unterteile (8a), welche in dem Betonblock (2) immobilisiert sind, und jeweilige mit Gewinde versehene Oberteile (8b), welche jeweilige untere Montagelöcher (8c) in dem perimetrischen Rand (1c) des Verankerungsteils (1) und jeweilige obere Montagelöcher (8d) in der unteren Platte (6a) des Flanschelements (6) vertikal durchgreifen, so dass eine Verankerungsmutter (8e) auf das mit Gewinde versehene Oberteil (8b) jedes Bolzens (8) aufschraubbar ist.
  5. Fixiersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Durchgangsloch (6f) und der Spanndurchlass (6g) viereckige Querschnitte aufweisen.
  6. Fixiersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Durchgangsloch (6f) und der Spanndurchlass (6g) runde Querschnitte aufweisen.
  7. Fixiersystem nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der geschwächte Bereich (4b) mindestens eine Nut umfasst.
