Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for separating banknotes of a value note stack with at least one input tray with an opening for entering the value note stack.
  • the device comprises a pressure element that presses the notes of value entered in the input compartment to a withdrawal element.
  • the device comprises a closure element for closing and opening the opening of the input tray.
  • the invention relates to a method for separating banknotes of a banknote stack, in which the banknote stack is entered into an input tray through an opening of the input tray and the input value stack is pressed by means of a pressure element against a trigger element.
  • the apparatus and method are preferably used in deposit-in machines and recycling machines. It is important that the input tray is closed by the closure member after entering the value note stack to prevent or at least prevent access to the note stack by the person who has entered the note stack into the input tray or by another person, vandalism and other manipulation attempts be made more difficult.
  • the closure element must be the opening before or during the separation of the notes of value close the value note stack and keep it closed during the separation of the notes of value of the value note stack.
  • the banknotes of the banknote stack must be pressed with a predetermined force against the trigger element, so that only the value of the banknote stack attached to the trigger element is reliably deducted, and thus a correct separation of the banknote banknotes of the banknote stack takes place.
  • One way to achieve after entering the Wertheimstapels in the input tray both a closure of the input tray through the closure element and the pressing of the Wertscheinstapels to the trigger element by the pressure element is to drive both the closure element and the pressure element via a respective drive unit.
  • drive units preferably electric motors are used.
  • a disadvantage of the use of two drive units is that a high space requirement is required by the two drive units, whereby a compact design of the device for separating banknotes is difficult. Furthermore, the use of two drive units is costly.
  • a printer which comprises a paper compartment which can be closed by a manually operable lid, wherein on the lid a Spring is arranged, by means of which the paper stack is pressed against a trigger element.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a device and a method by which an input tray is closed in a simple manner and is pressed by a value entered into the input tray value stack in a simple manner against at least one trigger element.
  • a closure element for closing and opening the opening of an input tray for entering bills of a value note stack and a pressure element for pressing the entered into the input tray banknotes to a trigger element due to the connection together drivable together are.
  • closure element and the pressure element are connected to one another via at least one connecting element.
  • closure element and the pressure element are connected to each other via at least one connecting element such that the relative position of the closure element and the pressure element to each other, as in a rigid connection of the closure element and the pressure element together, is unchangeable. Rather, the relative position of the connecting element and the pressure element is mutually variable. This ensures that the closure element and the pressure element can be driven together and more complex movement paths of the pressure element and / or connecting element are possible.
  • the mechanical connection of the closure element and the pressure element takes place via at least one hinge connection. It is particularly advantageous to provide a hinge pin as a connecting element. By such a hinge connection is achieved that the closure element and the pressure element are rotatably or pivotally connected to each other.
  • the drive unit for opening and closing the closure element. It is particularly advantageous if the drive unit comprises a motor which engages with the closure element via a link and a sliding block.
  • the drive unit drives not only the closure element but also the pressure element.
  • only one drive unit is required for driving the closure element and the pressure element without these being rigidly connected to one another.
  • a compact construction of the device is achieved.
  • the use of only one drive unit is cost-minimizing.
  • the trigger element comprises at least one take-off roller.
  • the input tray at least one of the pressure element opposite guide plate, a base frame and a boundary element comprises. In this way, on the one hand, additional guidance of the notes of value entered into the input pocket is achieved and, on the other hand, unwanted access to the notes of value entered into the input pocket is prevented.
  • the trigger element protrudes through the guide plate. In this way, a contact between the withdrawal element facing the banknote of the deduction element depressed value note stack and the trigger element is ensured.
  • the device comprises at least one leg spring whose first leg presses against the side of the pressure element facing away from the trigger element and presses its second leg against the side of the closure element facing in the input pocket. With the help of the leg spring, a force between the closure element and the pressure element is transferable.
  • the device comprises a control unit.
  • the control unit controls the drive unit for driving the closure element in an input mode such that the opening of the input compartment is opened and the pressure element is arranged at a distance from the withdrawal unit for releasing an input area.
  • the control unit controls the drive unit for driving the closure element in a singulation mode such that the opening of the input tray is at least partially closed and the pressure element pressed into the input tray value stack against the trigger element presses.
  • the opening of the input tray in the singulation mode is closed at least so far that access is no longer possible from the outside.
  • the control unit controls the drive unit for driving the closure element in a rest mode such that the opening of the input tray is completely closed.
  • the pressure element at the end opposite the closure element has a sliding element and when the base frame has a slide rail, wherein the sliding element of the pressure element during the displacement of the pressure element at least temporarily slides along the slide rail of the base frame.
  • the invention relates to a method for separating banknotes of a banknote stack, in which the banknote stack is entered into an input tray through an opening of the input tray. Further, the input value stack is pressed by means of a pressing element connected to a closure element for closing and opening the opening of the input tray against a trigger element. It is advantageous if the closure element and the pressure element are connected to one another in such a way that on the one hand when closing the closure element Pressure element is automatically moved so that the value note stack is pressed by means of the pressure element against the trigger unit, and that on the other hand when opening the closure element, the pressure element is automatically moved away from the trigger element. This ensures that only the closure element has to be driven, and the pressure element automatically performs the desired movement.
