Auf Grund der Federkraft der Schenkelfeder 32 wird hierbei nicht nur das erste Ende des Andruckelements 28 in Richtung der Führungsplatte 18 bewegt, sondern das gesamte Andruckelement 28 in Richtung der Führungsplatte 18 verschoben. Bei der Verschiebung des Andruckelements 28 gleitet das Gleitelement des Andruckelements 28 zumindest zeitweise entlang der Gleitschiene des Grundrahmens 16. Durch das Gleitelement der Andruckplatte 28 stützt sich das durch die Schenkelfeder 32 erzeugte Drehmoment derart auf der Gleitschiene des Grundrahmens 16 ab, dass die Andruckplatte 28 immer nahezu parallel zur Führungsplatte 18 gehalten wird. Claims (14)

  1. Apparatus for separating out valuable documents of a stack of valuable documents,
    having at least one input compartment (12) having an opening for inputting the stack of valuable documents,
    having at least one closure element (26) for closing and opening the opening of the input compartment (12), and
    having at least one pressure element (28) for pressing the valuable documents input into the input compartment (12) against a drawing-off element (22),
    characterized in that a drive unit (52) for opening and closing the closure element (26) is provided, and
    in that the closure element (26) and the pressure element (28) are connected together such that they are driveable together.
  2. Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the closure element (26) and the pressure element (28) are connected together via at least one connecting element (30).
  3. Apparatus according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that the mechanical connection of the closure element (26) and the pressure element (28) takes place via at least one hinged connection.
  4. Apparatus according to Claim 2 or 3, characterized in that a hinge pin (30) is provided as connecting element (30).
  5. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the drive unit (52) comprises a motor which is in engagement with the closure element (26) at least via a guide slot (44) and a sliding block (42).
  6. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the drawing-off element (22) comprises at least one drawing-off roller (22).
  7. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the input compartment (12) comprises at least one guide plate (18) opposite the pressure element (28), a basic frame (16) and a delimiting element (20).
  8. Apparatus according to Claim 7, characterized in that the drawing-off element (22) projects through the guide plate (18).
  9. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the apparatus (10) comprises at least one leg spring (32), the first leg of which presses against that side of the pressure element (28) that is remote from the drawing-off element (22), and the second leg of which presses against that side of the closure element (26) that faces the input compartment (12).
  10. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the apparatus (10) comprises a control unit,
    wherein the control unit controls the drive unit (52) for driving the closure element (26) into an input mode of operation such that the opening of the input compartment (12) is opened and the pressure element (28) is arranged at a distance from the drawing-off unit (22) in order to free an input region,
    wherein the control unit controls the drive unit (52) for driving the closure element (26) into a separating-out mode of operation such that the opening of the input compartment (12) is at least partially closed and the pressure element (28) presses the stack of valuable documents input into the input compartment (12) against the drawing-off element (22), and
    wherein the control unit controls the drive unit (52) for driving the closure element (26) into a resting mode of operation such that the opening of the input compartment (12) is completely closed.
  11. Apparatus according to one of Claims 7 to 10, characterized in that the pressure element (28) has a sliding element at the end opposite the closure element (26), and in that the basic frame (16) has a sliding rail, wherein the sliding element of the pressure element (28) slides at least temporarily along the sliding rail of the basic frame (16) during the movement of the pressure element (28).
  12. Apparatus according to Claim 11, characterized in that the pressure element (28) is guided with the aid of the sliding rail of the basic frame (16) such that, in order to press the stack of valuable documents against the drawing-off element (22), a pressure region (33) of the pressure element (28) is arranged parallel to the guide plate (18).
  13. Method for separating out valuable documents of a stack of valuable documents,
    in which the stack of valuable documents is input into an input compartment (12) through an opening in the input compartment (12), and
    in which the input stack of valuable documents is pressed against a drawing-off element (22) with the aid of a pressure element (28) connected to a closure element (26) for closing and opening the opening of the input compartment (12),
    wherein the closure element (26) and the pressure element (28) are connected together such that they are driveable together.
  14. Method according to Claim 13, characterized in that the closure element (26) and the pressure element (28) are connected together such that
    when the closure element (26) is closed, the pressure element (28) is automatically moved such that the stack of valuable documents is pressed against the drawing-off element (22) with the aid of the pressure element (28), and
    when the closure element (26) is opened, the pressure element (28) is automatically moved away from the drawing-off element (22).
