Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de préparation de tabac dans lequel un matériau à base de tabac est préparé à l'aide d'au moins un processus d'extrusion, qui comprend une compression avec une augmentation de la pression et de la température ainsi qu'un traitement mécanique et un séchage de détente brusque du matériau au niveau d'une sortie de l'extrudeuse, le matériau à base de tabac comprenant un matériau à base de tabac laminé, caractérisé en ce que le procédé de préparation de tabac comprend plusieurs processus d'extrusion pour différents matériaux à base de tabac, dont au moins un matériau de départ ou un matériau à traiter utilise un matériau à base de tabac laminé, les produits d'extrusion générés par les différents processus d'extrusion constituant ensemble ou en mélange un produit de préparation de tabac, les processus d'extrusion ayant lieu en parallèle.
  2.   4. Procédé de préparation de tabac selon la revendication 1, dans lequel plusieurs de ses processus d'extrusion utilisent, en tant que matériau de départ ou que matériau à traiter, un matériau à base de tabac laminé, plus particulièrement deux ou trois processus :
    - pour deux processus, plus particulièrement un matériau à base de tabac laminé Burley d'une part et un mélange de matériau à base de tabac laminé Virginia et Orient d'autre part, étant préparés séparément et
    - pour trois processus, plus particulièrement un matériau à base de tabac laminé Burley, un matériau à base de tabac laminé Virginia et un matériau à base de tabac laminé Orient sont préparés séparemment.
  5.
