Abstract
一种用烟骨粉制造烟草薄片的技术。通过使用
改性的羧甲基纤维素为粘合剂，并与烟骨粉、水混合
搅拌成浆，用挤压法或用稠浆法制成薄片，烘干即成
烟草薄片。
Description
现有的制造烟草薄片技术，所制成的薄片，普遍存在易干脆、易折断、柔性差、耐水性差、保存时间短等缺陷。因此实际上这种烟草薄片是难以切成符合国家标准的烟丝。
本发明的目的是提供一种简易的，成本较低的烟草薄片制造技术。
本发明的要点在于制造烟草薄片用的粘合剂羧甲基纤维素经过中子源辐照活化处理，使其改性后，并与烟骨粉混加水混合成浆体，然后将浓浆体摊成薄饼（或用挤压机挤压成薄片），通过隧道式烘干设备烘干，即制成烟草薄片，最后切成烟丝。
这里的粘合剂-羧甲基纤维素通过中子源辐照（中子通量1011中子数/厘米2，辐照时间5小时）。这种改性的粘合剂约占6%，烟骨粉约占50%，水约占40-50%。搅拌混合后，制成浆，并将其做成薄饼，干燥后即成烟草薄片。所制得的烟草薄片，经测试耐水性＞30分钟；耐破度（KPa）为15.7；耐折度（次）：纵向＞100，横向＞100；撕裂度（mN）：纵向91，横向123；抗张强度（N/mm2）：纵向5.4，横向4.7，评吸基本无异味，各项指标均达到和超过国家烟草薄片的标准（暂行）。
与现有技术相比较，本发明具有下列优点：
工艺简便，所制成的烟草薄片成丝率好，保存时间长无异味。
Claims (3)
1、一种用烟骨粉制造烟草薄片的技术，其特征在于：使用经中子活化处理的后改性的羧甲基纤维素粘合剂，并与烟骨粉、水混合成浆，制成薄片后烘干即成烟草薄片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的制造技术，其特征在于羧甲基纤维素经中子源辐照活化处理，使其改性。
3、根据权利要求1所述的制造技术，其特征在于改性羧甲基纤维素与水、烟骨粉按一定比例混合成浆。
