Claims (7)

  1. Produit de préparation de tabac, obtenu par un procédé de préparation de tabac, chez lequel un tabac est préparé par au moins un processus d'extrusion, lequel comprend une densification avec une augmentation de pression et de température, ainsi qu'un traitement mécanique et un séchage de décompression de type battage du matériau au niveau d'une sortie d'extrudeuse, où le tabac comprend un matériau stratifié de tabac,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le procédé de préparation de tabac comprend plusieurs processus d'extrusion pour divers tabacs, parmi lesquels, au moins un matériau de départ, respectivement un matériau à préparer, emploie un matériau stratifié de tabac, où les produits d'extrusion créés par les processus d'extrusion respectifs forment ensemble, respectivement dans le mélange, le produit de préparation de tabac, où les processus d'extrusion dans le procédé de préparation de tabac ont lieu parallèlement.
  2. Produit de préparation de tabac selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le tabac comprend un matériau stratifié de tabac et un matériau nervuré de tabac, en particulier un mélange à base d'un matériau stratifié de tabac et d'un matériau nervuré de tabac, spécialement, essentiellement des feuilles de tabac entières.
  3. Produit de préparation de tabac selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, dans le procédé de préparation de tabac, un des processus d'extrusion prépare un matériau nervuré de tabac.
  4. Produit de préparation de tabac selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, dans le procédé de préparation de tabac, plusieurs parmi les processus d'extrusion emploient en tant que matériau de départ, respectivement que matériau à préparer, un matériau stratifié de tabac, notamment deux ou trois processus, où :
    - lors de deux processus, en particulier, un matériau stratifié de tabac Burley d'une part et un mélange de matériaux stratifiés de tabac Virginia et Orient, d'autre part, sont préparés séparément, et
    - lors de trois processus, notamment du matériau stratifié de tabac Burley, du matériau stratifié de tabac Virginia et du matériau stratifié de tabac Orient sont préparés séparément.
  5. Produit de préparation de tabac selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel, dans le procédé de préparation de tabac, un, deux, trois ou plus de processus d'extrusion pour un matériau stratifié de tabac sont couplés avec un processus d'extrusion pour du matériau nervuré de tabac et le produit de préparation de tabac résulte des produits de ces processus d'extrusion.
