Irrespective of the chosen way to adapt the upper layer part, material is fed by a drum feeder and falls to sloping chute from which it slides to the sinter bed.
  • Document JP 11 2011355 describes a device to top a groove and to flatten a surface of material prepared for a sintering process.
  • This device includes a screw system of material scrapers which are rotated by revolution changer. To scrape up the material toward a groove, spiral veins are attached in opposition.
  • US 4,648,900 relates to a method for producing a charge of high permeability and stable structure of a sintering bed. The method comprises the steps of compacting the moist material mixture, forming a coherent cake and breaking the cake into pieces of a size suitable or forming a suction-sinter charge. Therefore, each cake is moved down its respective support plate to a spiked role, which disintegrates the cake into pieces of given size. The pieces then fall onto a grate, forming either of two layers, depending on the position of the plate.
  • Document JP 2003 277841 discloses a method for improving the ventilation at the upper part of a sintering raw material layer. This method is based on a plurality of fine holes having a prescribed cross sectional shape and depth. The holes penetrate the upper surface of the upper layer part of the sintering raw material layer. During sintering, a raw material is formed by dispersing these fine holes. The raw material is fed by a drum feeder and falls to sloping chute and onto the sintering bed.

Claims (9)

  1. Appareil pour lisser la surface d'un mélange à fritter dans un chariot à râper (1), avant qu'il n'entre dans un four d'allumage (2), grâce à au moins un grattoir (3) entre la borne de recharge (4) du mélange du lit d'agglomérés et le four d'allumage (2), l'au moins un grattoir (3) est suspendu au-dessus du chemin de passage (5) du chariot à râper (1) de manière à aller et venir dans et contre son sens de déplacement de sorte que le grattoir (3) se traîne le long de la surface du lit d'agglomérés lorsque le chariot à râper (1) passe en-dessous de celui-ci, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un grattoir (3) peut être sujet à un mouvement d'oscillation latéral.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une pluralité de grattoirs (3) est disposée en rangée les uns à côté des autres au-dessus du chemin de passage (5) du chariot à râper (1) distribué sur toute sa largeur.
  3. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur des grattoirs (3) au-dessus du chemin de passage (6) est ajustable.
  4. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pression des grattoirs (3) est déterminée par leur propre poids.
  5. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur l'au moins un grattoir (3), un ou plusieurs poids supplémentaires peuvent être montés.
  6. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement d'oscillation latéral de l'au moins un grattoir (3) est effectué au moyen d'une came, d'un arbre à came ou d'un entraînement à manivelle, et/ou de manière pneumatique ou hydraulique.
  7. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un grattoir (3) est fait d'un matériau métallique ou non métallique.
  8. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les grattoirs (3) ont différentes formes.
  9. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un grattoir (3) est angulaire ou courbé (7) à son extrémité libre en direction du passage du chariot à râper (1).
