Claims (4)

  1. Groupe de pompes hydrauliques portable pour le fonctionnement d'outils (W), comprenant une pompe munie d'un piston à gradin (3p, 6p) pour le transport de l'huile avec deux valeurs de pression différentes et deux volumes de transport différents, un réservoir (1), une batterie rechargeable, des soupapes d'aspiration (V1, V2) et des soupapes d'échappement (V3) pour l'alimentation d'un cylindre hydraulique (7) d'outils (W) raccordés au groupe de pompes, une soupape de commutation (U) pour passer d'un mode sous basse pression à un mode sous haute pression et inversement, une soupape de reflux (A) autonome ou commandée pour le reflux de l'huile provenant du cylindre d'outils (7) dans le réservoir (1), une soupape de sécurité tarée (S), des sondes de pression et/ou de débit et un dispositif électronique pour la commande, la surveillance et l'affichage des fonctions de service, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de reflux (A) prévue entre la conduite de raccordement menant à l'alimentation du cylindre (7) de l'outil (W) et du réservoir (1) présente un corps de soupape (1a) qui comporte un corps de fermeture (1x) relié coaxialement à un petit piston (2a) doté d'un poussoir (4a), où agit à l'extrémité (4e) du poussoir un disque excentré (5a) entrainé par un moteur (B), en ce que le petit piston (2a) est comprimé avec un cylindre (3a) disposé coaxialement au corps de soupape (1a), en ce que le cylindre (3a) est relié hydrauliquement avec la conduite pour l'alimentation du cylindre (7) de l'outil (W) et en ce que le poussoir (4a), conjointement avec le corps de fermeture (1x), est décalé (2s) axialement par rapport à l'angle de rotation (5r) du disque excentré (5a), moyennant quoi la modification non progressive de la section de débit pour l'huile qui vient du cylindre (7) s'effectue, laquelle pénètre (c) dans la soupape de reflux (A) et sort (b) de nouveau de celle-ci pour atteindre le réservoir (1).
  2. Groupe de pompes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de reflux (A) fonctionne, si besoin est, en tant que soupape de régulation de la pression lors de l'alimentation du cylindre (7) de l'outil (W) avec de l'huile sous basse pression et/ou lors de l'alimentation avec de l'huile sous haute pression en déviant une quantité partielle d'huile pouvant être régulée depuis la conduite d'alimentation du cylindre (7) jusque dans le réservoir (1).
  3. Groupe de pompes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moteur (B) est supporté de manière à pouvoir coulisser conjointement avec le disque excentré (5a) en fonction de l'axe de la soupape de reflux (A) au moyen d'un élément (2h) qui est retenu par les têtes de deux boulons saillant (1g) du corps de la pompe hydraulique (P) parallèlement l'une à l'autre, cet élément étant comprimé contre lesdites têtes grâce à des ressorts de pression (1f) cylindriques et en ce que la soupape de reflux peut être ouverte grâce à l'actionnement direct ou indirect (6b) de l'élément support (2h) au moyen d'un levier ou d'un bouton à presser (6a) par compression des ressorts (1f), pour le débit de l'huile.
  4. Groupe de pompes selon la revendication 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de reflux (A) est actionnée par action manuelle sur le poussoir (4a) ou le piston (2a) sans que le coulissage de l'élément support (2h) pour le moteur (B), conjointement avec le disque excentré (5a), ne s'effectue, lequel élément est dans ce cas monté de manière à être fixe sur le corps de la soupape ou sur le boîtier de la pompe (P).
