Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine hydraulische Pumpengruppe von der kompakten tragbaren Art welche von einer aufladbaren und austauschbaren Batterie betrieben wird um unterschiedliche, über einen Schlauch mit der Pumpe verbundene, Hydraulikwerkzeuge anzutreiben; die Steuerung der Pumpe erfolgt mittels Dreh- und/oder Druckknöpfe welche an der Pumpe selbst vorgesehen sind oder mittels Fernbedienung mit Druckknopftafel und elektrischem Verbindungskabel. Dies wirkt sich negativ auf die Arbeitszeiten aus, insbesondere wenn ein Werkzeug mit relativ großem Hub für die Durchführung von Schnitten oder Verformungen an Werkstücken verwendet wird welche relativ kleinen Querschnitt haben. Der besagte Durchflussquerschnitt ist jedoch erfindungsgemäß derart veränderbar dass das selbe Ventil auch als Ventil für die Einstellung des Drucks und der Arbeitszeiten während der Speisung des Werkzeugzylinders nutzbar ist, wobei dieser mit Niederdruck und auch mit Hochdruck betrieben werden kann. Dies kann vorteilhaft sein um, insbesondere im Fall von Bearbeitungen welche durch plastische Verformung an bestimmten Werkstoffen stattfinden, die Zeiten, bzw. die Geschwindigkeit, der Verformung an die spezifischen Kaltfluss-, bzw. Dies bewirkt dass der Druck welcher auf den Verschlusskörper des Ventils von der Seite des einlaufenden durch die Einlauföffnung fließenden Öls wirkt, vom selben Druck des Öls ausgeglichen wird welches in die Kammer des Zylinders welche den kleinen Kolben enthält, geleitet wird. Sobald das Werkzeug dem mechanischen Widerstand des zu bearbeitenden Werkstückes begegnet, erfolgt im Zylinder 7 des Werkzeugs und in den entsprechenden Verbindungsleitungen ein Druckanstieg wodurch das Umschaltventil U geöffnet wird, dabei wirkt das Öl auf den kleinen Kolben U1 des Ventils U indem die entgegenwirkende Kraft der Ventilfeder übertroffen wird. Die Öffnung des Umschaltventils U bewirkt den Durchfluss des Öls welches vom Stufenkolben 6p mit kleinerem Durchmesser der Pumpe P angesaugt wird und somit die Speisung des Zylinders 7 des Werkzeugs W mit Öl unter hohem Druck welcher somit den Ausstoß 7c des Kolbens 7a mit kleinerer Geschwindigkeit aber mit größerer auf das Werkstück wirkender Kraft bewirkt (
Nach Beendigung der Bearbeitung am Werkstück, infolge einer eventuellen Beibehaltung des Druckes über eine bestimmte Zeit, je nach den Kaltflusseigenschaften des bearbeiteten Werkstoffes, ist es möglich das Werkzeug durch Rückholen 7r des Kolbens 7a des Werkzeugs W über eine Rückholfeder 7b und Abfluss des Öls aus dem Zylinder 7 erneut zu öffnen indem der Betätigungsmechanismus 6a des Rückflussventils A händisch betätigt 6a wird wodurch der Stößel 2a des Verschlusskörpers 1x des Ventils verschoben 2s wird (

Die Verschiebung 2s des Stößels 4a samt kleinem Kolben 2a und Verschlusskörper 1x des Ventils durch fortschreitende Rotation 5r der Exzenterscheibe 5a, kann stufenweise erfolgen, wodurch eine extrem schnelle Entleerung aber auch eine wahlweise Veränderung der Entleerungsgeschwindigkeiten und somit der Öffnungsgeschwindigkeit der Werkzeuge W ermöglicht wird.
