Claims (15)

  1. Gâche électrique apte à être télécommandée, destinée à être intégrée dans une porte comportant un bâti de porte de préférence fixe et un vantail monté mobile sur ce dernier,
    comportant un pêne d'ouverture (1) mobile et un dispositif de verrouillage (2) apte à être télécommandé, coopérant directement ou indirectement avec le pêne d'ouverture (1), de telle sorte que ledit pêne d'ouverture (1) peut être commandé dans une position de verrouillage et dans une position de déverrouillage,
    ladite gâche électrique pouvant être montée sur le bâti de porte ou sur le vantail, et le vantail ou le bâti de porte comportant un pêne demi-tour (90),
    caractérisée en ce que
    il est prévu un dispositif d'ajustage (200), qui amène automatiquement le pêne d'ouverture (1) dans une position dans laquelle ledit pêne d'ouverture (1), dans la position de fermeture de la porte, est en butée contre le pêne demi-tour (90).
  2. Gâche électrique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'ajustage (200) du pêne d'ouverture (1) est réalisé sous la forme d'un accumulateur de force (3, 30, 33) pouvant être sollicité obligatoirement lors de l'ouverture de la porte et/ou lors de la fermeture de la porte, et/ou sous la forme d'un dispositif moteur (220, 230, 240) pouvant être actionné par une énergie externe.
  3. Gâche électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage comporte du côté récepteur un organe de verrouillage (2, 2k) qui peut être asservi automatiquement au pêne d'ouverture (1) dans la direction de fermeture via un dispositif d'asservissement (200) et qui peut être immobilisé dans la position asservie de préférence par l'intermédiaire du dispositif de verrouillage.
  4. Gâche électrique selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'ajustage du pêne d'ouverture (1) et le dispositif d'asservissement de l'organe de verrouillage (2) sont réalisés sous la forme d'un dispositif (200) commun.
  5. Gâche électrique selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (2) est réalisé sous la forme d'un organe mené (2k) du dispositif d'ajustage (200) du pêne d'ouverture (1).
  6. Gâche électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'ajustage (200) du pêne d'ouverture (1) et/ou le dispositif d'asservissement (200) de l'organe de verrouillage (2) sont réalisés pour positionner progressivement ou par étapes le pêne d'ouverture (1) ou l'organe de verrouillage (2).
  7. Gâche électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'ajustage (200) du pêne d'ouverture (1) et/ou le dispositif d'asservissement (200) de l'organe de verrouillage (2) comportent un dispositif de commande pour faire varier la vitesse d'ajustage et/ou la force d'ajustage pendant le mouvement d'ajustage.
  8. Gâche électrique selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de commande est relié à un dispositif de mémoire, qui enregistre la position du pêne d'ouverture et/ou la position de l'organe de verrouillage.
  9. Gâche électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le pêne d'ouverture (1) comporte un corps de support (110) et un corps de pêne (10) guidés de manière mobile pendant la fermeture de la porte et/ou l'ouverture de la porte.
  10. Gâche électrique selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que le corps de pêne (10) est logé de manière mobile linéairement sur le corps de support (110).
  11. Gâche électrique selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif d'arrêt (10h), agissant entre le corps de support (110) et le corps de pêne (10) et qui, sous l'effet de la coopération avec le pêne demi-tour (90), peut être désactivé pendant le mouvement d'ajustage.
  12. Gâche électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le corps de support (110) est disposé de manière immobile dans le boîtier (6) de la gâche électrique, et un corps d'actionnement (110b) du pêne demi-tour est disposé dans le boîtier (6) de la gâche électrique, de telle sorte que lors de la fermeture de la porte, le pêne demi-tour (90) peut effectuer un mouvement de retrait sous l'effet de la coopération avec le corps d'actionnement (110b) du pêne demi-tour, et l'élément d'entraînement (10m) est disposé sur le corps de pêne (10) de telle sorte que le pêne demi-tour (90) à nouveau en saillie après son retrait vient en appui contre l'élément d'entraînement (10m).
  13. Gâche électrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le pêne d'ouverture (1), de préférence le corps de pêne (10) comporte du côté d'entraînement une portion (10k), sur laquelle entre en contact un organe de verrouillage (2, 2k) du dispositif d'ajustage (200) et/ou du dispositif de verrouillage (20), de telle sorte que le corps de pêne (10) est actionné dans le sens du mouvement d'ajustage.
  14. Gâche électrique selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que l'organe mené (2k) est sollicité par un système (200, 220) hydraulique ou pneumatique avec un circuit hydraulique.
  15. Gâche électrique selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisée en ce que l'organe mené (2k) est sollicité directement ou indirectement par l'élément mené d'un moteur (200, 230) électromécanique, de préférence un moteur de rotation.
