Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for stacking banknotes with at least one circulating stacking belt, which has a rotating belt body and provided on the belt body transport tab for receiving at least a portion of the bill of exchange.
  • stacking arrangements for banknotes known in which stacking belts are used.
  • An arrangement for stacking banknotes in banknote cassettes with the aid of a stacking and separating module is known, for example, from the German patent application which has not been pre-published DE 10 2008 018 935.9 known.
  • only a relatively small pressure force can be exerted on the banknote located in the transporting lug, as a result of which at least partial slipping out of the banknote can take place from the transporting lug.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a device for stacking bank notes, through which a safe transfer of notes in a simple manner is possible. This object is achieved by a device having the features of patent claim 1.
  • the document US 3,174,749 shows a device for stacking according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a suitable for transporting the bill of exchange pressure force is generated, which is particularly dependent on the type and shape of Anyaklasche.
  • a space between the belt body and a stack already consisting of at least one banknote is generated by the lugs lying in the direction of rotation of the stacking belt and the tab shapes of the tabs, so that a feed area or feed gap for feeding the banknote located in the transport tab to the at least an already present as a stack value note is generated.
  • the stacking belt can be used for further transport of the stack produced by the belt-facing side of the stack is pressed against the belt, in particular in a region in which no pair of straps on the belt body is present.
  • Stacking belts basically have the advantage that a relatively small space is required for a stacking device with stacking belt.
  • the stacker wheels that can be used as an alternative to stacking require a relatively large installation space.
  • the transport tab is lifted by a value inserted into the transport tab value of the rotating belt body and thereby opened.
  • the Anyaklasche exerts a pressing force the transport tab in the direction of the belt body, so that the note is pressed by the transport tab against the rotating belt body.
  • the Anyaklasche exerts no pressure force on the transport tab. Rather, the Anyaklasche can be lifted from the transport tab and / or the transport tab are lifted from the ticket.
  • a simple feeding of the note into the transport tab and a simple withdrawal of the note from the transport tab is possible if the Anyaklasche exerts no pressure force on the transport tab and / or if the transport tab is lifted from the bill.
  • At least two deflection rollers are provided to deflect the stacking belt radially.
  • the stacking belt is guided over the at least two deflection rollers.
  • This can be achieved in a simple manner, the effect that at least one of the tabs is lifted, namely that the Anyaklasche lifted from the transport tab or that the transport tab is lifted from the ticket or from the belt body.
  • It is advantageous to connect at least one of the deflection rollers rotatably with a drive shaft for driving the stacking belt.
  • the stacking belts are arranged parallel to one another and at the same distance from each other are.
  • the stacking belt or the stacking belts preferably each have three pairs of tabs, wherein the pairs of tabs are preferably arranged at equal angular intervals on the lateral surface of the belt body.
  • the inside of the stacking belt has a toothing similar to the toothing of a toothed belt.
  • the deflection roller may have a complementary toothing on its lateral surface, so that a positive connection between the toothed belt and the deflection or drive roller is present.
  • the stacking belt is made of polyurethane or a polyurethane compound or contains polyurethane.
  • a reinforcement in particular a woven fabric or a rope, in particular a textile, glass fiber or metal fabric or rope, may additionally be provided in the stacking belt. It is particularly advantageous if the stacking belt contains paraphenylene diisocyanate.
  • the retaining and An horrlasche of the tab pair has a concave protruding from the lateral surface of the stacking belt curved shape.
  • the front end in the direction of rotation of the retaining and pressure plate is fixedly connected transversely to the direction of rotation of the stacking belt with the stacking belt or with the belt body of the stacking belt.
  • the opposite end in the circumferential direction of the Andschreiblasche is preferably biased on the transport tab, when the pair of tabs from the circulation of the stacking belt is located on a straight side of a stacking belt assembly.
  • a straight side is the area between two deflection points for deflecting the stacking belt, between which a portion of the stacking belt is stretched.
  • the banknotes may be banknotes in particular, wherein the apparatus for stacking the banknotes is preferably arranged in an ATM or in an automatic cash deposit. With the aid of the device for stacking, the notes of value are preferably stacked for issuing a plurality of banknotes into a bundle.
  • the device has at least one stop which stops the movement of the note of value caused by the stacking belts while the stacking belt continues to circulate.
  • the note of value is pulled out of the transport tab.
  • the retaining and pressure tab of the pair of tabs of the stacking belt is shaped so that during the transport of the banknote by means of the stacking belt a stack formed from the already deposited banknotes is kept at a distance by the retaining and pressure tabs.
  • FIG. 1 a vertical section of an ATM 10 is shown having a generally designated 11 housing.
  • the housing 11 comprises a cabinet-shaped lower part 12 and an upper housing part 14 placed on this lower part 12.
