Definitions

  • the invention relates to a guide member for a Rafflamellenstore and a Rafflamellenstore with corresponding guide members.
  • Each Rafflamellenstore is provided at its lamella ends with a guide member having a plate connected to the blade end, to which a guided in the side guides of the store pivot pin is attached.
  • the plate is advantageously around the lamellar edges, also called Lamellenbördel, pulled around and fixed. Because the lamellar edges can be stiffened by in particular also right-angled bending of the edge.
  • the lamellae can not be stacked in the correct position, because instead of the lamellar flanges, the thickening of the guide lugs at the end of the guide member shaft lie on each other. Thus, there are gaps between two lamellar flanging of adjacent lamellae, so that the lamellae are not supported and the weight load is transmitted to the guide link shafts.
  • the slats are not provided at both ends with guide members, but for example only mutually at one fin end and at the adjacent next slat only at the opposite end, so that between three slats, the middle slat one guide member at the right end of the lamella and the other two lamellae each receive a guide member on the left end of the lamella. From this mutually one-sided assembly of slats with guide members results in the prior art, a thinner but unstable and wind-prone Storenmontage and inevitably a corresponding damage susceptible Storen compassion.
  • the US 2,770,296 A relates to guide members for a slat blind.
  • the guide member in this case comprises a fastening element and a shaft, wherein the end of the shaft is followed by a partially recessed disc, which is suitable for engagement in a side guide rail. Slices of stacked lamellae are guided laterally through the shaft one above the other.
  • the EP 0 616 108 A1 also relates to a slat blind, wherein a guide pin is provided at the ends of the slats, at the end of which a slider adjoins.
  • Guide pin and slider in this case form a T-shaped guide member which engages in a side guide rail.
  • a guide member according to the present invention is provided.
  • the present invention seeks to provide a guide member for a Rafflamellenstore and a Rafflamellenstore with corresponding guide members, which overcomes the disadvantages mentioned above.
  • a guide member for a multi-fin Venetian blind having a mounting flange to which a guide shaft merges into a guide flange is achieved by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
  • Rafflamellenstore is characterized in claim 9.
  • the Fig. 1 shows a plan view of a blade 12 with two lateral guide members 2, which are inserted in respective side guides X.
  • the two guide rails X are mounted at a parallel distance from one another usually across the width of the window, door or passage to be covered by the slat blind and have an interior space 21 in which, as in FIG Fig. 1 illustrated, the guide lug 5 of the guide member 2 protrudes.
  • the guide lug 5 of the guide member 2 protrudes.
  • the opposite side surfaces of the two guide rails X each have a guide slot 17, in which the guide member 2 can be used and then at right angles to the plane of the drawing Fig. 1 is displaceable.
  • the two lateral guide members 2 are attached to the short side ends of the slat 12 via a respective mounting flange 6, wherein this when in the Fig. 1 illustrated embodiment of rivet connections 7, which are passed through corresponding holes in the blade 12.
  • a Rafflamellenstore then consists of individual slats 12, which with suitable, the skilled person known means are interconnected.
  • the guide members 2 ensure that the blinds, which can be moved up and down in the longitudinal direction of the guide rails X perpendicular to the main plane of the slats 12, are guided in these guide rails X.
  • the slats 12 are rotatable about their main axis 20 in order to stow them to save space in order to allow light to penetrate through the slat gaps in the horizontal position and to ensure a privacy and possibly an access protection in vertical or nearly vertical position of the slats.
  • slats 12 have a reinforced edge 1, which can also be configured as a flange 1, as it is apparent from the Fig. 6 results.
  • fins 12, 13 are not necessarily as shown in FIG Fig. 1 shown plan or slightly arched, but have a variety of different shapes as in the Fig. 6 illustrated Z-shaped, S-shaped or C-shaped, wherein the guide members 2 according to the invention ensure that the slats 12, as in the Fig. 6 represented, perfectly stacked on each other and the dimensions of the lamellar flange 1 with the total thickness of the guide member 2 match to ensure the stackability of the lamellar packing.
  • the vertical guide of each blade 12 is secured by the guide member shaft 4.
  • the side guide ie the side bracket of each blade 12 assumes the bar-shaped thickening of the guide lug 5 at the end of the shaft 4. This is therefore wider in their masses than the width of the guide slot 17 in the guide rail X.
  • the guide lug 5 of the blade 12 are inserted only from above or below in the hollow interior 21 and protrude through the guide slot 17.
  • the fins 12 may be made of plastic, for example injection-molded, or of metal, for example stamped.
  • the guide members can be produced both cast, turned, pressed, forged or injection-molded, with the skilled worker known non-ferrous alloys, light alloys, steel alloys and plastics can be used.
  • the guide member 2 is now designed so that it can be complained to most types of slats by the illustrated riveting.
  • the Fig. 2 shows a plan view of a guide member 2 from the Fig. 1 . Same or Similar features have been given the same reference numerals in all drawings and exemplary embodiments.
  • the shaft 4 of the guide member 2 extends along the main axis 20 of the guide member 2, which is advantageously mounted in the middle or in the middle region of a blade 12 according to their longitudinal orientation.
  • the shank 4, whose cross section is advantageously round, whose dimension is designed to fit into the usual guide slots 17 of guide rails X, is adjoined by a flat, plate-shaped fastening flange 6, on which two groups of rivet shanks 7 and 8, respectively, in the illustrated embodiment are provided above and below on the plate.
  • two rivet shanks 7 can be seen, which are provided at a distance on the axis 20.
  • the axial alignment of the guide member 2 can be set on the lamella 12.
  • the Fig. 3 shows a side view of the guide member 2 after the Fig. 2 ,
  • the shaft 4 has a larger diameter than the adjoining mounting flange plate 6.
  • the mounting plate 6 has two opposite surfaces 61, which are equally suitable to abut against the blade 12.
  • the NietSWfte 7 and 8 are provided on both sides, preferably at identical locations opposite.
  • the shaft 4 of the guide member 2 is preferably integrally connected to the mounting flange 6 and in particular round for a trouble-free passage through the guide slot 17.
  • the guide lug 5 is at 90 ° angle laterally to the shaft axis 20 and has a triangular thickening 10, which in particular the view of Fig. 4 it can be seen which a front view of the guide member according to Fig. 2 includes.
  • the upper side 31 of the nose 5 merges tangentially into the end region of the guide member shaft 4.
  • On the underside of the nose 5 is compared to the round diameter of the guide member shaft 4 a rounded recess 32, which then merges into the said thickened triangular portion 10 of the hook.
  • the lying opposite the guide member 4 lateral end surface 33 is slightly convexly bent to slide in abutment in the interior 21 of the guide rail X slidably.
  • the concave recess 32 advantageously has a depth which in the plan view of Fig. 4 still reveals the lower surface 61 of the mounting flange, which further in connection with the 6 and 7 is explained.
  • the Fig. 5 shows a guide member 2 according to a second embodiment of the invention, in which the mounting flange 6 is provided with two rivet holes 9 through which rivets 91 may extend, which are then passed through corresponding holes in the blade 12 and connected by riveting.
  • the shaft 4 and the nose 5 of the guide member are advantageously identical to the nose 5 and the guide shaft 4 of the first embodiment configured.
  • the Fig. 6 shows a front view of a Rafflamellenstores with guide members 2 according to the invention. This drawing is easiest together with the Fig. 7 and 8 to 11 to explain.
  • the lamellae 12 and 13 are so-called Z-shaped lamellae 12 and 13 which lie against one another on the lamellar flanges 1.
  • the Z-shape leads to a pivot angle W in relation to a baseline 16.
  • the base line 16 corresponds to the horizontal connecting line between the guide rails X, which are advantageously erected at a 90 ° angle to the base line 16.
  • the Fig. 7 now shows an enlarged view of the central area of the Fig. 6 with a sequence of four lamellae 12 and 13 and correspondingly four guide members 2, which are fastened respectively to an associated lamella 12 and 13.
  • FIGS. 8 and 10 in each case a front view of a single lamella 12 or 13 with a guide member 2 according to Fig. 6 represent and in opposite directions of the nose 5.
  • Die FIGS. 9 and 11 show top views of the slats 12 and 13 of the FIGS. 8 and 10 .
  • the Fig. 6 then supplies a sequence of four lamellae 12 and 13 one above the other, in which two pairs of interventions of the guide members 2 result in each other as it now in connection with the Fig. 7 is explained.
  • the guide lugs 5 When mounting the guide members 2 to the fins 12, the guide lugs 5 are seen from above on the lamella 12 to the left in the drawing, while in the assembly to the fins 13, the guide lugs 5 projecting from the top of each lamella 13 projecting to the right ,
  • the guide shafts 4 of the guide members 2 serve as a vertical guide in the slots 17 of the guide rails X.
  • the guide lugs 5 with their thickenings 10 and 11 take on the lateral Wagrecht entry the respective slats 12 and 13.
  • the mounting surfaces on the slats may be different from the base line 16 at an angle of for example between 0 ° and 45 °.
  • the Fig. 6 and the enlarged one Fig. 7 show such a mounting angle W of 45 ° to the base line 16 and it turns out that even with such a tilted mounting with the guide members 2 a perfect lamella stack according Fig. 7 is possible. It is all the more a convenient two-sided assembly of the slats 12, 13 with guide members 2 to ensure a good function, for a high wind resistance and to ward off the influence of other damaging forces possible.
  • the triangular thickening 10 and 11 of the respective guide lugs 5 provide optimal lateral support in the guide rail X.
  • the shanks 4 of the guide members form a round cylindrical knob 3, which nestles in the rounded recess 32 directly complementary or substantially complementary.
  • the lamellar flange 1 is preferably designed such that the lamellae 12, 13 as in Fig. 6 represented on the flanges 1 directly and in the region of the lugs 5 over the surfaces 31 of the guide members 2 are superimposed and optionally also by the sequence mounting flange 6 - slat surface 12/13 of the guide members 2 are supported.
