Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a slat blind with a plurality of slats according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Louvre blinds consist of a curtain made up of a plurality of lamellae arranged in parallel one above the other and connected to one another by connecting means, at the ends of which guide bolts are fastened, which are guided vertically in lateral guide rails. T-shaped grooves are embedded in the guide rails, into which the T-shaped ends of the guide bolts engage. In this way it is achieved that the individual slat rods cannot be pulled axially out of the guides by gusts of wind. When installing the slatted curtain, the guide bolts must be inserted into the guide rails attached to the window cutout.
  • German utility model G8506553.6 is known in which a slatted blind with slats, with detachably attachable guide elements to each slat end, which have a pin-like part engaging in a guide and a fastening part connectable to the slat, the fastening part being one and a web running along one side of the slat and extending up to a recess in the slat has a lamella end face hook-like element encompassing the other lamella side, and with a holding part which engages in the lamella recess and matches the shape thereof, on the side of the web facing the lamella, which locks the fastening part lengthways and transversely to the lamella axis and in turn with one Edge of the recess overlapping edge part is provided, the edge part engaging over the side of the recess facing away from the lamella end face.
  • the known guide element can be very easily mounted on the ends of the blinds. It can be slid axially onto the slat ends without tools and hooks itself when the slat is completely pushed in. The assembly of an assembled slat curtain in a window opening is not facilitated by this known guide element, however, since the latter before the slat curtain is put together - this usually happens when Manufacturer - must be attached to the slat ends.
  • the guide elements are fastened in the vertical guides in a conventional, complex manner.
  • the object of the present invention is now to create a guide pin which considerably facilitates the assembly of the lamella curtain in a window opening.
  • a locking cam attached to the fastening part of the guide bolts further ensures that the guide parts are held in the predetermined extended position.
  • the guide bolts can be connected to the ends of the slats in a conventional manner - by hand or by machine. In one example, the connection is made by ultrasound welding of the fastening part to the slat end. In the other example, a slot in the lamella forms a guide for the guide pin from an inserted into an advanced position.
  • the guide pin according to the invention not only allows the slat blind to be installed in a very simple and rational manner, but also later, if one or more slats are damaged, to be detached from the blind as a whole or when the elevator belts are arranged in the guide rails and through to replace new ones. With the device according to the invention, it is now also possible to easily mount the curtain with recessed or recessed guides.
  • a window opening 1 is shown schematically with a slat blind 3, which is mounted laterally in vertical guides 5.
  • the curtain 9, consisting of a plurality of slats 7, of the slat blind 3 is connected to an elevator shaft 13 on elevator belts 11.
  • the configuration of the elevator shaft 13 and its drive, which can be done by hand or by an electric motor, is not the subject of this invention and is therefore not explained in detail.
  • the slats 7 laterally carry guide bolts 15 with a fastening part 17, which is connected to the end of the associated slat 7, and a T-shaped guide or sliding part 19, the legs of which engage in the T or dovetail-shaped guide groove 21 in the vertical guides 5 are determined.
  • the cross section of the guide groove 21 is indicated in broken lines in FIG. 3.
  • the vertical guides 5 are fastened to the side surfaces 23 of the window opening 1 by screws or other fastening means.
  • the adjustment slats 7 connecting the slats 7 are indicated in FIG. 1 with reference number 25.
  • the latter are connected to the elevator shaft 13 so that the position of the slats 7 can be brought from a closed position (approximately vertical) into a working or bright position.
  • the guide bolts 15 consist of the fastening part 17, which, for example, by rivet heads 25, which extend through bores 27 and, for example, form a firm connection with the lamella ends by means of ultrasonic welding.
  • a guide groove 31 running parallel to the longitudinal edges 29 of the slats 7 is embedded in the fastening part 17.
  • the guide groove 31 can be dovetail-shaped in order to prevent the T-shaped sliding part 19, the lateral guide edges 33 of which are shaped accordingly, from being lifted out of the guide groove 31.
  • At least one cam 35 is attached in the fastening part 17 and is intended to engage in at least one recess 37 on the sliding part 19.
  • two recesses 37 are let in on the sliding part 19, so that the sliding part 19 with respect to the fastening part 17 both in the inserted position (FIG. 4) and in the advanced position (FIG. 5, after the installation of the curtain 9 in a window opening) the axial direction of displacement can be locked.
  • An indentation 39 can also be provided on the surface of the guide part 19, which indentation serves to move the sliding part 19 in the fastening part 17 by means of a tool, for example a screwdriver.
  • the guide pin 15, ie the fastening part 17 and the sliding part 19, is made of plastic, at most the sliding part 19 is reinforced with fibers; the sliding part 19 can also be made of metal.
  • two openings 41 are made in this, as for conventional guide pins, by punching, into which the rivet heads are inserted and ultrasonically welded on the back.
  • the fastening part is omitted.
  • a cutout 131 on the front side of the lamella 107 is used to guide the guide part 119. Behind the cutout 131, ie on the side facing the middle of the lamella, a bore 137 can be provided, into which a cam 135 on the sliding part 119 can engage.
  • the sliding part 119 has a slot 145 running parallel to the top and bottom, into which the front end of the lamella 107 can be inserted. In the interior of the slot 145, the sliding part 119 has a tongue-shaped part 149 which bears laterally on the boundaries of the cutout 131.
  • the tongue-shaped part 149 is preferably connected to the two sections of the guide part 119 lying above and below the slot 145 in order to achieve high rigidity.
  • a rotatable sliding part 215 is used instead of the sliding part which can be displaced parallel to the longitudinal edges of the lamellae.
  • the sliding part 215 is pivotably connected to the lamella 207 by means of a welded-in or otherwise fastened rivet 225.
  • a bore or depression 237 in the lamella is intended to hold the guide pin 215 in the end position shown in FIG. 11 at right angles to the front edge of the lamella 207.
  • a cam 235 arranged on the underside of the fastening part 215 snaps into the recess 237 in the illustrated end position.
  • a receiving part can of course be interposed, similar to that in FIGS. 1 to 3 (not shown).
  • the section of the T-shaped sliding part 219 which is to be engaged in the vertical guide is of the same design as the T-shaped sliding parts in the first two embodiments of the invention.
  • the assembly of the slats 7 on the vertical guides 5 is explained in more detail below.
  • the fitter who installs the slat blinds 3 in a window opening, can initially fix the vertical guides 5 on both sides of the window opening 1.
  • the curtain 9 with the slats 7 now hangs freely between the two laterally arranged vertical guides 5. Now one slat 7 after the other can be connected to the latter by pushing the guide bolts 15 into the vertical guides 5.
  • the slat 7 to be fastened is rotated counterclockwise by a few degrees of angle until the T-shaped end of the guide part 19 assumes a position as shown in FIG. 2.
  • the guide parts 19, 119 are pushed into the guide groove 21 with a screwdriver or another tool.
  • the advancement of the guide parts 19, 119 is ended when the cams 35, 135 engage in the corresponding recesses 37 or bores 137.
  • the guide bolts 15, 115 are then in the positions shown in FIGS. 5, 6 and 8, 9.
  • the sliding part 219 which is delivered from the factory in the position shown in broken lines in FIG.
