Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen atmungsaktiven Handschuh aus Polyethylen als Überziehhandschuh über einen schnitt- und stichfesten und fusselfreien Unterziehhandschuh zum Verpacken von hochreinem Silicium wie Polysiliciumbruch und Silicium-Wafern.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen atmungsaktiven Handschuh als Überziehhandschuh, über einen schnitt- und stichfesten und fusselfreien Unterziehhandschuh, zum Verpacken und Sortieren von hochreinem Silicium, wie Polysiliciumbruch und Silicium-Wafern.
  • Um eine Kontamination von hochreinem Silicium beim Verpacken und beim Sortieren per Hand zu vermeiden, müssen grundsätzlich Handschuhe getragen werden. Damit auch eine durch den Handschuh hervorgerufene Kontamination ausgeschlossen werden kann, dürfen die Handschuhe beim Berühren der Siliciumoberfläche möglichst wenig Partikel abgeben. Verschiedene Messungen von Herstellern, wie beispielsweise der Firma KNF Clean Room Corp. und Icarus West Inc. haben gezeigt dass Handschuhe aus höchstreinem Polyethylen (PE) die besten Werte bezüglich der Partikelabgabe pro Fläche hierfür ergeben. Sie sind damit anderen Materialien wie beispielsweise Nylon, Polyester, PVC, Latex, Polyurethan oder Handschuhen aus Nitrilen weit überlegen.
  • Handschuhe aus höchstreinem PE, bevorzugt LDPE, haben aber leider den Nachteil, dass sie nicht atmungsaktiv sind und die Hände dadurch bereits nach wenigen Minuten zu schwitzen beginnen. Auch besitzen Handschuhe aus PE keinerlei Schnittfestigkeit. Deshalb muss aus Sicherheitsgründen beim Anfassen von den extrem scharfen Siliciumbruchstücken unter den Handschuhen aus PE ein weiterer schnittfester Handschuh getragen werden.
  • Erfahrungen haben gezeigt, dass bereits nach dem Anfassen von wenigen Kilogramm an Siliciumbruchstücken der PE-Handschuh einreißt und deshalb ausgetauscht werden muss. Auf Grund des durch den Überhandschuh aus PE verursachten, sehr starken Schwitzens der Hände muss der schnittfeste Unterhandschuh ebenfalls nach etwa 30 Minuten gewechselt werden.
  • Beim Arbeiten sind die Mitarbeiter deshalb angehalten, jede Minute die PE-Handschuhe auf Beschädigungen zu überprüfen. Wird eine Beschädigung übersehen, so besteht das Risiko, dass natriumchlorid-haltiger, menschlicher Schweiß auf das hochreine Silicium gelangt und dieses damit unbrauchbar macht. Messungen im laufenden Betrieb zeigen immer wieder Natriumspuren an den Siliciumbruchstücken, das auf Schwitzen der Verpacker und/oder Sortierer zurückzuführen ist.
  • Ein weiterer Nachteil bei der Verwendung von Handschuhen aus PE besteht darin, dass es durch das Schwitzen unter dem Handschuh bei einer Langzeitanwendung zu dauerhaften, nicht reversiblen Hautirritationen kommen kann.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik sind verschiedene Lösungen für atmungsaktive oder schnittfeste Handschuhe bekannt. So beschreibt beispielsweise DE-102005044839 einen atmungsaktiven Handschuh mit einer Handinnenfläche aus Silicon zum besseren Greifen und einem Handrücken aus einem luftdurchlässigen Gewebe. US2007028356 beschreibt einen mehrlagigen und atmungsaktiven Handschuh dessen innere Lage atmungsaktiv ist und dessen äußere Lage einen hohen Reibungskoeffizienten aufweist um damit möglichst sicher greifen zu können. Kein aus dem Stand der Technik bekannter Handschuh zielt jedoch auf eine gute Atmungsaktivität kombiniert mit einer minimalen Partikelabgabe der Handschuhinnenfläche auf das zu greifende Stück.
  • Es bestand nun die Aufgabe einen Handschuh zum Verpacken und Sortieren von hochreinem Silicium bereitzustellen, der zum einen beste Werte bezüglich der Partikelabgabe PE pro Fläche aufweist und gleichzeitig atmungsaktiv ist.
  • Überraschenderweise wurde nun gefunden, dass man durch das Zusammenfügen einer Handinnenfläche aus PE und eines Handrücken aus einem atmungsaktiven, reinraumgerechten Textilstoff einen Handschuh zum Verpacken und Sortieren von hochreinem Silicium herstellen kann, der die Nachteile aus dem Stand der Technik nicht besitzt.
  • Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Handschuh zur Verwendung beim Verpacken und Sortieren von hochreinen Silicium, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handinnenfläche des Handschuhs aus Polyethylen besteht und die Handrückenfläche des Handschuhs aus einem atmungsaktiven, reinraumgerechten Textilstoff, wobei beide Flächen dauerhaft miteinander verbunden sind.
  • Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Handschuh wird die Handinnenfläche aus höchstreinem PE, bevorzugt LDPE, hergestellt und die Oberseite des Handschuhs atmungsaktiv gestaltet. Ansätze dies durch eine Perforierung mit Löchern auf der Oberseite des PE-Handschuhs zu erreichen sind erfolglos, da der PE-Handschuh dadurch instabil wird und bereits innerhalb kürzester Zeit beim Anfassen der Siliciumstücke zerreißen kann.
  • Als Material für den Handrücken können verschiedene atmungsaktive und reinraumgerechte Textilstoffe verwendet werden. Bevorzugt wird dabei Tyvek® der Firma DuPont, ein papiervliesartiges Faserfunktionstextil aus thermisch verschweißten Fasern aus Polyethylen mit hoher Dichte (HDPE).
  • Tyvek® verhält sich von seiner Verformbarkeit her etwa wie Papier, ist dabei aber strapazierfähiger. Als Material für Schutzkleidung ist es deshalb geeignet, weil Tyvek® einerseits selbst nur sehr wenige Fasern verliert, andererseits durch das Vlies nahezu keine vom Körper abgeschiedenen Zellen durch das Material heraustreten können. So können sterile Arbeitsbedingungen, wie sie in oben genannten Arbeitsbereichen benötigt werden, aufrechterhalten werden. Aufgrund der Dampfdiffusionsoffenheit, bei gleichzeitiger Wasserdichtigkeit des Materials, kann gasförmiger Schweiß leicht durch die Faser nach außen treten.
  • Tyvek® kann mit einer höchstreinen PE-Folie so gut verschweißt werden, dass ein Handschuh erhalten wird, der die gleiche Stabilität beim Anfassen der Polysiliciumstücke besitzt wie der reine PE-Handschuh. Die Schweißnaht zwischen dem Textilwerkstoff auf der Oberseite (Handrücken) und dem hochreinen LD-PE auf der Innenfläche des Handschuhes besitzt dabei die gleiche Schweißnahtfestigkeit wie die Schweißnaht zwischen zwei PE-Folien bei einem Handschuh mit Innen- und Oberseite aus PE.
  • Die Schweißnahtfestigkeit wurde dabei nach DIN55543/T.3 überprüft. Die mittlere Schweißnahtfestigkeit beim PE-Handschuh zwischen LDPE-Folie an der Ober- und Unterseite betrug ebenso wie bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Handschuh zwischen Oberseite aus Tyvek® und Unterseite aus LDPE 50 N/15 mm.
  • Als Unterziehhandschuh muss aus Sicherheitsgründen auch beim erfindungsgemäßen Handschuh ein schnitt- und stichfester Unterhandschuh getragen werden. Stand der Technik für geeignete Unterziehhandschuhe ist eine Kombination aus drei verschiedenen Handschuhtypen. Als erster Handschuh wird zum Aufsaugen des Schweißes ein reiner Baumwollhandschuh getragen. Über den Baumwollhandschuh wird ein schnittfester Handschuh, bevorzugt aus einer Aramidfaser, besonders bevorzugt dem Material Kevlar® (DuPont), gezogen. Da Kevlar® leider fusselt, muss nochmals ein fusselfreier Handschuh, bevorzugt ein Vinylhandschuh, darüber gezogen werden. Erst dann kommt der PE-Handschuh zum Einsatz.
  • Das Tragen von vier verschiedenen Handschuhen übereinander hat jedoch mehrere Nachteile. Zum einen benötigt man zum fachgerechten Anziehen dieser Schutzhandschuhe mehrere Minuten und aufgrund der vielen Lagen wird die Fingerfertigkeit deutlich beeinträchtigt. Ein weiterer Nachteil sind die hohen Kosten für vier Handschuhe für beide Hände, die regelmäßig ausgetauscht werden müssen.
  • Überraschenderweise konnte durch die Verwendung eines Unterziehhandschuhs aus einer hochfesten Polyethylen-Faser mit einer sehr hohen Zugfestigkeit, die zusätzlich mit Polyurethan (PU) beschichtet ist, bei der Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen PE-Kevlar® Handschuhs, die Zahl der Unterziehhandschuhe von drei auf einen Handschuh verringert werden, ohne die Schutzwirkung zu verringern und die Schweißbildung zu erhöhen.
  • Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein mehrlagiger Handschuh zur Verwendung beim Verpacken und Sortieren von hochreinen Silicium, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Lage des Handschuhs aus einer Handinnenfläche aus Polyethylen besteht und die Handrückenfläche des Handschuhs aus einem atmungsaktiven, reinraumgerechten Textilstoff, wobei beide Flächen dauerhaft miteinander verbunden sind, und mindestens eine der innen liegenden Lagen des Handschuhs aus einer hochfesten Polyethylen Faser mit einer sehr hohen Zugfestigkeit besteht, die mit Polyurethan beschichtet ist.
  • Bevorzugt wird als hochfeste Polyethylen-Faser Dyneema® (DSM) eingesetzt, die zusätzlich mit PU beschichtet ist (PU-Dyneema®). Besonders bevorzugt wird die PU-Beschichtung eines nahtlosen Dyneema®-Trägergewebes.
  • Die beiden erfindungsgemäßen Lagen des Handschuhs können sowohl als Einzelhandschuhe, separat übereinander getragen werden, oder auch fest miteinander verbunden sein. Zusätzlich zu den beiden erfindungsgemäßen Lagen kann der Handschuh je nach Bedarf noch weitere Innenlagen über- und/oder unterhalb der hochfesten Lage aus Polyethylenfasern besitzen.
  • Die Verwendung des Materials PU-Dyneema® als Innen- oder Unterziehhandschuh vereinigt Schnittfestigkeit und Stichfestigkeit mit Atmungsaktivität bei gleichzeitig geringer Neigung zur Fusselabgabe. Aufgrund der dünnen Fasern ist die Fingerfertigkeit ebenfalls sehr gut. Dadurch ergibt sich gegenüber dem Stand der Technik mit der Verwendung von vier verschiedenen Handschuhen eine erhebliche Produktivitätssteigerung. Das Wechseln der Handschuhe kann in wenigen Sekunden erfolgen und die Beschaffungskosten können gesenkt werden.
  • Sowohl für das Material PU-Dyneema® als auch für Tyvek® können alle industrieüblichen Faser- und Fliesstärken für die Handschuhe eingesetzt werden. Die Materialstärken können dabei beispielsweise auf die spezielle Anwendung oder auch die Größe der Handschuhe abgestimmt werden.
  • Anhand der folgenden Beispiele soll die Erfindung näher erläutert werden.
  • Beispiel 1:
  • In einem Langzeitversuch wurden 100 Tonnen Polysiliciumbruch der Größe 5 (mittleres Gewicht von ca. 600 g, mit einer mittleren Kantenlänge von 120 mm) per Hand einzeln in PE-Beutel verpackt. Als Handschuhe wurden die erfindungsgemäßen PE-Tyvek® Handschuhe in Kombination mit einem Unterhandschuh bestehend aus PU-Dyneema® verwendet. Der Verbrauch an PE-Tyvek® Handschuhen betrug 4466 Paar und der Verbrauch an PU-Dyneema® Unterhandschuhen betrug 208 Paar.
  • Vergleichsbeispiel 1:
  • Analog zu Beispiel 1 wurden in einem weiteren Langzeitversuch ebenfalls 100 Tonnen Polysiliciumbruch der Größe 5 (mittleres Gewicht von ca. 600 g, mit einer mittleren Kantenlänge von 120 mm) per Hand einzeln in PE-Beutel verpackt. Als Handschuhe wurden aber reine PE-Handschuhe in Kombination mit einem Unterhandschuh bestehend aus PU-Dyneema® verwendet. Der Verbrauch an PE-Handschuhen betrug 5067 Paar und der Verbrauch an PU-Dyneema® Unterhandschuhen betrug 1123 Paar.
  • Das Vergleichsbeispiel zeigt, dass durch die Verwendung der erfindungsgemäßen, atmungsaktiven Handschuhe aus PE-Tyvek® der Verbrauch an schnitt- und stichfesten Unterziehhandschuhen aus PU-Dyneema® um ca. 80 % reduziert werden konnte.

  • In einem Reinraum der Klasse 100 wurden 15 sauer geätzte Polysiliciumbruchstücke mit einem Gewicht von 100 g pro Stück mit einem erfindungsgemäßen Handschuh, bestehend aus PE-Tyvek® für 30 Sekunden angefasst. Als Unterziehhandschuh wurde ein PU-Dyneema® getragen. Die Polybruchstücke wurden anschließend bezüglich des Metalloberflächengehalts untersucht. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 1 dem Vergleichsbeispiel 2 gegenübergestellt.
  • Vergleichsbeispiel 2:
  • In einem Reinraum der Klasse 100 wurden 15 sauer geätzte Polysiliciumbruchstücke mit einem Gewicht von 100 g pro Stück mit einem reinen PE-Handschuh für 30 Sekunden angefasst. Als Unterziehhandschuh wurde ebenfalls ein PU-Dyneema® getragen. Die Polybruchstücke wurden anschließend bezüglich des Metalloberflächengehalts untersucht. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle 1 dem Beispiel 2 gegenübergestellt. Tabelle 1:

  • Wie erwartet liegen die gemessenen Natriumwerte beim PE-Tyvek®-Handschuh im Vergleich zum reinen PE-Handschuh bezüglich des Mittelwerts und dem Median geringfügig niedriger.

Claims (5)

  1. Handschuh zur Verwendung beim Verpacken und Sortieren von hochreinen Siliciumstücken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handinnenfläche des Handschuhs aus Polyethylen besteht und die Handrückenfläche des Handschuhs aus einem atmungsaktiven, reinraumgerechten Textilstoff, wobei beide Flächen dauerhaft miteinander verbunden sind.
  2. Kombination eines Überziehhandschuhs mit einem Unterziehhandschuh zur Verwendung beim Verpacken und Sortieren von hochreinen Siliciumstücken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Handinnenfläche des Überziehhandschuhs aus Polyethylen besteht und die Handrückenfläche des Überziehhandschuhs aus einem atmungsaktiven, reinraumgerechten Textilstoff, wobei beide Flächen dauerhaft miteinander verbunden sind und als Unterziehhandschuh ein Handschuh aus einer hochfesten Polyethylen Faser mit einer sehr hohen Zugfestigkeit, die mit Polyurethan beschichtet ist, verwendet wird.
  3. Mehrlagiger Handschuh zur Verwendung beim Verpacken und Sortieren von hochreinen Silicium, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äußere Lage des Handschuhs aus einer Handinnenfläche aus Polyethylen besteht und die Handrückenfläche des Handschuhs aus einem atmungsaktiven, reinraumgerechten Textilstoff, wobei beide Flächen dauerhaft miteinander verbunden sind und mindestens eine der innen liegenden Lagen des Handschuhs aus einer hochfesten Polyethylen Faser mit einer sehr hohen Zugfestigkeit besteht, die mit Polyurethan beschichtet ist.
  4. Handschuh nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Textilstoff aus thermisch verschweißten Fasern aus Polyethylen mit hoher Dichte (HDPE) besteht.
  5. Kombination eines Überziehhandschuhs mit einem Unterziehhandschuh gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Überziehhandschuh ausschließlich aus Polyethylen besteht.
