The application of modulated speeds in a combing cylinder (circular comb) of a conventional combing machine is already common prior art, such. B. in the JP-57056525 (A ) was shown.

Dadurch wird die Rolle 12 in bezug auf die stationär angeordnete untere Zangenplatte 2 angehoben und schwenkt dadurch die Schwenkarme 4a, 4b um die Achse 6, wodurch sich die Zange 1 öffnet. Zwischenzeitlich wurde die Abreisswalze 8 in Richtung der Achse 7 verschoben und bildet mit dem Abreisssegment 20 eine Klemmlinie zur Erfassung des Endes des bereits ausgekämmten Faserbartes FB. Die Abreisswalze 8 wird mit einer nicht gezeigten Belastungseinrichtung in dieser Stellung gegen das Abreisssegment 20 gedrückt. Der Abreisvorgang wird nun gestartet, wobei die über die Klemmlinie abgerissenen Faserpakete an eine Siebtrommel abgegeben werden, auf welcher die Bildung eines Faservlieses erfolgt, das über die Abnehmerwalzen für die weitere Verarbeitung abgeführt wird. Beim Abreissvorgang ist ein schematisch gezeigter Fixkamm FK im Eingriff im Faserbart FB, durch welchen das abgezogene Fasergut hindurch gezogen wird. Bevor jedoch das Beschriebene Ausschwenken vorgenommen wird, ist sicherzustellen, dass die Balgzylinder nicht mehr mit Druckluft belastet sind. Um die Schwenkarme in dieser Stellung zu fixieren kann auch eine nicht gezeigte Verriegelungsvorrichtung vorgesehen sein. Nach dem Ausschwenken der Schwenkarme 37, 38 kann auch das obere Zangenmesser 3 über die Schwenkarme 4a, 4b problemlos noch oben um die Schwenkachse 6 verschwenkt werden. Diese wird in diesem Beispiel in vertikaler Richtung in Seitenführungen 70 geführt, die am Maschinengestell befestigt sind und welche in Bezug zur unteren Zangenplatte 2 eine vertikale Verschiebung der oberen Zangenplatte 3 zulassen. Diese Ausführung wird dadurch ermöglicht, indem die untere Zangenplatte 2 in ihrer eingebauten Position während eines Kammspieles nicht bewegt wird. Die Bügel 10, welche die Rollen 12 tragen, liegen, wie schematisch angedeutet, hierbei in der Vertikalen, in der sich die obere Zangenplatte 3 bewegt, bzw. in Richtung der Druckbelastung der Balgzylinder B1, B2. Claims (12)

  1.
