Mit dieser Vorrichtung wäre es dann möglich auf der Kämmmaschine Mischungen mit unterschiedlichen Fasermaterialien herzustellen, die auf dem nachfolgenden Streckwerk S miteinander vermischt werden. Dabei ist auch eine Ausführung denkbar, wobei jedem benachbarten Kämmkopf jeweils ein unterschiedliches Fasermaterial zugeführt wird, wodurch noch eine bessere Vermischung im anschliessenden Streckwerk erzielt werden kann. Dabei kann das Fasermaterial den einzelnen Kämmköpfen in Form von mehreren Faserbändern zugeführt werden, welche aus den Kämmköpfen zugestellten Kannen abgezogen werden.

- A combing device according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that the lower nipper plate (2) - as seen in the direction of the detaching roll (8) - is rigidly fixed in the machine support frame (MS), and the receiver of the detaching roll (8) is mounted in a manner so as to be movable radially with respect to the combing cylinder (16), wherein the receiver has a connection to a positioning device (17) via which the distance (E, E1) between the detaching roll (8) and the lower nipper plate (2) can be adjusted.
- A combing device according to claim 3, characterized in that the receiver (10) consists of two arms (12) which are each mounted to be able to pivot on a respective axle (13), wherein the axles (13) are attached to the machine support frame (MS) or to an element (24) which is connected thereto, and each arm (12) has a mount point (11) for mounting the detaching roll (8), which itself extends between these mount points (11).
- A combing device according to claim 4, characterized in that a bellows cylinder (B1, B2) is supported on each arm (12) for the purpose of putting a load on the detaching roll (8).
- A combing device according to one of the claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the axles (13) for the arms (12) are attached to a frame (24) which is mounted in a pivotable manner in the machine support frame (MS), wherein guide elements (58) for the arms (12) are provided on said frame (24) at a distance from the axles (13), and each guide element (58) has a limit stop surface (60) which limits the pivoting motion of the arms in the direction of the combing cylinder (16), and wherein the bellows cylinders (B1, B2) are attached by one end (35) thereof to the pivotable frame (24), and are supported on the other end (30) thereof on a support surface (28) of the respective arm (12), which itself is situated above the mount points (11) of the detaching roll (8).
- A combing device according to claim 6, characterized in that each respective support surface (28) has an opening (33) in which an extension (31) projects when the bellows cylinder (B1, B2) is situated on the support surface (28), said extension (31) projecting beyond the end face (30) of the respective bellows cylinder (B1, B2).
- A combing device according to claim 7, characterized in that the extension (31) of each bellows cylinder (B1, B2) and the opening (33) in the support surface (28) are designed in such a manner that they exert a clamping effect together.
- A combing device according one of the claims 4 or 5, characterized in that the position of the axles (13) of the pivotable arms (12) is made adjustable via a positioning device (17, S1 - S4).
- A combing device according to claim 9, characterized in that each axle (13) is attached to a rotatable locating disk (17) in an eccentric manner, and at least one means (14) for fixing said locating disk (17) is provided.
- A combing device according one of the claims 3, 4, 9 or 10, characterized in that a series of combing devices arranged side by side is present, wherein a shared positioning device (17) is provided for all combing devices for the purpose of simultaneously adjusting the distance (E, E1) between the detaching roll (8) and the lower nipper plates (2) for all combing devices.
- A combing device according to one of the claims 3, 4, 9 or 10, characterized in that a series of combing devices arranged side by side is present, wherein the positioning devices (S1 - S4) for adjusting the position of each detaching roll (8) of each respective combing device (K1 - K4) is controlled by a central control unit (ST), individually or in groups.
- A combing device according to claim 12, characterized in that the individual positioning devices (S1 - S4) are each equipped with an electric servomotor (M1 - M4) which can be controlled by a central control unit (ST), individually or in groups (I, II).
