Abstract

Ein Wandelement, insbesondere Frontblende für einen Schubkasten, umfasst zwei voneinander beabstandete Halter (2), die jeweils an einer Seitenwand (4) festlegbar sind, wobei zwischen den Haltern (2) mindestens eine Blende (5, 6, 1, 11) angeordnet ist. Die Halter (2) weisen auf der einander zugewandten Stirnseite jeweils eine Nut (20) auf, in die ein Adapterelement (8, 9, 10, 12) zur Festlegung der Blende (5, 6, 7, 11) eingeschoben ist.

Description

Wandelement
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Wandelement, insbesondere eine Frontblende für einen Schubkasten, mit zwei voneinander beabstandeten Haltern, die jeweils an einer Seitenwand festlegbar sind, wobei zwischen den Haltern mindestens eine Blende angeordnet ist.
Die DE 298 09 751 offenbart Winkelverbinder für Platten, insbesondere für Möbel, bei der zwei Platten rechtwinklig aneinander festlegbar sind. Hierfür umfasst der Winkelverbinder zwei rechtwinklig zueinander ausgebildete U-förmige Bereiche, in die jeweils eine Platte klemmend einfügbar ist. Bei einem solchen Winkelverbinder ist nur eine Platte vorbestimmter Dicke festlegbar, wobei ein Toleranzausgleich nicht möglich ist. Bei leichtem Spiel kann die Platte innerhalb des Winkelverbinders verrutschen. Zudem ist die Festigkeit einer solchen Verbindung begrenzt.
Die EP 124 645 offenbart einen Möbelauszug, bei dem eine Frontblende an gegenüberliegenden Seiten an Haltern festgelegt ist. Jeder Halter bildet dabei einen Teil einer Seitenwand aus, wobei die Frontblende als einstückige Platte ausgebildet ist. Solche Frontblenden haben sich zwar technisch bewährt, allerdings ist die Optik eintönig und die Gestaltungen im Design begrenzt. Es ist nicht möglich, flexibel verschiedene Blenden, beispielsweise in Form von Streifen, Stangen oder Platten an den seitlichen Haltern zu befestigen.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Wandelement, insbesondere eine Frontblende für einen Schubkasten zu schaffen, das flexibel aufgebaut ist und eine einfache Montage gewährleistet.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Wandelement mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
Erfindungsgemäß umfasst das Wandelement zwei Halter, die auf der einander zugewandten Stirnseite jeweils eine Nut aufweisen, in die ein Adapterelement zur Festlegung der Blende eingeschoben ist. Dadurch kann das Wandelement flexibel aufgebaut sein, da ein oder mehrere Blenden an den Haltern montiert werden. Gerade für den Möbelbereich können somit Wandelemente mit unterschiedlichen Farben, Formen und Materialien verwendet werden. Insbesondere kann auch eine Blende aus Glas an den Haltern festgelegt werden, wobei die Adapterelemente für eine sichere Befestigung sorgen und einen gewissen Toieranzausgleich vornehmen können, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Dicke der Blenden.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist jedes Adapterelement eine Aufnahme auf, an der ein Endabschnitt der Blende festgelegt ist. Dadurch können die Adapter die Blende beispielsweise klemmend festlegen. Vorzugsweise wird dabei ein Endabschnitt der Blende umlaufend eingefasst, so dass beim Bewegen des Wandelementes bzw. des Schubkastens keine Klappergeräusche auftreten. Das Adapterelement kann dabei aus einem elastischem Material, beispielsweise aus Kunststoff gebildet sein, so dass eine klemmende Festlegung der Blenden möglich ist.
In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Nut an jedem Halter hinterschnitten ausgebildet. Dadurch wird ein Herausziehen der Adapterelemente aus der Nut verhindert. Die Adapterelemente können nur entlang der Nut verschoben wer- den.
Für eine besonders ansprechende Optik können zwischen den Haltern mindestens zwei Blenden vorgesehen sein, Dadurch kann das Wandelement vielseitig ausgestaltet sein, da die zwei oder mehr Blenden farblich dem Wandelement eine beson- dere Optik verleihen können.
In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist jedes Adapterelement einen T-förmigen Abschnitt auf, der in der Nut eines Halters aufgenommen ist. Der Halter selbst kann mindestens eine hervorstehende Öse aufweisen, an der eine Sei- tenwand festlegbar ist. Dadurch kann das Wandelement stabil an zwei Seitenwänden festgelegt werden.
Für eine besonders stabile Befestigung können die beiden Wände der Nut an jedem Halter eine unterschiedliche Länge aufweisen. Dabei können die Stirnseiten der Nutwände geneigt verlaufen, so dass bei einer Bewegung des Wandelementes in eine Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene der Blenden eine hohe Belastung der T- förmigen Abschnitten jedes Adapterelementes vermieden wird. Denn die schräg verlaufen Stirnseiten der Nutwände können gewisse Stoßkräfte aufnehmen. Das Wandelement umfasst vorzugsweise eine Blende aus einer Platte aus Glas. Das
Glas kann transparent oder transluzent bzw. satiniert ausgebildet sein, so dass gerade im Möbelbereich ansprechend gestaltete Schubkästen hergestellt werden können. Ferner kann das Wandelement eine Blende als streifenförmige Platte umfassen, Zudem kann zusätzlich oder alternativ eine Blende als Stange ausgebildet sein, die auch als Griffelement dient. Die Blenden können einzeln oder in Kombination miteinander verwendet werden.
Für eine stabile Befestigung kann im unteren Bereich an jedem Halter eine Bodenplatte als Blende ausgeführt festgelegt sein. Dadurch kann das Wandelement an ei- nem kastenförmigen Aufbau montiert werden.
Vorzugsweise ist das Wandelement als eine Frontblende eines Schubkastens ausgebildet.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand mehrerer Ausführungsbeispiele mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Ein Schubkasten 1 umfasst ein Wandelement, das an gegenüberliegenden Seiten zwei Halter 2 aufweist, die jeweils rückseitig zwei hervorstehende Ösen 3 umfassen, an denen jeweils eine Seitenwand 4 des Schubkastens festgelegt ist. Die Halter 2 bestehen aus Kunststoff, es kann aber auch Holz oder Metall eingesetzt werden.
Zwischen den Haltern sind mehrere Blenden 5, 6 und 7 montiert, die im Wesentlichen plattenförmig sind und übereinander gestapelt sind.
An den Haltern 2 ist im unteren Bereich eine als Bodenplatte ausgeführte Blende 7 montiert, die an gegenüberliegenden Seiten an Adapterelementen 8 festgelegt ist. Jedes Adapterelement 8 ist in eine Nut 20 an dem Halter 2 eingeschoben. Über der als Bodenplatte ausgeführten Blende 7 ist eine Blende 6 angeordnet, die an gegenüberliegenden Seiten ebenfalls an Adapterelementen 9 festgelegt ist, wobei die Adapterelemente 9 Aufnahmen ausbilden, die an den Endabschnitten der Blende 6 eingefasst sind. Die Adapterelemente 9 sind in der hinterschnittenen Nut 20 des Halters 2 geführt.
Oberhalb der Blende 6 ist eine weitere Blende 5 vorgesehen, die als dünne Platte aus Glas gebildet ist. Diese Blende 5 ist randseitig an Adapterelementen 10 eingefasst, die lediglich die Längskanten der Blende 5 einfassen und die Blende 5 klemmend festlegen. Die Adapterelemente 10 sind wiederum in den Nuten 20 der zwei Halter 2 geführt.
Die Blenden 5 und 6 können aus beliebigen plattenartigem Materialien bestehen, insbesondere aus Glas, Holz, Blech, Stein oder Kunststoff. Dadurch kann das Wandelement eine Vielzahl von optischen Gestaltungen erfahren, ohne dass die
Halter 2 und die Befestigung durch die Adapterelemente 9 und 10 modifiziert werden muss. In Figur 3 ist ein Wandelement eines modifizierten Schubkastens 1 ' dargestellt, bei dem im oberen Bereich statt der Blende 5 eine Stange als Blende 11 montiert ist. Die Blende 11 in Form einer Stange ist randseitig an Adapterelementen 12 festgelegt, die wiederum mit einem T-förmigen Abschnitt in die Nut 20 eines Halters 2 eingeschoben ist.
Wie in den Figuren 4A und 4B gezeigt ist, besitzt das Adapterelement 12 einen T- förmigen Abschnitt 13, der in die Nut 20 eines Halters 2 eingefügt ist. Dabei sind die Nutwande 21 und 22 unterschiedlich lang ausgebildet. Ferner ist eine Stirnkan- te 14 der beiden Nutwände 21 und 22 geneigt ausgebildet, und verläuft in einem
Winkel zwischen 10° und 30° zu einer Ebene senkrecht zu der Blende 6. Dadurch können bei einer Bewegung des Wandelementes senkrecht zur Ebene der Blende 6 Stoßkräfte auch schon durch die Nutwände 21 und 22 aufgenommen werden, was die Belastung des T-förmigen Abschnitts 13 des Adapterelementes 12 vermindert.
In Figur 5 ist das Wandelement in der montierten Position gezeigt. Die als Spange ausgebildete Blende 1 1 ist beabstandet von der unteren Blende 6 angeordnet und kann somit leicht gegriffen werden, insbesondere um das Wandelement zusammen mit dem Schubkasten zu bewegen.
In Figur 6 sind die Adapterelemente 12 bei der Montage gezeigt, die mit T- förmigen Abschnitten 13 in die Nuten 20 der Halter 2 geführt sind, wobei die A- dapterelemente 12 nach unten verlängerte Stege 15 aufweisen, die in die Nuten 20 aufgenommen sind. Dadurch wird die Blende 1 1 beabstandet von der Blende 6 montiert, da die Stege 15 auf den T-förmigen Abschnitten des Adapterelementes 9 aufstehen.
Durch das erfindungsgemäße Wandelement können eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Blenden 5, 6 und 1 1 an den Haltern 2 montiert werden, so dass dem Design kaum Grenzen gesetzt sind. Dabei können unterschiedliche Materialien, Formen und
Farben eingesetzt werden. Dies ist insbesondere im Möbelbereich eine Bereicherung, da bei Schubkästen eine flexible Gestaltung von Frontblenden nicht möglich war. Bezugszeichenliste

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Wandelement, insbesondere Frontblende für einen Schubkasten, mit zwei voneinander beabstandeten Haltern (2), die jeweils an einer Seitenwand (4) festlegbar sind,, wobei zwischen den Haltern (2) mindestens eine Blende (5, 6,
7, 1 1) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halter (2) auf der einander zugewandten Stirnseite jeweils eine Nut (20) aufweisen, in die ein Adapterelement (8, 9, 10, 12) zur Festlegung der Blende (5, 6, 7, 11) eingeschoben ist.
2. Wandelement nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Adapterelement (8, 9, 10, 12) eine Aufnahme aufweist, an der ein Endabschnitt der Blende (5, 6, 7, 1 1) festgelegt ist.
3. Wandelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Aufnahme den Endabschnitt der Blende (5, 6, 7, 1 1) umlaufend einfasst.
4. Wandelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (20) an jedem Halter (2) hinterschnitten ausgebildet ist.
5. Wandelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Haltern (2) mindestens zwei Blenden (5, 6, 7, 1 1) vorgesehen sind.
6. Wandelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Adapterelement (8, 9, 10, 12) einen T-förmigen Abschnitt aufweist, der in die Nut (20) eines Halters (2) aufgenommen ist.
7. Wandelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Halter (2) mindestens eine hervorstehende Öse (3) aufweist, an der eine Seitenwand (4) festlegbar ist.
8. Wandelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Wände (21, 22) der Nut (20) jedes Halters (2) eine unterschiedliche Länge aufweisen.
9. Wandelement nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnseiten (14) der Nutwände (21 , 22) geneigt verlaufen.
10. Wandelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Blende (5) aus einer Platte aus Glas gebildet ist.

14. Schubkasten, insbesondere für Möbel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Wandelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche als Frontblende vorgesehen ist.
