Claims (8)

  1. Construction de porte (1) comprenant un vantail coulissant (2) et un vantail pivotant (3), le vantail coulissant (2) et le vantail pivotant (3) étant directement disposés l'un à côté de l'autre et pouvant être ouverts dans des directions opposées, ainsi qu'un dispositif de réglage de séquence de fermeture (25),
    le mécanisme d'ouverture du vantail coulissant (2) étant configuré de sorte qu'il faut éloigner le vantail coulissant (2) du vantail pivotant (3) par coulissement (A1 ou A2) pour ouvrir le vantail coulissant (2),
    un dispositif de verrouillage (27) comprenant au moins un élément de déclenchement (28) étant prévu, le dispositif de verrouillage (27) coopérant avec un élément glissant, qui est attribué au vantail pivotant (3) de la construction de porte (1), dans un rail de glissement (26) du cadre de la construction de porte (1), le vantail pivotant (3) de la construction de porte (1) pouvant être amené dans la position fermée, si le dispositif de verrouillage (27) est dans l'état déclenché, et
    un élément glissant (29) déplaçable dans le rail de glissement (26) du cadre de la construction de porte (1) étant en outre prévu, lequel élément glissant (29) coopère avec l'élément de déclenchement (28) du dispositif de verrouillage (27) et avec le vantail coulissant (2) de la construction de porte (1),
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'élément glissant (29), qui est en outre prévu et qui coopère avec l'élément de déclenchement (28) du dispositif de verrouillage (27) et avec le vantail coulissant (2) de la construction de porte (1), est disposé dans une zone de fermeture (S) du vantail coulissant (2) de la construction de porte (1) dans le rail de glissement (26),
    l'élément glissant (29), qui est en outre prévu, comprend un patin (30), qui coopère avec l'élément de déclenchement (28) du dispositif de verrouillage (27), de sorte que l'élément de déclenchement (28) du dispositif de verrouillage (27) sera actionné, si l'élément glissant (29) en outre prévu et ainsi le patin (30) est déplacé contre la force d'un ressort (32) fixé dans le rail de glissement (26) par moyen d'un dispositif d'arrêt à ressort (33), et l'élément glissant (29) comprend un boulon (31), qui fait saillie dans une zone de déplacement du vantail coulissant (2) et qui coopère avec le vantail coulissant (2), de sorte que pendant la fermeture de la construction de porte (1), le vantail pivotant (3) de la construction de porte (1) ne peut être amené dans la position fermée que si le vantail coulissant (2) de la construction de porte (1) est dans la position de fermeture.
  2. Construction de porte (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le vantail pivotant (3) de la construction de porte (1) peut être déplacé par moyen d'un moyen d'entraînement (ferme-porte) de préférence automatique et agissant dans le sens de la fermeture.
  3. Construction de porte (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un bras de levier est monté sur le moyen d'entraînement (ferme-porte) du vantail pivotant (3) de la construction de porte (1), dans lequel une extrémité du bras de levier est reliée à un bord supérieur du vantail pivotant (3) de la construction de porte (1) et l'autre extrémité du bras de levier s'engage dans l'élément glissant déplaçable dans le rail de glissement (26) du cadre de la construction de porte (1) ou l'autre extrémité du bras de levier est reliée à l'élément glissant déplaçable dans le rail de glissement (26) du cadre de la construction de porte (1).
  4. Construction de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément glissant (29) peut être amené contre la force du ressort (32) dans la position de fermeture par déplacement (A1 ou A2) par moyen du vantail coulissant (2) de la construction de porte (1).
  5. Construction de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément glissant (29) peut être amené par la force du ressort (32) de la position de fermeture dans une position d'ouverture, qui ne déclenche pas le dispositif de verrouillage (27), si le vantail coulissant (2) de la construction de porte (1) a été amené de la position de fermeture dans la position d'ouverture par déplacement (A1 ou A2).
  6. Construction de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le vantail coulissant (2) de la construction de porte (1) peut être déplacé par un moyen d'entraînement de préférence automatique et agissant dans le sens de la fermeture.
  7. Construction de porte (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le moyen d'entraînement automatique est fourni par un entraînement motorisé, des contrepoids, des poulies de câble à ressort et/ou par des plans inclinés.
  8. Construction de porte (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que celle-ci est configurée pour la protection contre le feu.
