Claims (13)
- Porte (1), en particulier porte de protection contre la fumée, pour éviter le passage de la fumée d'une première pièce dans une deuxième pièce adjacente, comprenant un vantail (2) dont l'axe de pivotement vertical (3) est formé par des pivots (4) faisant saillie en haut et en bas hors du vantail (2), qui est supporté dans un palier pivotant (4a) dans le sol ou dans la partie horizontale (4b) d'une huisserie,
caractérisée en ce qu'
au niveau du bord inférieur et du bord supérieur du côté avant ou arrière de la porte sur le vantail (2) est à chaque fois disposé un dispositif de protection contre la fumée (5a, respectivement 5b) avec un joint d'étanchéité de protection contre la fumée (6) pouvant être sorti, de telle sorte que lors de l'ouverture ou de la fermeture de la porte (1), les joints d'étanchéité de protection contre la fumée (6) des dispositifs de protection contre la fumée (5a, respectivement 5b) soient à chaque fois enfoncés de telle sorte que les joints d'étanchéité de protection contre la fumée (6), lors du pivotement de la porte (1) ne glissent pas sur le sol ou sur l'élément fixe se trouvant au-dessus de la porte (1). - Porte (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les joints d'étanchéité de protection contre la fumée (6) s'étendent à chaque fois en continu sur toute la largeur du vantail (2) et toutes les autres surfaces en aboutement sont également étanchéifiées vis-à-vis du passage de la fumée.
- Porte (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les joints d'étanchéité de protection contre la fumée (6) peuvent être sortis lors de l'actionnement d'un élément de déclenchement.
- Porte (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs de protection contre la fumée (6) présentent des moyens qui, lors de l'actionnement de l'élément de déclenchement, provoquent une sortie de préférence automatique des joints d'étanchéité de protection contre la fumée (6).
- Porte (1) selon la revendication 3 ou la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de déclenchement fait saillie au niveau de la porte (1) de telle sorte qu'il puisse être actionné lors de la fermeture de la porte (1) par l'huisserie de la porte (9).
- Porte (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les joints d'étanchéité de protection contre la fumée (6) peuvent être introduits au moyen d'un élément de rappel.
- Porte (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par un élément de rappel mécanique, pneumatique et/ou électrique, en particulier un ressort.
- Porte (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs de protection contre la fumée (5a, respectivement 5b) se composent d'un matériau ignifuge.
- Porte (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs de protection contre la fumée (5a, respectivement 5b) sont chacun pourvus d'une bande de matériau intumescent qui, en cas d'incendie, exerce par moussage un effet d'étanchéité supplémentaire vis-à-vis du sol (8) ou de l'élément fixe (9).
- Porte (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les dispositifs de protection contre la fumée (5a, respectivement 5b) présentent chacun un élément de déclenchement supplémentaire au moyen duquel le joint d'étanchéité de protection contre la fumée respectif (6) peut être sorti manuellement.
- Porte (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que la porte (1) est réalisée sous forme de porte butée.
- Porte (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le vantail (2) se compose d'une vitre coupe-feu ignifugée sans cadre.
- Porte (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que le vantail (2) présente au moins deux vitres en verre espacées l'une de l'autre parallèlement au moyen d'un élément d'espacement périphérique, l'espace formé par l'élément d'espacement entre les vitres en verre étant rempli d'un agent ignifuge.
