Schließen der Tür sind die Rauchschutzdichtungen der Rauchschutzvorrichtung jeweils eingefahren, so dass die Dichtungen bei der Schwenkung der Tür nicht über den Boden bzw. an dem über der Tür befindlichen Festelement schleifen. Fig. 1 zeigt eine Ausgestaltung einer erfindungsgemäßen Glastür 1 in einer Frontanansicht. Die Glastür 1 umfasst ein Türblatt 2, sowie zwei Rauchschutzvorrichtungen 5a und 5b. Das Türblatt 2 der Glastür 1 ist um etwa 120° schwenkbar gelagert, wobei die senkrechte Schwenkachse 3 des Türblattes 2 exemplarisch auf der linken Seite des Türblattes 2 angeordnet ist. Die Drehzapfen 4 sind in einem Drehlager 4a im Boden 8 bzw. in einem Drehlager 4b im waagerechten Teil der Zarge 9 gelagert. Claims (13)

  1. Door (1), in particular for smoke protection purposes for avoiding the transfer of smoke from a first room into an adjacent second room, comprising a door leaf (2) whose vertical pivot axis (3) is formed by pivot pins (4) which project from the door leaf (2) at the top and bottom and which is mounted in a pivot bearing (4a) in the floor or in the horizontal part (4b) of a frame, characterized in that the lower and upper edge of the front or rear side of the door has arranged thereon, on the door leaf (2), a respective smoke protection device (5a or 5b) with an extendible smoke protection seal (6) in such a way that, when opening or closing the door (1), the smoke protection seals (6) of the smoke protection devices (5a or 5b) are each retracted, with the result that, when pivoting the door (1), the smoke protection seals (6) do not drag over the floor or against the fixed element situated above the door (1).

  4. Door (1) according to Claim 3, characterized in that the smoke protection devices (6) have means which, upon actuation of the triggering element, cause a preferably automatic extension of the smoke protection seals (6).
  5. Door (1) according to Claim 3 or Claim 4, characterized in that the triggering element projects on the door (1) in such a way that it can be actuated by the door frame (9) when closing the door (1) .
  6. Door (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the smoke protection seals (6) can be retracted by means of a restoring element.
  7. Door (1) according to Claim 6, characterized by a mechanical, pneumatic and/or electric restoring element, in particular a spring.
  8. Door (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the smoke protection devices (5a or 5b) consist of fire-resistant material.

Door (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the smoke protection devices (5a or 5b) are each provided with a strip of intumescent material which, in the event of fire, as a result of foaming, exerts an additional sealing effect with respect to the floor (8) or the fixed element (9).
  10. Door (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the smoke protection devices (5a or 5b) each have an additional triggering element by means of which the respective smoke protection seal (6) can be manually extended.
  11. Door (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the door (1) is designed as a swing door.
  12. Door (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the door leaf (2) is composed of a frameless fire-inhibiting fire protection pane.
  13. Door (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the door leaf (2) has at least two glass panes which are spaced parallel from one another by means of a peripheral spacer, wherein the space enclosed between the glass panes by the spacer is filled with a fire protection agent.
