Description

The present invention relates to a two-leaf hinged door with a stationary leaf, a leaf and a device for controlling the opening and, if desired, closing order, comprising a cam associated with the passive leaf and a stop associated with the aerofoil.

Although the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, the doors described herein are particularly suitable for those who have a security claim to meet. These are above all fire doors / smoke protection doors with so-called panic and escape function.

The characteristic of a fire door / smoke door is to prevent the passage of fire and smoke from one room to another for a certain period of time. Regardless of their design, this requirement is of course only to be met if the door is properly closed in case of fire. Two-wing fire doors / smoke doors usually have a first wing with a second wing facing fold, which extends as a projection of the door leaf on the side facing away from the axis of rotation of this wing in the surface region of the second door leaf. Accordingly, in the properly closed state, the second door leaf rests on the correct side of this fold with an edge region lying parallel to the plane of the wing.

Although normally the door is opened and closed during normal use of the door only, double-leaf fire doors / smoke doors may be equipped with a panic function which allows the second door to be opened to provide a wider escape corridor in the event of an emergency. Such a panic function is realized, for example, via a rotary arm mounted on the inactive leaf, which rotates when rotated 180 ° unlocks the inactive leaf so that it can be opened in the same direction as the inactive leaf.

Thus, the protective effect of a two-leaf fire door / smoke protection door even after opening in particular the passive leaf is recoverable, such doors are provided with a device for self-closing with closing sequence control. However, due to the above-discussed asymmetrical design of the door rebate, a correct closing order of the door leaves must be strictly observed. Because if the door leaves such a two-leaf fire door to be closed in the wrong order, the door, which is not provided with a door facing the other door, lies on the wrong side of this rebate on the other door. As a result, not only in the area of the fold, but also between the door leaf upper edge and the door frame form gaps through which fire and smoke can pass through unhindered. The door therefore does not have the required protective effect. In other words, it is essential for the proper functioning of a double-leaf fire door / smoke door that they are properly closed: First, the passive leaf to bring to the closed position, and then the pedestrian wing.

The closing sequence device causes the closing of the two door leaves in the correct order. If the still open wing, for example driven by a closing spring, carries out a closing movement leading the inactive leaf, this closing movement is stopped by the action of the closing sequence control when a certain minimum opening angle is reached until the inactive leaf in its closing movement is sufficient for the aerofoil far ahead and thus ensuring the correct closing sequence is guaranteed. The minimum opening angle is defined by the fact that the inactive leaf can just just pass the aerofoil at this angle.

It is also necessary that closing sequence controls not only work when both doors are closed from relatively large opening angles, but it must also be ensured that the correct closing order is maintained even if only the inactive leaf has been opened. In this case, the mechanism discussed above can not intervene because it requires a minimum opening angle of the pusher. Since the closing sequence control due to their geometry and construction requires a minimum opening angle of the door until it works, so-called opening sequence controls are used, which ensure that the door leaf is moved at the sole opening movement of the passive leaf by means of a driver at least over the minimum opening angle, so that the following closing the above closing order regulation can intervene.

In the DE 10 2004 031 937 A1 a known opening sequence control is disclosed. This opening sequence control mounted on the outside of the door has a driver finger, which is guided linearly movable in a telescopic receptacle on the inactive leaf of a two-leaf door and, with the door closed, projects with an end region to the rear surface of the pusher during the opening movement. With an opening of the inactive leaf, the driver finger forcibly ensures that the aerofoil also opens a little way, wherein the driver finger is pulled out to a certain opening angle of the pusher and then released. The driver finger is then retracted by the force of a spring in the telescopic receptacle to reduce the projection of the driver finger over the inactive leaf into the door opening area.

The disadvantage here is that the driver finger is hooked to the support member to effect the opening of the pusher against the force of the telescoping spring spring quasi, which affects the safety of the desired entrainment movement.

Further, it is felt in such a solution in part as disadvantageous that the driver fingers, even if he is not in contact with the sash, must protrude relatively far beyond the inactive leaf out what is visually disturbing and can be disadvantageous in the closing sequence control. This is exacerbated by the need to attach a role at the end of the driver finger, as with pure sliding contact between driver fingers and slate plane as a support element on the wing would otherwise occur too large tilting acting moments on the linear guide.

Furthermore, it is disadvantageous that the proposed arrangement is accommodated in a housing which has to be screwed onto the outside of the inactive leaf. For this reason alone, it is practically not possible to make such an arrangement visually inconspicuous, which is desirable especially in attractive wooden frame doors.

Die DE29921878U offenbart alle Merkmale des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.The DE29921878U discloses all features of the preamble of claim 1.

The invention has for its object to construct a two-leaf swing door of the type mentioned in such a way that the visual appearance of the door is affected as little as possible by the control device of the opening and closing order and the door still reliably maintains a correct opening and closing order ,

This object is inventively achieved in that the driver is attached to the upper end face of the passive leaf and having a curved hook element which is aligned with the inactive leaf and extends in the closed state of the swing door over part of the upper end face of the wing, said Stopper is mounted on the upper face of the wing in the opening direction in front of the hook element.

The invention is based on the finding that by attaching a driver having an arcuate hook member on the upper edge of the inactive leaf, that is, between the wing and the door frame, the opening order control can be visually completely hidden. If only the wing is used, the driver hardly falls on even with the open wing, as this is located directly below the door frame.

In a further development of the hinged door, the hook element can be brought into engagement with the stop during the opening of the passive leaf, so that the aerofoil is pivoted in the opening direction. It is therefore possible that the hook element is not in the closed state of the swing door in contact with the stop but this state occurs only when opening the passive leaf. This is advantageous, as this reduces the wear of the hook element and the stopper is minimized.

In the construction, it is advantageous if the hook element does not protrude beyond the main surfaces of the inactive leaf and the wing in the closed state of the pivoting door. Thus, the hook element is virtually invisible when the swing door is closed.

In a further embodiment of the invention, the driver comprises a fastening element, with which the driver is attached to the upper end face of the inactive leaf. It is particularly expedient in this case if the inactive leaf has a recess in at least the dimensions of the fastening element in the upper end face and the fastening element is fixed in this recess. Thus, the driver can be sunk in the profile of the inactive leaf and thus requires no further adjustments to the profile of the frame in this area. In addition, this measure for a provided on the frame sealing lip a uniform sealing surface be created. This is particularly important for fire doors because of the required smoke seal.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the arc direction of the hook element extends to the opening side of the inactive leaf. This embodiment is particularly advantageous because, in this way, when the passive leaf is opened, the aerofoil leads at a higher angular velocity. In this way, on the one hand, the constraint between the floor and the grand piano when opening significantly reduced or even eliminated. On the other hand, it is thereby achieved when opening the inactive leaf that the aerofoil reaches the minimum angle of the closing sequence control as quickly as possible.

The arch shape of the hook element can in principle assume all conceivable embodiments. For example, it has a circular-segment-like, elliptical, logarithmic, parabolic or hyperbolic shape.

Der lineare Teilabschnitt schließt sich folglich an die Befestigungseinrichtung des Mitnehmers an.The hook element may further comprise a bent portion and a linear portion. In this case, the bent section is provided on the opposite end of the fastening device in an advantageous manner. The linear section is consequently connected to the fastening device of the driver.

The driver can in principle have any conceivable cross-sectional profile. However, it is particularly advantageous if the driver has a plate-shaped cross section, especially in the region of the hook element. As a result, the driver can be configured flat and thus save space in the upper area between the pivoting wings and the door frame hide.

It is particularly expedient if the driver is formed in particular in the region of the hook element by a flat sheet or a flat plastic element. The sheet may for example be a steel sheet, which can optionally be sheathed with a plastic layer. The plastic element may for example consist of PVC, a polyolefin such as PE or PP, polycarbonate, a polyester, PTFE or a polyamide. The thickness of the driver can be in particular in the region of the hook element 1 to 10 mm, preferably 2 to 5 mm. The length of the driver can be, for example, 5 to 30 cm and depends primarily on the fact that when opening the passive leaf, the leaf can be opened at least until reaching the activation angle of the closed loop control before the inactive leaf can be opened further than the wing.

In an advantageous development of the driver can at least in the region of the arcuate hook element have a largely the same color and / or texture as the surface of the Zargenmaterials. As a result, the driver is optically camoufliert.

As already discussed at the beginning, the aerofoil of the hinged door according to the invention has a stop for the driver. When the passive leaf is opened, this stop serves to open the walking leaf together with the inactive leaf via the driver. According to the invention, the stop is designed as a sliding or rolling device. The rolling device is formed by a ball or a roller, in particular a ball-bearing roller whose axis of rotation runs as far as possible parallel to the axis of rotation of the pusher. When you open the passive leaf then rolls off the role of the side edge of the driver, whereby a smooth and quiet Mitbetätigen the pusher is enabled. The rollers may for example have a thickness of 2 to 10 mm, preferably 3 to 5 mm.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the pivoting door according to the invention, the aerofoil has a recess in the extension region of the hook element, which extends to the opening side of the aerofoil. Also This structural measure ensures that the driver is visually obscured and also no modifications to the door frame when installing such a swing door are required.

To open the passive leaf this is equipped with an actuating device, preferably with a panic unlocking, which allows emergency unlocking the passive leaf in an emergency.

Due to its concealed arrangement, the driver according to the invention can be used in a particularly advantageous manner in optically high-quality two-leaf doors, especially in those in which the inactive leaf and the aerofoil have a peripheral wooden frame construction.

It is particularly advantageous if the inactive leaf and / or the aerofoil are designed as a fire protection door and in particular have a fire-resistant glazing, in other words, if the two-leaf door is designed as a fire-resistant glass door, preferably with a peripheral wooden frame construction.

Since all elements of the driver are integrated in the door frame, they are also protected from the direct heat from the outside at the same time regardless of which side of the fire acts. As a result, the trouble-free functionality of the driver in case of fire over a longer period can be ensured than is possible with externally mounted metal housings.

Fig. 1 shows a fragmentary sectional view of an embodiment of a two-leaved door 1 according to the invention in the closed state in the plan view of the upper end edge. The door 1 is composed of a stationary leaf 2 and a wing 3, which are held in the hinge, not shown here in the direction indicated by arrows pivotable. The door 1 is also equipped with a closing sequence control, also not shown.

The inactive leaf 2 and the aerofoil 3 each consist of a wooden frame construction made of hardwood, such as oak or beech, the door leaf each having a fire protection pane, which is inserted into the wooden frame construction. Since the present shows the upper end edges of the inactive leaf 2 and the pusher 3, the fire protection pane is not visible.

The aerofoil 3 has a closing device, which can be unlocked via a door latch 4, so that the aerofoil 3 can be opened independently of the inactive leaf 2. The inactive leaf 2 is equipped with a lock 5, which can be unlocked by means of an approximately 45 ° to 90 ° rotation of an unlocking lever 6, so that the inactive leaf 2 can be pivoted.

The inactive leaf 2 is associated with a driver 7 made of a 3 mm thick sheet steel, which is screwed onto the upper end surface of the inactive leaf 2 by means of a fastening device 8 of the driver 7. The driver 7 has an arcuate hook element 9, which is aligned with the inactive leaf 2 and extends in the closed state of the swing door 1 over part of the upper end face of the pusher 3. The bow direction of the hook element 9 points towards the opening side of the passive leaf 2. The hook element 9 has a linear and a curved Part section, wherein the bent portion is provided at the opposite end of the fastening device 8.

On the upper end surface of the pusher 3, a stop in the form of a ball-bearing roller 10 is mounted, whose axis of rotation runs as far as possible parallel to the axis of rotation of the pusher 3. The roller 10 has a thickness of about 4 mm and is arranged in the opening direction in front of the hook member 9 on contact between its linear and curved portion.

In Fig. 2 is a collage - like representation of an opening process in Fig. 1 pictured door pictured. By unlocking the lock 5 by means of a rotation of the unlocking lever 6, the inactive leaf 2 can be pivoted in the direction of the arrow. By this pivoting movement of the passive leaf 2, the hook element 9 presses against the roller 10, whereby the aerofoil 3 is pivoted in the opening direction. In this case, the roller 10 rolls over the front side in the opening direction of the side of the hook member 9, to which the roller 10 is in contact.

The bending of the hook element 9 to the opening side of the inactive leaf 2 ensures that the aerofoil 3 is opened at a higher angular velocity than the inactive leaf 2. In other words, the aerofoil 3 travels ahead of the inactive leaf 2 through the arcuate configuration of the hook element 9. As a result, the constraint between the inactive leaf 2 and the aerofoil 3 when opening significantly reduced or even eliminated.

The difference between the opening angle of passive leaf 2 and the leaf 3 is, as in Fig. 2 can be clearly seen, with the progressing opening of the inactive leaf 2 larger, until the roller 10 reaches the end of the hook member 9 and rolls over it. At this opening angle, the minimum angle of the closing sequence control is reached, from which the aerofoil 3 is now at this minimum opening angle is held until it is passed from the inactive leaf and the closing sequence control releases the aerofoil 3 for the final closing operation.
