Definitions

  • the invention relates to a dispensing device according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a dispensing device is of the document US 3 904 034 A known.
  • Especially nut trimmings can generally not be used in a vertical or overhead position.
  • That system is in principle designed so that a tool inserted in it can not be pulled out again in the same way that it came in, since it has to push away a spring-loaded locking mechanism when entering the system, which immediately after passing back in his previous position returns.
  • a second elastic member is needed only to prevent the tool from falling out laterally. It is also not intended for use on, for example, a flat footprint and is suitable unless it is fixed on the same.
  • the work space required for one-handed work and the space required for the provision of tools should be minimized so that it corresponds to conventional two-hand magazines.
  • Their bondage to a level surface or a place on the workbench or the tool trolley should be repealed, in order to have the tools in a large selection or the individual and respective needs in the most ergonomically favorable position available, without having to claim work space for it - for example, by the tools on vertical surfaces or components or in front of the work surface are kept. They should be able to stand in the right place for every situation, even when working overhead. This also applies to adapters, extensions, etc., as well as the machine used, which can be parked on any tool, since this is kept in the working direction, without the machine requires extra space on the work surface or a special holder.
  • the system will also work with both magnetic and quick-release bitholders.
  • the change from bit to square drive should also be possible with one hand.
  • the nut should not only be held resilient, but really positive and thus can be securely fixed to the drive.
  • All embodiments of the dispenser according to the invention initially consist in a known manner from a shaft 20b for receiving a nut 4a and a bit 4b, wherein the shaft 20b provided with a stop member 9 and the nut 4a and the bit 4b on a first movement path 3b in the Shaft 20b is formed insertable.
  • FIG. 1a Figure 1 shows the dispenser 1 from the side in a simple embodiment designed to receive bits 4b.
  • the bit 4b is inserted on the lower trajectory 3b with its front end in the dispenser 1.
  • the bit 4b then only needs to be moved upwards at the rear end in order to come into engagement with the stop member 9 at the circumferential recess 25a.
  • the bit 4b remains stuck in the dispenser 1 (assuming it is in a machine or holder 30 that holds it only by friction or magnetically).
  • the path 3a is thus virtually a virtual one for the bit 4b, since the bit 4b or the nut 4a can barely move on it.
  • guide parts 2 for the nut 4a and 4b for the bit are provided.
  • One of the guide parts 2 is formed as a resiliently shaped and resilient detent aid 12 and the other as the stop member 9.
  • the lower guide part 2 which here has the function of the detent aid 12, holds the bit 4b by suitably yielding and resilient connections 13 to the housing 14 in positive engagement with the upper guide part 2, which acts as a stop member 9 here.
  • an end stop 10a is arranged, which has predetermined breaking points in order to adjust it to different bit lengths.
  • FIG. 1b shows the dispenser 1 simplified in section from above in the same embodiment, without bit 4b.
  • the dispenser device or its body could, for example, be produced as a section of an extruded profile or as an injection-molded part, each with a stamped intermediate wall 17a on both sides.
  • As many bodies and intermediate walls 17a can be attached to these and connected via rods with spring washers etc. by means of the connecting parts 22 with each other and with receptacles 20a in tool cases, trolleys, bags, etc. (see also FIG FIGS. 3b and c ), ie optionally the extruded profile or the injection molded part is preferably formed divided into a plurality of bodies.
  • FIG. 2a shows a dispenser 1 simplified from the side in an embodiment designed to receive bits 4b.
  • an end stop 10a in the form of a grub screw with a continuous hexagon socket. It is to be set from front or back to different bit lengths.
  • the end stop 10a is thus provided for setting to different nut or bit lengths optionally with predetermined breaking points (see above) or with an adjusting screw.
  • the bits 4b are fixed positively in all directions in the vicinity of their front end in a plane 5b - only in the direction of the locking aid 12, they can be moved by overcoming the spring pressure. It holds the bit 4b by suitably yielding and resilient connections 13 to the housing 14 in positive engagement with the stop member 9 (see also FIGS. 2b and c ).
  • the insertion aid 8 provided on the shaft 20b has a mark 29a which lies under a protective plate 29b, the protective disc 29b being part of the dispenser 1, which is formed entirely of transparent material.
  • FIGS. 2b and c show a stop member 9, for example, steel, which can be used in a dispenser 1, which otherwise consists entirely of extruded plastic, to increase the life.
  • Figure 2d shows the mechanics of a simple but robust dispenser 1, the function arises here only by bending a steel strip.
  • FIG. 2e shows the cross section of two different dispensers 1, the connecting parts 22 are in the upper than round rails in tenon and groove shape, executed in the lower dovetail rail shape.
  • FIG. 2f shows a bit 4b with multi-toothed shank 24 with dispenser side particularly flat, circumferential recesses 25a in the manner of barbs.
  • bits 4b of this kind can always be inserted just as deeply, despite their different tips, so that they touch the end stop 10a and therefore are live and do not wobble.
  • a conification 26b in the direction of the lining accelerates the insertion into the same.
  • FIG. 3a shows a dispenser 1, which is designed for the reception of nuts 4a, from the side.
  • the stop member 9 is here below the tracks 3a and 3b.
  • the nut 4a is inserted on the upper track 3a stuck on the square.
  • the machine on which the square is located is then swung down and pulled backwards.
  • the nut 4a following until the stop member 9, is then retained by this and slips when the square is out, by gravity back to its rest position 5a.
  • the dispenser 1 has for attachment to the receptacles 20 a dovetail-shaped connecting parts 22 on the back.
  • FIGS. 3b and 3c show the variant consisting of parallel partitions 17a, between which the mechanism is mounted, Figure 3c Partitions 17b with molded-on mechanism.
  • 3d figure shows several dispensers 1 for nuts 4a on receptacles 20a, which are arranged in cascade, and the dovetail shape as well as the connecting parts 22, inserted from the side, for example, to allow optimal access to a perforated metal wall.
  • FIG. 4a Figure 4 shows how dispensers 1 for bits 4b can be mounted on a wall with barb-shaped receivers 20a parallel thereto.
  • the wall could also be, for example, the opened lid of a toolbox, since the bits 4b are retained on the same by spring pressure against the stop member 9, even if it is closed.
  • FIG. 4a the movement cycle when inserting a double-sided bit 4b with two equal tips, which is held by an automatic holder 30 - to the Wiederentistic.
  • the two same peaks allow the user to always know what bit it is.
  • FIG. 4b shows comparable dispenser 1, as they could be inserted, for example, in a tool box for use with magnetic holders 30. Shown left is a double-sided bit 4b in rest position 5a. Even without further markings, the user can recognize which bit 4b is involved. The holder 30 is simply pushed to the stop, then moved approximately parallel, approximately at right angles to its axis of rotation or the path of movement 3a and pulled out with bit 4b (center of the figure).
  • FIG. 5a shows how a magazine 16b could be constructed in order not to require too much space despite double-sided bits 4b.
  • the magazine lid 31 is deported laterally.
  • FIG. 5b shows the same magazine 16b open. It could be used with magnetic or with automatic holders 30 if the collar 30a of the holders 30 used is compatible or the ground contact is ensured by sufficient weight of the magazine 16b or other anchors.
  • FIGS. 6a and b show how Dispenser 1 according to the invention can form the outputs of a sales display for bits 4b.
  • the shaft 20b is designed to accommodate either a plurality of nuts 4a and / or a plurality of bits 4b.
  • Customers buying bits 4b will inevitably experience and appreciate the function and reliability of the technique of the invention.
  • the release is done only not by movements of a machine with bit holder, but by pressing a spring-loaded trigger 28, which pushes the bit 4b of the stop member 9, ie the stop member 9 is operatively connected to a preferably spring-loaded release 28.
  • FIG. 6a shows a dispenser 1, in which the bits 4b are pressed by a prestressed spring in the direction of the input area 7, so that upon removal of a bit 4b, the next comes immediately after, until it is caught by the stop member 9.
  • FIG. 6b shows a display with multiple bit memories 19.
  • the reliability of the system according to the invention is the customer even more clearly. After pulling out a string of bits 4b, each connected by bit connectors 27b, or a single bit 4b, it must tear a bit connector 27b which has a predetermined breaking point 27c therefor and at its ends the sheath 27a, respectively of a 4b bit. Thus, individual bits 4b do not easily disappear between other goods, it is possible to dispense with the spring in the bit memory 19 and the bit connector 27b provided with a theft protection chip or the like.
  • FIGS. 7a to 7e show a magazine 16b, which is intended for permanent assembly in the workplace with the best possible ergonomics and use of the available space.
  • Optimal workplaces are generally characterized by the avoidance of unnecessary ways or handles, easy cleanability, intuitive usability, a flexible working surface and more and more due to theft security. With more and more tools to hold, the still-available workspace quickly shrinks as it's deployed on it. Pushing tools back and forth to work takes time. In addition, every tool on the work surface leads to more clutter. Tools that have their fixed place speed up the work, because search work is eliminated and because it can be accessed intuitively.
  • the magazine 16b in Figure 7a is therefore arranged in front of the worktop, the throat between magazine 16b and table edge 32 still offers as a shelf for extensions, etc.
  • the fastening means 23 in the form of screw holders 23a engage under the worktop, where they can be screwed inconspicuously. It makes sense to run them as long slots, so that the magazine 16b can be removed without removing the screws completely. So it is also usable or wegsch spabar in other places. Of course it can also be lockable - and, for example, with special screws to prevent theft.
  • the magazine 16b can be rotated about its longitudinal axis, for example, to be adapted to the particular work situation, different users.
  • FIGS. 7a and 7c show an adapter 4d (bit hexagon to square) with molded conical character carrier 29c.
  • the use of this adapter 4d has the advantage that even the change from bit to square use can be done with one hand and system conform.
  • FIG. 7b shows in section how the provided with a spring 10d expeller 10b, which is slidably mounted between the guide members 2, a bit 4b clamped with integrally formed sign carrier 29c, also the attachment frontally for example on a beam, which may also be vertical, or one Cabinet wall etc., because often are the sides of the workstations vertical unused mounting options (then would be FIG. 7b So a plan view).
  • the spring expeller 10b virtually replaces the detent aid 12 because it holds the nut / bit 4a / b firmly on the stop member 9 via the sign support 29c. To come out, nut 4a or bit 4b must compress the expelling spring 10d in any case and overcome friction. Only strong vibrations could cause this unintentionally.
  • FIG. 7c shows in section that the individual dispensers 1 have guide parts 2, between which a resilient expeller 10b can slide. If the dispensers 1 are to be used only in a horizontal position, no resilient expeller 10b is necessary, but pleasant.
  • FIG. 7d shows in section how the magazine 16b can be moved down to allow also the handling of objects that protrude for a short time (for example, when turning around) over the table edge 32.
  • the resilient expeller 10b clamps here a nut 4a against the stop member 9, therein is a conventional adapter 4d bit hex on square.
  • By loosening the internal nuts magazine 16 b can be moved up / down / rotated.
  • the user can not use automatic chucks in this embodiment, only magnetic or friction chucks.
  • Automatic chucks could be combined with the technique of FIG. 10a and 10b be used.
  • FIGS. 8a to 8e show a ratchet box similar to the usual boxes of blown thermoplastic in section. It can be easily fixed to tabletops by means of a sheet storable in the box so that its contents can be ergonomically used according to the invention.
  • the ratchet box is engaged by means of the sheet which is bent up at the front and in two recesses 16c of the tool carrier 16a (here ratchet box), about a threaded hole approximately in the middle and two screw holders 23a at the two outer ends in the form of screws with hardened tips attached to the table top.
  • the cut is therefore only at the central screw through the middle, otherwise through the right or left outer ends of the sheet.
  • To fix this ratchet box on a table top only the central screw must be tightened.
  • Both adapter 4d bit hexagonal square and square nut extension 4c and lyre have a dispenser-side circumferential thickening 25b barbs. The function corresponds to the off FIG. 3a known.
  • FIG. 8b shows the closed ratchet box with inserted sheet metal.
  • FIG. 8c shows the use of another clamping plate. It has the task of restricting the already very scarce storage space on a tool cart not even more by the filing of the ratchet box and the machine used and at the same time offer a practical parking position for the same.
  • FIG. 8d shows the application of FIG. 8c on the tool cart in the overall view.
  • FIG. 8e shows the same sheet when using the ratchet box at a table edge 32nd
  • FIG. 8f shows a tool cart concept that allows optimal working, because it is already integrated in its position in space flexible tool carrier 16a.
  • Tool holders whose position in space is held by friction or gas springs are known, for example, by dental practices.
  • arresting in the required position is absolutely necessary since the operating forces would otherwise change the position or would require a mechanics which are too stiff.
  • the machine (s) used can also be parked with tools in the tool carrier 16a at the same time.
  • the weight to be held can change in such a way that no fixed position would be durable without locking.
  • a key 16d is integrated, which cancels the position locking of the tool carrier 16a when actuated.
  • FIG. 9a shows the application of the invention to a plastic tool box.
  • the lid thereof has similar wells 20b, in which the dispenser 1 stuck.
  • the right hand dispensers 1 for bits 4b sit between spacers 17d which balance the smaller width of the bits 4b with respect to those of the nuts 4a and provide sufficient working space around the bits 4b.
  • the left dispensers 1 serve only to receive nuts 4a.
  • In the lower row missing two locking aids 12 and an intermediate wall 17 a.
  • 20b there is the shaft bottom, which is also the inside of the cover here.
  • Important for the function are still the fastening means 23 in the form itself (by gravity) arresting lid holding hinges 23b, so not coincident by the operating forces of the lid.
  • Right and left in the tool box are dispenser 1 for receiving drills or taps, which are similar in function to those in the lid.
  • FIG. 9c shows a tool box made of plastic with a closed lid, the folded lid holding hinge 23b is shown in dashed lines.
  • FIG. 9d shows the opened tool box, the lid holding hinge 23b is opened and locked by gravity, to close the lid, it must first be raised.
  • FIG. 9e shows a section through the lower portion of the tool box lid.
  • the spacers 17d and intermediate walls 17a are inserted through notches 20d in the projections 20c on the shafts 20b.
  • the connecting parts 22 engage in recesses in the slots 20b in the end position, ie, optionally the intermediate walls 17a and / or spacers 17d are provided with connecting parts 22 cooperating with recesses or projections provided on the slots 20b.
  • FIG. 9f shows at the same section that both nuts 4a and 4b can be used.
  • the resilient expeller 10b compensates for the difference in length between the nut 4a and the bit 4b, and prevents the nut 4a / bit 4b from tilting.
  • the snapping aid 12 compensates for the difference in thickness and serves as an aiming aid, since it runs obliquely to the nut / bit central axes 6a, also a somewhat inaccurate and therefore too deeply inserted tool is guided into the rest position 5a.
  • the other guide parts 2 act accordingly. Since the locking aid 12 is made of transparent plastic, the inserted below the side of the character carrier 29c is protected with the sign 29a from damage.
  • the holder 30 can be used for both types of tools, it has on one side a bit holder and on the other a square.
  • FIG. 9g shows a well 20b with environmental cutouts from the user's point of view. From the left can be seen: a shaft section without dispenser 1, right next to a spacer 17d, then an empty dispenser 1 for bits 4b, a spacer 17d, a dispenser 1 with bit 4b, an intermediate wall 17a, an empty dispenser 1 for nuts 4a and three dispensers 1 with nuts 4a and partitions 17a.
  • a shaft section without dispenser 1 for bits 4b a spacer 17d
  • a dispenser 1 with bit 4b a dispenser 1 with bit 4b
  • an intermediate wall 17a an empty dispenser 1 for nuts 4a and three dispensers 1 with nuts 4a and partitions 17a.

Through the notches 20d on the projections 20c on the shaft 20b intermediate walls 17a or spacers 17d can be inserted at the discretion of the user, depending on whether bits 4b or nuts 4a are to be accommodate
  • FIG. 9h shows the same shaft 20b perpendicular to it from above. Also at the rear end of the same are projections 20c with cuts 20d, which fix the clipped-in dispenser 1 in the lateral direction by a connecting part 22 at the rear end.
  • FIG. 9i shows the same shafts 20b as FIG. 9a , and 9e to 9f in a spatial perspective, but above an empty slot 20b, including a series dispenser 1, for bits 4b, including one for nuts 4a, including a spacer 17d and a partition wall 17a.
  • FIG. 10a shows a (cordless) screwdriver 33 in the suitcase, which also serves as a parking station for the same and as a magazine 16b for the tools, in the closed, stackable state in section.
  • the special feature of this magazine 16b is that the separation of the tools from the screwdriver 33 requires no pulling forces, so that the magazine 16b neither anchored nor must be connected to heavier objects (such as toolbox ...), but that both bits 4b and nuts 4a be connected with the screwdriver 33 automatically true form-fitting and can also be changed between the two with one hand.
  • Required for this is only a table edge 32 or the like, which prevents slipping backwards, as long as the magazine 16b occupies the generally ergonomically favorable - about 45 degrees - position.
  • a magazine 16b similar design which is to be operated vertically from above or with anti-slip equipment of his soil and at an angle to it, does not need a table edge to work.
  • FIG. 10b shows the same magazine 16b in working position and the workflow as well as an enlarged detail of position 4. far left.
  • the magazine lid 31 has been folded rearwardly and clipped under two hooks at both rear ends of the magazine 16b (to close it, the hooks are slightly bent outward to release the magazine lid 31).
  • the wrench 33 which has a permanently mounted automatic chuck with holder 30, is pictured, except under 9, only up to and including torque setting ring.
  • FIGS. 11a to 11g show a magazine 16b, which does not have to be fastened anywhere and without resilient ejector 10b and sprung collar 30a of the holder 30th works if bits 4b or nozzle 4a, dispenser 1 and holder 30 match each other.
  • the holder 30 has on one side a bit holder, on the other a nut square and in between a hex shaft.
  • the magazine 16b can also be used separately from the tray 35, it is connected to the same by two hook plates, which engage in slots of the tray 35 ,.
  • FIGS. 11a and 11b The force required to separate the tool and holder 30 is generated by tilting the latter, with bit 4b or nut 4a and holder 30 being levered apart at its collar 30a by the stop member 9.
  • FIG. 11a shows the removal of a nut 4a
  • FIG. 11b the removal of a bit 4b. The processes are reversible.
  • FIG. 11c The stop 21 acts as the front 21, which has corresponding openings. This works both with magnet, such as friction holders or nuts 4a.
  • FIG. 11d shows the magazine 16b in conjunction with a tray 35th
  • FIG. 11e and 11f Although the trays usually used in tool cases are suitable for small parts such as screws and dowels that are used on a ladder, a screwdriver can not normally be transported well on it. In turn, the complete tool box is often too bulky at the workplace.
  • the problem of being able to transport everything with one hand and thus to be able to do a work as efficiently and safely as possible is achieved according to the invention by the magazine 16b having a stop member 9 which is not quite as narrow as the stop members 9 for receiving bits 4b ,
  • the holder 30 (clamped in the drill chuck) can be hooked against its hexagonal shaft so that it can not rotate.
  • the screwdriver 33 is thus the handle of the tray 35 - so here is the one-handed operation continuously possible. Ladders can be climbed safely!
  • FIG. 11f The screwdriver 30 parks when parking the tray 35 automatically in optimal starting position.
  • the tray 35 has openings 36 in the handle, which are suitable for parking the screwdriver 33, even if the holder 30 is clamped with the thick end to the front or even a nut 4a sits on the square.
  • FIGS. 12a to 12d show a magazine belt with one empty and one occupied dispenser 1 for nuts 4a and bits 4b.
  • FIG. 12a In order to be able to work as quickly as possible, the nuts 4a also have bit shafts so that any type of tool without adapter change can be used with any screwdriver 33 with bit, magnet, or friction chuck.
  • bits 4b are mounted between the same spacers 17d which, for example, keep garments at a distance.
  • FIG. 12b The stop member 9 encloses the bit 4b like a collar, so that even bits 4b with a conventional groove without a lateral locking aid 12 can be reliably held.
  • FIG. 12c The bit 4b is pressed downwards (from the holder 30 not shown here) and outwards at the top end.
  • FIG. 12d It can be taken obliquely upwards. The process is reversible.
  • the invention relates to a nut or bit dispenser 1, which pretends by guide parts 2 tracks 3a, 3b for the nuts 4a and 4b bits or their holder 30, a rest position 5a specifies, from the out or in the in each case at least one of the tracks 3a, 3b can be selected, and which has at least one stop member 9 which pulls out the nuts 4a, bits 4b in the direction one of the tracks 3a, 3b can prevent, and put in the nuts 4a and 4b bits with the lining side (the same rear) end to the outside.
  • This dispenser is characterized in that these webs 3a, 3b both extend approximately in extension 6b of the nut or bit center axis 6a of the rest position 5a of bit or nut 4b, 4a, and run substantially parallel to one another, are at an angle ⁇ to each other , wherein this angle ⁇ is between 5 and 40 degrees, preferably about 10 to 20 degrees.

  • the tracks 3a, 3b meet in the rest position 5a.
  • the tracks 3a, 3b intersect behind the bit tip.
  • These guide parts 2 are arranged substantially parallel to the tracks 3a / 3b. They have at least one insertion aid 8 at the entrance area 7. This is formed by removing guide parts 2 from each other to the outside.
  • the stop member 9 can engage positively in one or more recesses 25a of the nuts 4a or bits 4b only from one side approximately at right angles to the direction of movement or it is in the rest position 5a before parts thereof or in connection with them.
  • the stop member 9 has an approximately U-shaped projection into which a dispenser-side circumferential recess 25a of a bit 4b or the shaft of a bit holder fits positively. Furthermore, the stop member 9 and the guide members 2 are formed so that the nuts 4a and 4b bits can fall by gravity into the rest position 5. The stop member 9 and the guide parts 2 are shaped such that the nuts 4a and 4b are released by pivoting about the angle alpha become. The stop member 9 fits tightly between the liner-side circumferential groove 26a of the bit 4b and the collar 30a of the perpendicular holder 30, so that a change in inclination of the same both unfolds.
