Claims (12)

  1. Appareil de protection antisurtension avec dispositif de coupure thermique et indication d'erreur et comprenant plusieurs varistors (3), en particulier en forme de plaque, dans lequel au moins un varistor (3) est associé à chaque trajet de dérivation et les remplacements de coupure thermique sont situés en série par rapport au varistor respectif (3), comprenant un boîtier d'appareil (1) avec des chambres pour la réception des varistors (3) et un levier monté mobile en pivotement (10) avec une surface d'affichage (11), qui se trouve dans la zone d'une fenêtre du boîtier, des raccords à fiche (6) qui traversent le fond (5) du boîtier pour établir une connexion électrique vers une pièce de base, et dans lequel les emplacements de coupure thermique incluent chacun un arceau précontraint par ressort, qui est relié sur le plan électrique et mécanique avec le varistor respectif au moyen d'une brasure à bas point de fusion,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les arceaux précontraints par ressort sont formés par une pièce poinçonnée-pliée, laquelle comporte des prolongements (9) semblables à des doigts en partant d'une branche de connexion commune (15) et dans lequel il est prévu au moins un raccord à fiche (6) sur la branche de connexion,
    les prolongements (9) semblables à des doigts possèdent, dans la région de leur extrémité libre, un évidement (8) en forme de fente, dans lequel un fil de connexion ou une patte de connexion (7) d'un varistor (3) est respectivement directement brasé(e), et dans lequel, dans la région derrière l'emplacement de brasage en direction de la branche de connexion il se trouve un piège thermique (16), et chaque prolongement semblable à une doigt est sollicité avec une force de ressort séparée (14).
  2. Appareil de protection anti surtension selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que le levier (10) monté mobile en pivotement comprend un bras de levier (19) qui s'engage dans un espace au-dessous des prolongements (9) semblables à des doigts, afin d'être entraîné conjointement par le prolongement respectif en déplacement lors du processus de coupure.
  3. Appareil de protection antisurtension selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que le levier (10) monté mobile en pivotement est retenu dans une position de consigne par un élément à ressort (20), et la force de précontrainte élastique de l'emplacement de coupure thermique est plus élevée que la force de retenue de l'élément à ressort du levier.
  4. Appareil de protection antisurtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que chaque prolongement (9) semblable à un doigt comporte un perçage (21) pour la réception d'une tige de guidage (22), et dans lequel un ressort hélicoïdal (14) est agencé sur la tige de guidage (22), ressort qui s'appuie contre un dispositif de tensionnement (23) qui est relié de façon détachable avec le boîtier d'appareil (1).
  5. Appareil de protection antisurtension selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de tensionnement (23) inclut les tiges de guidage (22), et une arête du dispositif de tensionnement (23) vient s'enclencher dans des saillies (25), semblables à des griffes, des chambres (2).
  6. Appareil de protection antisurtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un emplacement de contact (18) pour un autre élément de dérivation, en particulier un élément de dérivation à gaz, est conformé sur la branche de connexion (15).
  7. Appareil de protection antisurtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que le levier mobile en pivotement (10) comprend une tige, laquelle s'engage dans un évidement du fond du boîtier afin d'actionner ou de déclencher, dans le cas d'une erreur ou d'une coupure, un commutateur de télécommunication qui se trouve dans la pièce de base.
  8. Appareil de protection antisurtension selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément à ressort est un ressort de flexion (20), qui s'appuie avec une extrémité contre le boîtier (1) et qui est mis en place avec son autre extrémité dans un évidement dans le levier.
  9. Appareil de protection antisurtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que le levier mobile en pivotement (10) est agencé sur un côté du boîtier et les chambres sont agencées sur l'autre côté du boîtier, de sorte qu'un montage séparé du levier peut avoir lieu après la mise en place et le brasage des varistors.
  10. Appareil de protection antisurtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que le piège thermique respectif est réalisé sous la forme d'un évidement (16) ménage transversalement à l'extension longitudinale des prolongements (9) semblables à des doigts.
  11. Appareil de protection antisurtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les prolongements (9) semblables à des doigts comportent un emplacement matricé (17) destiné à leur coudage ciblé.
  12. Appareil de protection antisurtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que des pinces en forme de fente s'étendent depuis le fond du boîtier jusque dans l'espace intérieur du boîtier, de sorte que la branche de connexion est mise en place dans les fentes et est ainsi fixée.
