Claims (10)

  1. Appareil de protection anti-surtension comprenant un dispositif thermique de coupure et un indicateur d'erreur, ainsi qu'au moins deux premiers éléments protecteurs, en particulier des varistors (7) sous forme de plaque, et au moins un second élément protecteur, en particulier un tube à décharge (9), dans lesquels les premiers éléments protecteurs et ledit au moins un second élément protecteur sont branchés dans un agencement en Y, et comprenant en outre un boîtier d'appareil ou une pièce porteuse pour recevoir les éléments protecteurs et des moyens (11) pour assurer une précontrainte mécanique du dispositif thermique de coupure, ledit dispositif thermique de coupure comprenant une brasure à bas point de fusion ou des moyens similaires, et les premiers éléments protecteurs (7) sont agencés de telle façon qu'une patte de connexion respective d'un élément protecteur (7) est à l'opposé et en écartement de la patte de connexion de l'autre élément protecteur (7), et le dispositif thermique de coupure se trouve en majeure partie dans l'espace d'écartement (13) ainsi formé,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une patte de connexion (14) du second élément protecteur (9) assure directement un pontage des pattes de connexion précitées (12) des premiers éléments protecteurs (7) en assurant un contact par la brasure dans l'espace d'écartement (13), et un doigt (16) d'un bloc de coupure (5) soumis à une précontrainte mécanique agit sur la patte de connexion de pontage (15) de telle façon qu'en cas de surcharge, la patte de connexion de pontage (15) est éloignée dans l'espace depuis les pattes de connexion (12) des premiers éléments protecteurs (7).
  2. Appareil de protection anti-surtension selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que les pattes de connexion (12) des premiers éléments protecteurs (7) s'étendent sensiblement parallèlement l'une à l'autre et se trouvent sur un plan.
  3. Appareil de protection anti-surtension selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que la patte de connexion (14) du second élément protecteur (9) comporte un coudage, de sorte que l'extrémité coudée forme la région de la patte de connexion de pontage (15).
  4. Appareil de protection anti-surtension selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité coudée est orientée sensiblement perpendiculaire aux pattes de connexion (12), qui s'étendent parallèlement, des premiers éléments protecteurs (7).
  5. Appareil de protection anti-surtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les extrémités libres des pattes de connexion pontées (12) au moins et/ou la patte de connexion de pontage (15) des éléments protecteurs possèdent une forme plane surfacique obtenue par pressage ou par des méthodes analogues.
  6. Appareil de protection anti-surtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les premiers éléments protecteurs (7) en forme de plaque se trouvent dans le boîtier d'appareil, parallèlement l'un à l'autre et séparés par une paroi (6), le bloc de coupure (5) étant monté avec possibilité de pivotement dans le plan de la paroi de séparation.
  7. Appareil de protection anti-surtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la patte de connexion de pontage (15) se trouve devant les pattes de connexion (12) du premier élément protecteur (7), et le doigt (16) du bloc de coupure (5) présente une surface d'appui oblique (17) pour la patte de connexion de pontage (15) afin d'empêcher une coupure unilatérale.
  8. Appareil de protection anti-surtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que le doigt (17) du bloc de coupure (5) engage la patte de connexion de pontage (15) par l'arrière, au moins dans une zone partielle de l'espace d'écartement (13).
  9. Appareil de protection anti-surtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'un espace libre (8) est prévu au-dessous de l'espace d'écartement (13) dans le boîtier d'appareil, espace qui reçoit en cas de coupure la patte de connexion de pontage (15) et la partie du bloc de coupure (5) qui pivote en pénétration.
  10. Appareil de protection anti-surtension selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une surface indicatrice (18), à l'extrémité du bloc de coupure (5) opposée au doigt (16) du bloc de coupure (5), pour la reconnaissance de l'état.
