Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Türstopper nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Türstopper werden eingesetzt, um das Schließen oder Zuschlagen einer Tür zu verhindern. Dazu wird der Türstopper zumeist im Bereich des Türschlosses am Türgriff oder an der Türklinke angebracht und so positioniert, dass er in den Türspalt zwischen Türblatt und Türrahmen hineinreicht. Gerade bei Mehrfamilienhäusern kommt es vor, dass etwa Handwerksbetriebe, die Arbeiten im Haus ausführen, sicherstellen müssen, dass die Tür offen bleibt und nicht einer der Bewohner aus Unachtsamkeit oder anderen Gründen den Türstopper entfernt. Aus WO 2005/ 085569 A1 ist z.B. ein Türstopper in Form eines Stofftiers, der mit einer Schnur am Türgriff befestigt wird, bekannt.
  • Die GB 2 177 156 A offenbart einen gattungsgemäßen Türstopper, der sich an Türen im Bereich derer Schmalseiten anbringen lässt. Dabei wird dieser entweder durch die Klemmkraft seiner Schenkel an der Tür gehalten oder durch Aussparungen an Sperrklinke und Türgriff fixiert. Nachteilig an diesem Türstopper ist jedoch, dass sich dieser nur an Türen anbringen lässt, die aufgrund ihrer Maße, insbesondere der Dicke des Türblatts bzw. der Abmessungen und Positionen von Türgriff und Sperrklinke, zu dem jeweiligen Türstopper passen.
  • Weiterhin ist aus der DE 20 2005 009 715 U1 ein Türstopper bekannt, der unter der Tür verkeilt wird und sich im unbenutzten Zustand mit einer als Haken ausgebildeten Aufhängevorrichtung an unter anderem einem Türgriff aufhängen lässt. Nachteil dieses Türstoppers ist seine umständliche Handhabung, denn er muss unter die Tür geklemmt werden und verhindert nicht lediglich ein ungewolltes Verschließen der Tür, sondern fixiert diese in einer bestimmten Position, was unerwünscht ist, wenn z.B. bei Arbeiten von Handwerksbetrieben, die lediglich ein gelegentliches Passieren der Tür erfordern, ein Verschließen der Tür zwar verhindert werden soll, die Veränderbarkeit der Position des Türblatts ohne umständliche Manipulation des Türstoppers jedoch aufrechterhalten werden soll.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, einen neuen Türstopper der gattungsgemäßen Art zu schaffen, der zuverlässig funktioniert, an jeder Tür zu befestigen und mit dem insbesondere auch gewährleistet ist, dass dieser jedenfalls nicht fahrlässig von der Tür entfernt wird.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen finden sich in den Unteransprüchen.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Türstopper weist zur Anordnung vor einer Tür einen wenigstens teilweise flächig ausgebildeten ersten Abschnitt mit einem Halteabschnitt auf.
  • Der Halteabschnitt ist so ausgebildet, dass er mit wenigstens einem Teil auf einer Türklinke oder einem Türgriff aufliegt oder mit diesen in Kontakt gelangt, wenn der Türstopper an einer Tür angebracht wird. Der Türstopper ist dabei so ausbalanciert, dass er mit der oberen Kante eines Blockierabschnitts an der Schmalseite der Tür anliegt. Die Lagerung des Türstoppers, die sich aus seiner Form ergibt, beruht somit darauf, dass seine Gewichtskraft in den Türgriff bzw. die Türklinke eingeleitet wird, während das Kippmoment, welches sich naturgemäß aus der Lage des Schwerpunkts oberhalb des Auflagerpunktes des Türstoppers auf Türgriff bzw. Türklinke ergibt, durch die Anlage des Blockierabschnitts mit seiner oberen Kante an der Schmalseite der Tür aufgenommen wird.
  • Der Türstopper muss dadurch in seinen Abmessungen nicht exakt auf die jeweilige Tür abgestimmt sein, vielmehr ist es möglich, ihn an praktisch jeder Tür anzubringen, welche einen Griff, eine Klinke oder irgendein anderes Anbauteil aufweist, auf dem der Türstopper, mit seinen Ausparungen, aufliegen kann. Der Türstopper kippt dann aufgrund seiner Schwerpunktlage von selbst in eine stabile Position.
  • Der Halteabschnitt weist dabei eine Aussparung auf. Die Aussparung ist so ausgelegt, dass sie zur Anbringung des ersten Abschnitts an einem Türgriff oder einer Türklinke dient. Im einfachsten Fall kann der Türstopper von oben auf den Griff oder die Klinke aufgesetzt werden, so dass die Aussparung Teile des Griffs oder der Klinke wenigstens teilweise umgibt. Ein an den ersten Abschnitt angrenzender Blockierabschnitt reicht in diesem Fall in den Spalt zwischen Tür und Türrahmen hinein. Bevorzugt ist ein zweiter Abschnitt vorgesehen, der bevorzugt in seiner Form mit dem ersten Abschnitt identisch sein kann, aber nicht muss, und der über einen Verbindungsabschnitt mit dem ersten Abschnitt verbunden ist und ebenfalls eine Aussparung aufweist. Auf diese Weise bilden die beiden Abschnitte und der dazwischen angeordnete Verbindungsabschnitt eine mit einem Aktenordner vergleichbare Form mit etwa U-förmigem Querschnittsprofil.
  • Zur Befestigung an der Tür wird der so ausgebildete Türstopper mit den beiden Abschnitten auf jeweils einer Seite der Tür positioniert und mittels der Aussparungen auf den jeweiligen Türseiten am Türgriff bzw. einem Teil der Türklinke eingehängt.
  • Die beiden Abschnitte können zum Aufbringen von Informationen aller Art, wie z. B. Werbebotschaften oder Kontaktdaten genutzt werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand einer in den Figuren 1 bis 3 gezeigten, bevorzugten Ausführungsform schematisch näher erläutert.

  • Der dargestellte Türstopper weist bevorzugt die Form eines Aktenordners auf, mit einem ersten flächigen Abschnitt 1 und einem zweiten flächigen Abschnitt 5 sowie einem zwischen diesen Abschnitten liegenden Verbindungsabschnitt 2. Die beiden Abschnitte 1, 5 sind bevorzugt wenigstens teilweise flächig ausgebildet, so dass darauf Informationen wie beispielsweise Werbebotschaften angeordnet werden können, die dadurch in einer dem Betrachter auffälligen Position, nämlich an einer Tür in etwa oberhalb der Türgriffs, platziert werden. Dies kann auf verschiedene Weise geschehen, der Türstopper kann bedruckt werden, es können aber auch Einschübe für austauschbare Medien und/oder Flugzettel oder ähnliches vorgesehen werden. Die beiden Abschnitte 1, 5 weisen jeweils Aussparungen 1a, 5a auf, die so bemessen sind, dass sie am Türgriff bzw. der Türklinke 3b der Tür 3 (vgl. Figur 3) eingehängt werden können. Bei der bevorzugten Ausführungsform werden die beiden Abschnitte 1, 5 an der Vorderseite 3a bzw. der Rückseite der Tür 3 entsprechend eingehängt.
  • Der Verbindungsabschnitt 2, der mit den anderen Abschnitten einstückig ausgebildet sein kann, aber nicht muss, liegt dann mit seiner Oberseite 2a an der Schmalseite der Tür 3 an. Aufgrund der Schwerpunktlage des Türstoppers liegt dieser einerseits mit den Abschnitten 1, 5 mittels der Aussparungen 1a, 5a an den Griffen oder Klinken 3b der Tür 3 auf, wobei seine Gewichtskraft in den dortigen Auflagerpunkten aufgenommen wird, während er an der Schmalseite der Tür 3 mit der Kante 2a des Verbindungsabschnitt 2 anliegt, wodurch das Kippmoment des Türstoppers von der Schmalseite der Tür aufgenommen wird. So wird ein sicherer Halt des Türstoppers gewährleistet. Beim Versuch, die Tür zu schließen, reicht ein Teil des Türstoppers - ein Blockierabschnitt - in den Spalt zwischen Tür 3 und Türrahmen 4 hinein, so dass die Tür nicht ins Schloss fallen kann. Der Blockierabschnitt kann Teil der Abschnitte 1 oder 5 oder auch Teil des Verbindungsabschnitts 2 sein.
  • Die Abschnitte 1, 5 haben bevorzugt eine rechteckige Grundform, andere Formen sind aber ebenfalls denkbar.

Claims (8)

  1. Türstopper zum Anbringen an einer Tür (3) im Bereich des Türgriffes oder der Türklinke, mit einem wenigstens teilweise flächig ausgebildeten ersten Abschnitt (1) zur Anordnung vor einer ersten Seite (3a) der Tür (3) und einem sich an den ersten Abschnitt (1) anschließenden oder mit diesem einstückig ausgebildeten Blockierabschnitt, wobei der erste Abschnitt (1) wenigstens einen Halteabschnitt (1a) aufweist, der dazu ausgelegt ist, mit wenigstens einem Teil desselben an einer Türklinke oder/und einem Türgriff an- oder aufzuliegen, wobei der Blockierabschnitt zwischen Tür (3) und Türrahmen (4) angeordnet ist, wobei der Halteabschnitt (1a) wenigstens eine Aussparung aufweist, die dazu ausgelegt ist, einen Türgriff und/oder eine Türklinke wenigstens teilweise so zu umgreifen, dass der Türstopper an der Tür (3) gehalten wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Türstopper aufgrund seiner Schwerpunktlage von selbst in eine stabile Position kippt, in der das Kippmoment durch die Anlage des Blockierabschnitts mit seiner oberen Kante (2a) an der Schmalseite der Tür aufgenommen wird, wobei sich das Kippmoment aus der Lage des Schwerpunkts oberhalb des Auflagepunktes des Türstoppers auf Türgriff oder Türklinke ergibt.
  2. Türstopper nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass ein zweiter Abschnitt (5) vorgesehen ist, der mit dem ersten Abschnitt über einen Verbindungsabschnitt (2) verbunden ist.
  3. Türstopper nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der zweite Abschnitt (5) einen Halteabschnitt (5a) aufweist, der dazu ausgelegt ist, mit wenigstens einem Teil desselben an einer Türklinke oder/und einem Türgriff an- oder aufzuliegen, wobei der Blockierabschnitt zwischen Tür (3) und Türrahmen (4) angeordnet ist.
  4. Türstopper nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Halteabschnitt (5a) des zweiten Abschnitts (5) eine Aussparung aufweist, welche dazu ausgelegt ist, einen Türgriff und/oder eine Türklinke wenigstens teilweise zu umgreifen.
  5. Türstopper nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der erste Abschnitt (1) und der zweite Abschnitt (5) etwa dieselbe Form aufweisen.
  6. Türstopper nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass er ein etwa U-förmiges Querschnittsprofil aufweist.
  7. Türstopper nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Aussparung und/oder der Halteabschnitt (la; 5a) in einem Randbereich des ersten (1) oder/und zweiten Abschnitts (5) vorgesehen ist.
  8. Türstopper nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der erste oder/und zweite Abschnitt (1, 5) einen Bereich zum Aufbringen von Informationen aufweist.
