Definitions

  • the invention relates to an elevator installation and a call control system for use in an elevator installation according to the preambles of the independent claims.
  • EP1308409A1 discloses an elevator installation with terminals, a job manager for call control, with elevator control and elevator car, in which a passenger enters an identification code on an input floor at the terminal, whereupon the identification code is assigned a passenger profile of a database with a predefined destination floor.
  • the terminal transmits information about the input floor and the destination floor of the passenger to the call control. From this information, the call control determines travel orders and transmits the travel orders to the elevator control.
  • the elevator control controls the elevator car with these driving orders and transports the passenger from the input floor to the destination floor.
  • data memory and call control communicate via a signal bus such as Local Operating Network (LON) or Ethernet
  • call control and elevator control communicate over a parallel logic bus.
  • Both the database and the call control are formed as a printed circuit board, which board in addition to an adapter to the signal bus also has an interface to the parallel logic bus.
  • Object of the present invention is to further develop this elevator system or call control.
  • the invention relates to an elevator installation with at least one terminal and at least one call control.
  • the terminal transmits information about an input floor and a destination floor via at least one signal bus to the call control.
  • the call control is arranged on a first plug-in card.
  • At least one signal bus adapter for the signal bus is arranged on a second plug-in card.
  • the first plug-in card and the second plug-in card are connected directly to one another to form a printed circuit board.
  • the invention also relates to the printed circuit board for use in the elevator installation and to a method for operating the elevator installation and to a method for retrofitting an existing elevator installation with such a circuit board.
  • a signal bus is understood as a communication connection in which all subscribers of a communication can be addressed directly via a single transmission path, be it by electric current, light or radio.
  • the advantage of the invention is that the diversity of the signal buses is mastered by arranging the call control and the call control signal bus adapter for communication with the terminal on different plug-in cards. In this way, call control can be produced uniformly and inexpensively in large quantities on a first plug-in card and, depending on the signal bus required for communication with the terminal, connect directly to a printed circuit board with a corresponding signal bus adapter of a second plug-in card.
  • At least one database of the elevator installation with at least one passenger profile and / or elevator profile is arranged with the call control on the first plug-in card or at least one database of the elevator installation with at least one passenger profile and / or elevator profile is arranged on a further first plug-in card.

  • the electrical power connection is integrated in at least one signal bus adapter for the signal bus and / or in at least one serial bus adapter for the serial bus.
  • the second plug-in card has several electrical power connections.
  • the second plug-in card thus not only enables the communication of the call control or database in the signal bus but also provides the electrical power supply.
  • the availability of the elevator system is increased since the printed circuit board is supplied redundantly, for example via an electrical power connection from the elevator control and via the signal bus adapter from the signal bus with electrical power. In case of power failure of the elevator control, the signal bus adapter is thus still supplied via the signal bus with electrical power, and the communication between the terminal and the call controls in the signal bus is still possible.

Description

Beschreibung
Aufzugsanlage und Rufsteuerung zur Verwendung in einer
Aufzugsanlage
