Claims (19)
- Procédé destiné à la fabrication d'un premier composite de couches, notamment d'une matière de transfert (40), pour le transfert sur un substrat cible, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :a) de la mise à disposition d'un film support en matière plastique (42) avec une couche anti-adhérente (44), la couche anti-adhérente (44) étant munie d'une surface (48) lisse, non poreuse,b) de l'application d'une couche à effets (34) sur la couche anti-adhérente (44) du film support,c) de l'application à pleine surface d'une couche auxiliaire de transfert (46) sur la couche à effets (34) et le cas échéant, la couche anti-adhérente (44) du film support etd) de l'application d'une couche adhésive (38) pour transférer le composite de couches créé sur le substrat cible.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que qu'on met à disposition le film support en matière plastique (42) avec une couche anti-adhérente (44) thermoactivable.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique, de préférence on imprime la couche à effets (34) en tant que couche de vernis qui contient des pigments à effets incorporés dans une matrice d'agent liant.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique, de préférence on imprime la couche auxiliaire de transfert (46) en tant que couche de vernis, qui contient l'agent liant utilisé pour la matrice d'agent liant sans pigments à effets.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que qu'on imprime la couche à effets (34) et/ou la couche auxiliaire de transfert (46) par sérigraphie, par impression par transfert ou par tampographie.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'en tant que couche auxiliaire de transfert (46), on applique, notamment on imprime une couche de vernis durcissant aux UV, de préférence en ce que la couche de vernis durcissant aux UV contient des photoinitiateurs.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'en tant que couche auxiliaire de transfert (46), on applique, notamment on imprime une couche en une matière cristalline liquide cholestérique.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'en tant que couche auxiliaire de transfert (46) on applique, notamment on imprime une couche de vernis de gaufrage, que l'on gaufre par la suite.
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'on métallise et le cas échéant, on démétallise par endroits la couche de vernis de gaufrage.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'on soumet la couche auxiliaire de transfert (46) à un traitement corona ou on la munit d'un agent d'adhérence.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'avant l'application de la couche adhésive (38) dans l'étape d), on applique, notamment on imprime une ou plusieurs couches supplémentaires sur la couche auxiliaire de transfert (46).
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'on imprime une couche supplémentaire avec une encre d'impression, de préférence une encre magnétique sur la couche auxiliaire de transfert (46) et/ou en ce qu'on applique en tant qu'une couche supplémentaire une couche réfléchissante et/ou en ce qu'on applique, notamment on imprime en tant qu'une couche supplémentaire une couche de vernis de gaufrage, que par la suite on gaufre, métallise et le cas échéant démétallise par endroits.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'en tant que film support (42), on met à disposition un film conçu pour l'orientation de cristaux liquides, notamment en ce qu'en tant que film support, on met à disposition un film muni d'une couche d'alignement pour l'orientation de cristaux liquide.
- Matière de transfert (40) destinée à être transférée sur un substrat cible, susceptible d'être fabriquée notamment selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, avec- une succession de couches de sécurité avec une couche à effets (34) et une couche auxiliaire de transfert (46), présente à pleine surface, qui est directement placée au-dessus de la couche à effets (34) et avec- une couche adhésive (38) destinée à transférer la succession de couches sur le substrat cible,- la couche à effets (34) et la couche auxiliaire de transfert (46) étant présentes sur un film support en matière plastique (42) qui comporte une couche anti-adhérente (44) qui est munie d'une surface (48) lisse, non poreuse et la couche à effets (34) et la couche auxiliaire de transfert (46) étant présentes sur la couche anti-adhérente (44) du film support en matière plastique (42).
- Matière de transfert (40) selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que la couche à effets (34) est partiellement appliquée sur le film support.
- Matière de transfert (40) selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisée en ce que la couche à effets (34) est formée par une première couche en une matière cristalline liquide, notamment en une première couche en une matière cristalline liquide nématique.
- Matière de transfert (40) selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisée en ce que la couche auxiliaire de transfert (46) est formée d'une couche de vernis durcissant aux UV, d'une matière cristalline liquide cholestérique ou d'une couche de vernis de gaufrage munie d'un gaufrage.
- Matière de transfert (40) selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 17, caractérisée en ce que la couche anti-adhérente (44) est une couche anti-adhérente thermoactivable.
- Procédé destiné à la fabrication d'un élément de sécurité, notamment d'un fil de sécurité, d'une bande de sécurité transférable ou d'un patch, lors duquel on fabrique une matière de transfert (40) selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 18 et on la munit de couches supplémentaires, pour l'intégration dans ou l'application sur un papier de sécurité ou sur un document de valeur.
