Claims (9)
- Signe d'identification anti-falsification constitué d'un substrat support (1), d'une couche (2) s'étendant sur toute la surface ou bien partiellement et réfléchissant les ondes électromagnétiques, d'une couche d'écartement (3) et d'une couche formée de clusters métalliques (4), caractérisé en ce que le signe d'identification présente une couche supplémentaire (5) qui est constituée de polymères à cristaux liquides nématiques ou cholestériques et est disposée sur la couche d'écartement (3) ou sur la couche de clusters (4).
- Signe d'identification anti-falsification selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une couche constituée de polymères à cristaux liquides nématiques est déposée directement sur la couche constituée de clusters métalliques (4).

- Signe d'identification anti-falsification selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la couche magnétique est déposée en dessous d'une couche constituée de polymères à cristaux liquides cholestériques.
- Signe d'identification anti-falsification selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les aimants élémentaires sont orientés.
- Signe d'identification anti-falsification selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que des couches fonctionnelles supplémentaires sont présentes sur le substrat support (1).
