Definitions

  • the invention relates to mounting means for the assembly of natural stone elements, as well as a corresponding method. In particular, it is about the facade construction and corresponding natural stone cladding.
  • Natural stone cladding is increasingly being used, which, in addition to a special look, also ensures a permanent and clean solution.
  • the trend today is toward smaller, belt-shaped natural stone elements 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, as in Fig. 1A can be recognized by a vertical house facade.
  • These natural stone elements 11.1, 11.2, 11.3 are very expensive to assemble, which on the one hand drives the cost of such panels in the air and, on the other hand, can lead to inaccuracies in the installation set, which can interfere with the visual effect.
  • a mounting means according to the preamble of claim 1 is made EP 0621 382 A2 known, which is pre-assembled on tiles.
  • the task remains to offer a solution that is stable and durable, but the assembly of natural stone elements should be easier than in previous approaches.
  • a mounting means is provided, the features of which can be deduced from claim 1.
  • a natural stone cladding the details of which can be found in claim 4
  • a method provided, the details of which can be found in claim 5.
  • Preferred embodiments can be found in the respective subclaims.
  • Fig. 1A is a perspective view of a facade with an inventive natural stone cladding 10 shown. It is the terrace area of a house. The walls are lined with elongated, rectangular natural stone bars. Three of these so-called natural stone elements 11.1, 11.2, 11.3 and the corresponding joints 12.1, 12.2 are marked with reference numerals.
  • Fig. 1B is indicated that, for example, a bottom view with an inventive natural stone cladding 10 can be provided.
  • Fig. 2 is the section through the three natural stone elements 11.1, 11.2, 11.3 Fig. 1A shown.
  • novel natural stone cladding 10 The general structure of the novel natural stone cladding 10 according to the invention is described below. This structure is described by means of a vertical wall surface. However, the inventive natural stone cladding 10 can also be used on other surfaces, such as in Fig. 1B indicated. If the terms “wall”, “vertical”, “horizontal”, etc. are used below, then these terms refer only to the execution of a wall covering. When cladding other surfaces, these terms should be adapted accordingly.
  • the natural stone cladding 10 has a plurality of strips (wall strips) 18, which are mounted wall-parallel to a wall 40 to be covered.
  • a wall strip 18 is shown (two wall strips 18.1, 18.2 are in Fig. 7 to recognize).
  • the wall bar 18 is seated in the example shown on the wall 40.
  • the wall bar 18 can be attached to the wall 40, for example by means of dowels.
  • round or oblong holes are provided which allow a simple and quick screwing or riveting the other mounting means 50, as will be described in more detail below.
  • the support bracket 30 and / or counter-holder 20 can also be hooked or plugged into this wall bar 18.
  • a support bracket 30 can be attached to the desired height.
  • the support holder is fixed by the reference numeral 30.2 with a rivet or screw 37 on the wall bar 18.
  • the rivet or screw 37 may pass through a hole 35 (see FIG Fig. 4A, 4B ) are inserted through, which is provided in the support bracket 30.3.
  • Each support holder 30 has at least one first projection 32, which is adapted to the natural stone element 11 to engage under so that the natural stone element 11 is seated on this projection 32 in the mounted state.
  • the support holder 30 has a receiving area 36 which is designed for this purpose to receive a portion 24 of an anvil 20, as in Fig. 5 indicated schematically.
  • the counter-holder 20 has a slip-on region 24, which is designed so as to be complementary to the receiving region 36, or the attachment region, that can be pushed onto the receiving region 36 of the carrying holder 30 when mounting the slip-on region 24.
  • a slip-on region 24 which is designed so as to be complementary to the receiving region 36, or the attachment region, that can be pushed onto the receiving region 36 of the carrying holder 30 when mounting the slip-on region 24.
  • the counter-holder 20 has a second projection 22, which is designed to fix the natural stone element 11 in the mounted state on the back, as in FIG Fig. 2 is shown.
  • a second projection 22 which is designed to fix the natural stone element 11 in the mounted state on the back, as in FIG Fig. 2 is shown.
  • the corresponding projections 22.1 of a lower counter-holder 20.1 and 22.2 of a central counter-holder 20.2 are shown.
  • Each natural stone element 11 has a visible front side 13 and a rear side 16 with a first, machine-made longitudinal recess 14 (also referred to here as horizontal recess) and with a second, machine-made longitudinal recess 15 (here also referred to as horizontal recess).
  • Such processed natural stone elements 11 are not yet. It comes to the production / processing of a special processing machine used, which created by differently salaried circular saw blades, the longitudinal recesses 14 and 15, and edited.
  • the first machined longitudinal recess 14 is preferably made by a circular saw blade having a thickness SD, as in FIG Fig. 8C shown by a detail enlargement. This circular saw blade dives into the natural stone element 11 up to the desired depth from the rear and thus generates the recess 14 over the entire (horizontal) length LA.
  • each natural stone element 14 has a slightly different length.
  • Another circular saw blade emerges with a different inclination from behind into the natural stone element 11 in order to produce a surface 15. 1 of the second longitudinal recess 15.
  • the second surface 15.2 of the longitudinal recess 15 is generated by a circular saw blade that is parallel to the main plane of the natural stone element 11.
  • FIGS. 3A and 3B Details of a first counter-holder 20 are the FIGS. 3A and 3B refer to.
  • This counter-holder 20 has approximately the shape of an "L", which is upside down.
  • Fig. 3B can be seen from the side view that the anvil 20 as a projection 22 (here referred to as the second projection) formed leg which is like a nose is inclined slightly downwards. Due to the downward slope results in a bracket-like angle range 23, which is set back slightly.
  • the second leg forms a Aufsteck Scheme 24 with a rear side 21 or rear surface.
  • the thickness D1 of the second leg is selected so that the attachment portion 24 of this leg fits behind the support bracket 30 when the support bracket 30 is attached to the wall bar 18.
  • the length L1 of the slip-on region 24 is preferably selected such that it is slightly shorter than the length L2 of the receiving region 36. This ensures that the anvil 20 with its angular region 23 is not completely seated on the support holder 30. There are preferably corresponding spaces that are in Fig. 2 marked with Z1 and Z2.
  • Fig. 5 is schematically indicated that the natural stone element 11 can be pushed onto the projection 32 by a movement P1.
  • the natural stone element 11 is then pulled down (in a natural stone cladding of a vertical wall) and is thus supported by the support bracket 30.
  • the natural stone element 11 is secured, respectively fixed, the counter-holder 30 is attached from above, as indicated by the arrow P3. Since the projection 22 of this counter-holder from above and behind in engages the longitudinal recess 15 of the natural stone element 11, the natural stone element 11 is fixed and can not be removed from the wall 40.
  • the mounting means 50 a securing element in the form of a clasp-like spring 51 which in Fig. 6 is indicated.
  • This securing element 51 is plugged or pushed onto the support holder 30 with the counter-holder 20 in order to prevent the counter-holder 20 from being removed.
  • the fuse element 51 has the function to specify a well-defined spring force. This spring force acts between the support bracket 30 and the anvil 20. By the spring force of the projection 22 of the counter-holder is drawn into the longitudinal recess 15 and clamps the natural stone element 11 firmly.
  • two safety elements 51.1 and 51.2 are used per natural stone element 11, which have different sized spring forces.
  • the fuse element 51.1 may be e.g. have a greater spring force to clamp the natural stone element 11 with the support bracket 30.1 and counter-holder 20.1 at a predetermined position.
  • the securing element 50.2, however, has a slightly lower spring force, so that the natural stone element 11 can easily slip in the region of the support holder 30.2 and the counter-holder 20.2.
  • a similar effect can be achieved by using identical securing elements 51 at all points, but those surfaces of a pair of support holder 30.1 and anvil 20.1 are coated with a rough, non-slip material (eg sand or corundum) which is in contact with the natural stone element 11 in FIG Come in contact.
  • a rough, non-slip material eg sand or corundum
  • the corresponding surfaces of the other pair are uncoated. It is also conceivable to provide the corresponding surfaces of one pair with a lubricious coating, while the surfaces of the other pair are uncoated.
  • FIGS. 4A and 4B a preferred embodiment of a support holder 30 is shown.
  • the support holder 30 essentially has two regions which do justice to the two different functions of the support holder 30.
  • the support bracket 30 serves to support / fix the natural stone element 11.
  • the support bracket 30 has a projection 32 (also referred to herein as a first projection) defining a hook-shaped angular portion 33 (in the form of an upwardly directed nose).
  • the support holder 30 has a receiving region 36 for receiving the counter-holder 20.
  • this receiving region 36 is shown complementary to the attachment region 24 of the counter-holder 20 so that the counter-holder 20 can be pushed or pushed onto or behind the carrying holder 30.
  • the support holder 30 preferably has a flat rear side 31.
  • the support bracket 30 has a nose 34 with stop surface, against which the natural stone element 11 can support with its back 16. This nose 34 is optional.
  • a corresponding support holder 30 is in Fig. 4B to recognize.
  • Both the support bracket 30, as well as the anvil 20 are preferably made of correspondingly shaped metal or plastic profiles which are cut to the respective lengths. As a result, these holders 20, 30 can be produced simply and accurately in large numbers. Aluminum profiles or profiles made of nickel-plated or hot-dip galvanized steel have proven particularly useful.
  • each pair of a support bracket 30 and anvil 20 together with the attached or attached fuse element 51 has an overall height HV1, which is slightly less than the height HV2 of the natural stone element 11 (see Fig. 6 and 7 ). This ensures that even with a natural stone cladding 10 with open spaces 12.1, 12.2 (ie without grout) the mounting means 50 are not or hardly visible from the outside.
  • the counter-holders 20.1, 20.2 are pushed or pushed onto the respective support holders 30.1, 30.2 from above.
  • the natural stone element 11.2 is fixed.
  • the optional securing elements 51.1, 51.2 can now be plugged or pushed on to apply the desired spring force to the pairs of support holders / counterstays 30.1, 20.1 and 30.2, 20.2, or to secure the holders of the pairs against one another.
  • Per natural stone element 11 so at least two support bracket 30 and two counter-holder 20 are required. For very long natural stone elements 11, several such pairs can be used, whereby care should be taken that it does not lead to tension in the stone 11.
  • the natural stone elements 11 must be secured so that they can not break into pieces and then fall down.
  • 16 corresponding means can be provided on the back. Either a steel cable can be inserted or glued in a further (eg horizontal) third recess, or the back 16 can be covered with a net or tape.
