Dispositif de fixation pour arrêter une partie de meuble logée de façon mobile dans ou sur un meuble, en particulier un tiroir, dans une position d'extrémité fermée, avec au moins une unité de verrouillage, qui présente un élément de logement pour un élément de réception et un mécanisme de blocage pour la fixation détachable de l'élément de logement dans une position arrêtant l'élément de réception en position d'extrémité fermée de la partie de meuble mobile, dans lequel l'élément de logement ou l'élément de réception peut être agencé sur le meuble et l'autre élément sur la partie de meuble mobile, dans lequel l'unité de verrouillage (6) présente un mécanisme de protection contre les surcharges (32) qui comprend au moins deux parties reliées ensemble de façon mobile, dans lequel l'élément de logement (7) présente un élément de base (43) et un élément de verrouillage (44) relié de façon mobile à l'élément de base (43), dans lequel le mécanisme de blocage (31) agit sur l'élément de base (43) et dans lequel les au moins deux parties reliées ensemble de façon mobile du mécanisme de protection contre les surcharges (32) sont formées de l'élément de base (43) et de l'élément de verrouillage (44) de l'élément de logement (7), dans lequel l'élément de verrouillage (44) est mobile entre une première position d'extrémité, dans laquelle l'élément de verrouillage (44) arrête l'élément de réception (8), et une deuxième position d'extrémité, dans laquelle l'élément de verrouillage (44) libère l'élément de réception (8), caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de protection contre les surcharges (32) permet une ouverture sans détérioration de la partie de meuble mobile (2) par déplacement de l'élément de verrouillage (44) dans la deuxième position d'extrémité même si l'élément de base (43) de l'élément de logement (7) est fixé à l'aide du mécanisme de blocage (31).
  2. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de protection contre les surcharges (32) est logé de façon rotative.
  3. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les parties reliées de façon mobile du mécanisme de protection contre les surcharges (32) sont reliées ensemble de façon mobile et rotative et l'élément de verrouillage (44) peut pivoter entre la première position d'extrémité et la deuxième position d'extrémité.
  4. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de protection contre les surcharges (32) présente un dispositif de maintien (33) agissant entre les deux parties pour le maintien détachable ou pour le retour des parties reliées ensemble de façon mobile et rotative à la ou dans la première position d'extrémité, dans lequel le dispositif de maintien (33) présente un accumulateur d'énergie, de préférence un ressort de traction.
  5. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien (33) est conçu en deux parties, dans lequel à chaque fois une partie (50, 51) du dispositif de maintien (33) est disposée sur l'une des parties reliées de façon mobile et rotative du mécanisme de protection contre les surcharges (32).
  6. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien (33) agit de façon magnétique.
  7. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien (33) agit par engagement positif et est formé, par exemple, par une liaison à encliquetage.
  8. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (44) et l'élément de base (43) sont disposés essentiellement dans des plans parallèles et sont logés de façon pivotante l'un contre l'autre autour d'un axe de rotation (e) essentiellement perpendiculaire à ces plans.
  9. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la position relative de l'élément de logement (7) par rapport à l'élément de réception (8) peut être modifiée linéairement dans la profondeur du meuble (1) à l'aide d'un dispositif de réglage (9) qui est conçu pour transformer un mouvement de rotation en un mouvement de translation.
  10. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une unité de verrouillage (6) comprend une partie coulissante (10) logée de façon mobile linéairement par rapport à une partie de base (11), sur laquelle est disposé l'élément de logement (7), dans lequel le dispositif de réglage (9) est conçu et disposé pour modifier la position relative de l'élément de logement (7) de manière telle qu'il agit directement sur la partie coulissante (10).
  11. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de fixation (5) présente au moins deux unités de verrouillage (6) qui sont en liaison active ensemble par un mécanisme de synchronisation (24), dans lequel le mécanisme de synchronisation (24) présente au moins deux éléments de couplage (26), affectés à chaque fois aux différentes unités de verrouillage (6), et au moins une unité de synchronisation (27) et les éléments de couplage (26) sont couplés en mouvement à l'aide de l'unité de synchronisation (27).
  12. Dispositif d'éjection verrouillable pour une partie de meuble logée de façon mobile dans ou sur un meuble avec un élément d'éjection sollicité par un accumulateur d'énergie et un dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le verrouillage du dispositif d'éjection (18) se fait à l'aide du mécanisme de blocage (31) pour l'élément de logement (7).
  13. Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éjection (18) ou l'élément d'éjection (20) est disposé sur l'unité de verrouillage (6).
  14. Dispositif d'éjection selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'éjection (18) ou l'élément d'éjection (20) est disposé de façon séparée du dispositif de fixation (5) sur la partie de meuble mobile (2) ou sur le meuble (1).
  15. Meuble avec un dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11 ou avec un dispositif d'éjection verrouillable selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14.
