Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de montage (1) pour une lampe encastrée au plafond ou montée en saillie au plafond (100), comportant
    • un cadre d'encastrement (2) qui est destiné à l'insertion dans l'ouverture (111) d'un plafond (110) et présente des moyens (6, 7) pour maintenir la lampe (100) ainsi que
    • au moins un élément de serrage (10) qui présente un bras porteur (20) pivotant, le bras porteur (20) reposant, dans une position de montage, au moins en partie sur le plafond (110) et fixant par là-même le cadre d'encastrement (2) dans le plafond (110),
    le bras porteur (20) pouvant être amené par rapport au cadre d'encastrement (2), dans au moins deux positions verticales différentes, dans la position de montage,
    l'élément de serrage (10) présentant de plus un élément de retenue (40) à fixer sur le cadre d'encastrement (2), le bras porteur (20) pouvant pivoter par rapport à l'élément de retenue (40),
    l'élément de serrage (10) présentant de plus un élément de fixation (30) qui forme un support pour le bras porteur (20), l'élément de fixation (30) étant logé, de manière pivotante autour d'un axe, sur l'élément de retenue (40),
    et l'élément de retenue (40) étant encliqueté, dans la position de montage du bras porteur (20), avec l'élément de fixation (30),
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (30) forme un guidage, de telle façon que le bras porteur (20) peut être réglé entre deux positions différentes le long dudit élément de fixation.
  2. Dispositif de montage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (30) est encliqueté avec le bras porteur (20) dans une première position.
  3. Dispositif de montage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'encliquetage est automatiquement interrompu entre l'élément de fixation (30) et le bras porteur (20) si le bras porteur (20) parvient en appui contre le plafond (10) avant même d'avoir atteint la position de montage.
  4. Dispositif de montage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les différents composants de l'élément de serrage (10) sont en métal.
  5. Élément de serrage (10) qui est prévu pour la fixation d'un cadre d'encastrement (2) pour le support d'une lampe encastrée ou montée en saillie au plafond (100) dans un plafond (110),
    l'élément de serrage pouvant être fixé sur le cadre d'encastrement (2) et présentant un bras porteur (20) pivotant qui repose, dans une position de montage, au moins en partie sur le plafond (110) et fixe par là-même le cadre d'encastrement (2) dans le plafond (110),
    le bras porteur (20) pouvant être amené par rapport au cadre d'encastrement (2), dans au moins deux différentes positions verticales, dans la position de montage,
    l'élément de serrage (10) présentant de plus un élément de retenue (40) à fixer sur le cadre d'encastrement (2), le bras porteur (20) pouvant pivoter par rapport à l'élément de retenue (40),
    l'élément de serrage (10) présentant de plus un élément de fixation (30) qui forme un support pour le bras porteur (20), l'élément de fixation (30) étant logé, de manière pivotante autour d'un axe, sur l'élément de retenue (40),
    et l'élément de retenue (40) étant encliqueté, dans la position de montage du bras porteur (20), avec l'élément de fixation (30),
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation (30) forme un guidage, de telle façon que le bras porteur (20) peut être réglé entre deux positions différentes le long dudit élément de fixation.
