Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de montage (1) pour un luminaire à encadrement au plafond (100), avec
    • un cadre de montage (2) qui est destiné à être inséré dans l'ouverture (111) d'un plafond (110) et qui présente des moyens de fixation du luminaire (100), ainsi que
    • au moins un élément d'enclenchement (10) pour la fixation du cadre de montage (2) dans le plafond (110),
    l'élément d'enclenchement (10) étant constitué de façon bistable de telle sorte qu'il peut adopter deux états stables, pouvant passer d'un premier état stable, dans lequel l'insertion du cadre de montage (2) dans l'ouverture de plafond (51) ou respectivement le retrait du cadre de montage (2) de l'ouverture de plafond (51) est rendu(e) possible, à un deuxième état stable dans lequel le cadre de montage (2) est fixé dans le plafond (50),
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'enclenchement (10) est déformable, en particulier peut être fléchi, et présente un ressort (15) par le biais duquel l'élément d'enclenchement (10) est prétendu dans le premier état stable ou dans le deuxième état stable.
  2. Dispositif de montage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'élément d'enclenchement (10) présente deux bras d'ailette (11) qui, à une extrémité, sont fixés sur le cadre de montage (2) et, à l'autre extrémité, sont raccordés l'un à l'autre par le biais du ressort (15).
  3. Dispositif de montage selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les bras d'ailette (11) présentent, sur leurs côtés extérieurs, des saillies d'enclenchement, en particulier une denture (13) pour l'enclenchement avec le plafond (50) ou respectivement avec un élément d'appui situé sur le plafond.
  4. Dispositif de montage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    celui-ci présente plusieurs éléments d'enclenchement (10) répartis sur la périphérie du cadre de montage (2).
