Das Rastelement 10 verharrt dementsprechend entweder in der Position, welche ein Einsetzen bzw. Nach Überschreiten des oben genannten Knickpunkts schnappen dann die Rastelemente 10 automatisch nach außen und nehmen die in Fig. 2 bis 5 dargestellte Position ein. Durch das Zusammenwirken der Verzahnung 15 mit der Deckenkante wird hierbei ein Fixieren des Einbaurahmens 2 in der Decke 50 erzielt. Besteht die Decke 50 aus einem verhältnismäßig weichen Material, beispielsweise Rigips, so kann ferner auch ein zusätzlicher Ring eingelegt werden, so dass die Zähne nicht in die Decke einschneiden sondern auf diesen Ring drücken. Dicke der Decke ergibt.   1. A mounting device (1) for a recessed ceiling light (100) comprising

  2. A mounting device according to Claim 1,
