Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Tragepaket für ein Gut, insbesondere für ein pulverförmiges Gut, vorzugsweise ein Wasch- oder Reinigungspulver, welche wenigstens aus einem Faltzuschnitt gebildet ist, der aneinanderhängend durch Faltlinien begrenzt wenigstens einen mit einer Kante versehenen Mantel umfasst, der zum Aufbau der Verpackung zu einer Schlauchform geschlossen ist und der wenigstens eine Deckellasche und wenigstens eine Bodenlasche zum Schließen des Bodens und des Deckels und zur Ausbildung der Bodenfläche und der Deckelfläche der Verpackung umfasst, die sich jeweils über Faltlinien an untere und obere Ränder des Mantels anschließen sowie einen Aufreißstreifen durch den der Deckel des Tragepakets vom Tragepaket zumindest abschnittsweise lösbar ist.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Tragepakete werden in mannigfaltiger Form und Ausführung als Packmittel zum Transport und zur Lagerung einer Vielzahl von verschiedensten Packgütern verwendet. In der Regel sind derartige Tragepakete aus einem zellstoffbasierten Material wie Papier, Karton und/oder Pappe gefertigt und sind insbesondere für die Verpackung von pulverförmigen oder granularen Wasch- und/oder Reinigungsmittel bekannt.
  • DE 10 2005 005500 beschreibt beispielsweise einen widerverschließbaren Karton mit einer Innenzarge und einer äußeren Lage bei dem an der äußeren Lage ein Deckelelement schwenkbar angeordnet ist. Das Deckelelement ist hierbei durch einen Aufreißstreifen vom Mantel des Faltkartons trennbar. Für ein konvenientes Öffnen des Faltkartons ist ein sicheres Greifen der Aufreißstreifens von wesentlicher Bedeutung.
  • Aus der US 2006/0054676 A1 ist ein weiterer Faltzuschnitt für eine entsprechende Faltschachtel bekannt, bei der zur Verkaufpräsentation des Schachtelinhalts mittels eines Aufreißstreifens ein Deckelabschnitt von einem tablettartigen Bodenabschnitt getrennt werden kann. Am Anfang besitzt der Aufreißstreifen dort eine vergrößerte Lasche um das Greifen zu erleichtern.
  • Die Aufreißstreifen liegen üblicherweise eng am aufgestellten Faltkarton an um während des Transports oder beim Handling in Warenhäusern nicht versehentlich gelöst oder umgeknickt zu werden, was vom Konsumenten regelmäßig als unansehnlich oder gar als Indiz für eine fehlerhafte Verpackung wahrgenommen wird.
  • Beim Öffnen derartiger Kartonverpackungen mittels eines Aufreißstreifens kommt es jedoch regelmäßig zu Problemen, da der Benutzer der Verpackung beispielsweise den Anfang des Aufreißstreifens nicht ohne weiteres findet. Dies trifft insbesondere zu für Benutzer mit Sehbehinderungen oder beim Öffnen der Verpackung bei schlechten Lichtverhältnissen, wie sie durchaus häufiger in Waschküchen vorkommen können.
    • Aufgabe der Erfindung
  • Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Tragepaket, insbesondere für pulverförmige oder granulare Waschmittel, bereitzustellen, dass ein vereinfachtes Auffinden und Öffnung des Aufreißstreifens ermöglicht.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Tragepaket mit den Merkmalen des Anspruch 1 gelöst.
  • Das im wesentlichen formstabile Tragepaket ist aus einem Faltzuschnitt hergestellt und umfasst einen Mantel, der wenigstens eine Kante aufweist, einen Boden, einen Deckel, wobei der Deckel und der Mantel durch einen Aufreißstreifen zumindest abschnittsweise voneinander trennbar sind, der Aufreißstreifen ein Anfang und ein Ende aufweist, der Anfang des Aufreißstreifens an der Kante anliegt wobei die Kante unterhalb des an der Kante anliegenden Aufreißstreifens derart ausgebildet ist, dass eine zum Inneren des Tragepakets gerichtete Eingriffmulde ausgeformt ist, so dass ein Benutzer zum erstmaligen Öffnen des Aufreißstreifens mit wenigstens einem Finger in die Eingriffmulde und somit hinter den Aufreißstreifen eingreifen kann.
  • Die Griffmulde ist dergestalt, dass zwischen dem Aufreißstreifen und der Wand des Tragepakets ein Freiraum ausgebildet ist, der geeignet ist, dass ein Finger eines Benutzers zumindest teilweise in die Griffmulde eingreifen und unter den Aufreißstreifen fassen kann wodurch ein vereinfachtes Greifen des Anfangs des Aufreißstreifens ermöglicht wird.
  • Die Griffmulde kann beispielsweise durch verspannte Kanten realisiert sein, so dass die Kantenkontur durch die verspannten Kanten einen ins Innere des Tragepakets gerichteten Verlauf aufweist.
  • Die verspannte Kante weist einen von einer Geraden abweichenden, bogenförmigen Verlauf auf. Durch die verspannte Kante werden Materialspannungen hervorgerufen, durch die die Griffmulde beim Aufrichten und/ oder Zusammenfügen des Faltzuschnitts ins Innere des Tragepakets gezogen wird. Der Radius und die Länge der Griffmulde sind u.a. abhängig von der Materialstärke und der Biegesteifigkeit des verwendeten Materials.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist es am Anfang des Aufreißstreifens eine Grifflasche anzuordnen, durch die ein vergrößerter, in etwas daumendicker Griffbereich am Anfang des Aufreißstreifens ausgeformt ist. Durch die Grifflasche wird dem Benutzer der Anfang des Aufreißstreifens optisch angezeigt. Dies kann zusätzlich dadurch unterstützt werden, dass die Grifflasche eine Farbe aufweist, die sich von der Farbe des Tragepakets und des Aufreißstreifen im Bereich der Grifflasche unterscheidet.
  • In einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist die senkrecht zum Aufreißstreifen verlaufende Kontur der Grifflasche eine Ausbauchung auf, welche zum Einen als Verstärkung der Grifflasche fungiert und ein unbeabsichtigtes Einreißen insbesondere beim Öffnen, ein Vorgang bei dem die größten Kräfte auf den Aufreißstreifen einwirken, verhindert und zum Anderen ein vereinfachtes, insbesondere optisch und/ oder taktiles Auffinden der Grifflasche ermöglicht.
  • Zur Verstärkung des Aufreißstreifens kann gemäß einer weiteren, bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung auf der dem Inneren des Tragepakets zugewandten Seite des Aufreißstreifens ein Aufreißfaden aus einem nicht zellulosehaltigem Material, insbesondere aus einem Kunststoff, angeordnet sein.
  • In einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ragt der Anfang des Aufreißstreifens nicht über die Kante hinaus. Dies kann vorteilhaft sein, wenn ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen oder Umknicken der Grifflasche oder des Anfangs der Aufreißstreifens sicher verhindert werden soll.
  • In einer alternativen Ausführung ragt der Anfang des Aufreißstreifens 0,1-4,0 mm über die Kante hinaus. Hierdurch wird ein für den Benutzer einfaches taktiles Erfassen der Grifflasche oder des Anfangs des Aufreißstreifens realisiert.
  • Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausbildung der Erfindung weist das Tragepaket einen im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt und einen Mantel mit einer Vorderwand, einer ersten Seitenwand, einer zweiten Seitenwand und einer Rückwand auf, wobei der Aufreißstreifen insbesondere wenigstens über die erste Seitenwand, die Vorderwand und die zweite Seitenwand verläuft.
  • Als Material für einen derartigen Behälter kommt jedes faltbare Material in Frage. Der erfindungsgemäße Behälter ist vorzugsweise aus Papier, Karton und/oder Pappe gefertigt.
  • Nachfolgend werden Ausführungsbeispiele beschrieben und anhand der anliegenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert:

  • Figur 1 zeigt das Tragepaket 1 mit einem im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt und einer quaderartigen Raumform. Selbstverständlich kann das Tragepaket 1 auch jede andere Raumform annehmen, solange diese wenigstens eine Kante 4 ausbildet.
  • Das Tragepaket 1 weist einen umlaufenden Mantel 3 auf, dessen oberes Ende im ungeöffneten Zustand des Tragepakets 1 von einem Deckel 6 verschlossen ist. Über die beiden Seitenwände und Vorderwand hinweg verläuft ein Aufreißstreifen 7 durch dessen Entfernung das Deckelelement 6 vom Mantel 3 gelöst werden kann. Das Deckelelement 6 ist dann über die Rückwand schwenkbar mit dem Mantel 3 verbunden.
  • Im oberen Bereich der Kante 4 weist das Tragepaket 1 eine Eingriffmulde 10 auf, so dass ein Benutzer zum erstmaligen Öffnen des Aufreißstreifens 7 mit wenigstens einem Finger in die Eingriffmulde 10 und somit hinter den Aufreißstreifen 7 eingreifen kann.
  • Der Anfang 8 des Aufreißstreifens 7 ist mit einer Grifflasche 11 versehen, welche paddelförmig am Aufreißstreifen 7 angeformt ist.
  • Die senkrecht zum Aufreißstreifen 7 verlaufende Kontur der Grifflasche 11 weist eine Ausbauchung auf, welche zum Einen als Verstärkung der Grifflasche fungiert und zum Anderen ein vereinfachtes, insbesondere optisch und/ oder taktiles Auffinden der Grifflasche 11 ermöglicht.
  • Fig.2 zeigt den Faltzuschnitt 2 aus dem das auf Fig.1 bekannte Tragepaket geformt ist. Der Faltzuschnitt 2 weist einen in 5 Abschnitte unterteilten Mantel 3 sowie die Deckellaschen 6a-d und Bodenlaschen 5a-d auf.

Claims (8)

  1. Aus einem Faltzuschnitt (2) hergestelltes, im wesentlichen formstabiles Tragepaket (1), umfassend
    ▪ einen Mantel (3), der wenigstens eine Kante (4) aufweist,
    ▪ einen Boden (5),
    ▪ einen Deckel (6), wobei der Deckel (6) und der Mantel (3) durch einen Aufreißstreifen (7) zumindest abschnittsweise voneinander trennbar sind,
    ∘ der Aufreißstreifen (7) ein Anfang (8) und ein Ende (9) aufweist wobei
    ∘ der Anfang (8) des Aufreißstreifens (7) an der Kante (4) anliegt
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Kante (4) unterhalb des an der Kante (4) anliegenden Aufreißstreifens (7) derart ausgebildet ist, dass eine zum Inneren des Tragepakets gerichtete Eingriffmulde (10) ausgeformt ist, so dass ein Benutzer zum erstmaligen Öffnen des Aufreißstreifens (7) mit wenigstens einem Finger in die Eingriffmulde (10) und somit hinter den Aufreißstreifen (7) eingreifen kann.
  2. Tragepaket, nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Anfang (8) des Aufreißstreifens (7) eine Grifflasche (11) angeordnet ist.
  3. Tragepaket, nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grifflasche (11) eine Ausbauchung (12) aufweist.
  4. Tragepaket, nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der dem Inneren des Tragepakets zugewandten Seite des Aufreißstreifens (7) ein Aufreißfaden aus einem nicht zellulosehaltigem Material angeordnet ist.
  5. Tragepaket, nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anfang (8) des Aufreißstreifens (7) nicht über die Kante (4) hinausragt.
  6. Tragepaket, nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anfang (8) des Aufreißstreifens (7) 0,1-4,0 mm über die Kante (4) hinausragt.
  7. Tragepaket, nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragepaket einen im Wesentlichen rechteckigen Querschnitt und einen Mantel (3) mit einer Vorderwand, einer ersten Seitenwand, einer zweiten Seitenwand und einer Rückwand aufweist.
  8. Tragepaket, nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufreißstreifen (7) wenigstens über die erste Seitenwand, die Vorderwand und die zweite Seitenwand verläuft.
