Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Behältnis bestehend aus einem Innenteil zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen, insbesondere von Schrauben oder dergleichen, und einem in geschlossenem Zustand des Aufnahmebehältnisses das Innenteil umfassenden Außenteil, wobei das Innenteil vollständig von dem Außenteil aufnehmbar ist.
  • Als Verpackungsbehältnis für Kleinteile sind Faltschachteln in meist quaderförmiger Ausführung Stand der Technik. Eine derartige Verpackungsvorrichtung ist in der DE 195 41 904 A1 beschrieben. Um den Verpackungsinhalt durch sachgerechtes erstmaliges Öffnen der Verpackung zugänglich zu machen, ist oftmals in mindestens einer Seitenwandung eine Aufreißlasche integriert, die einen Teil der Verpackungswandung ablöst. Zur späteren ständigen Entnahme der Ware muss das Behältnis zumindest an einer Seite zu öffnen und frei zugänglich sein. Zwar sind die dem Stand der Technik entsprechenden Faltschachteln wiederverschließbar, aber die Handhabung im praktischen Betrieb, beispielsweise eine dosierte Entnahme von Schrauben während eines Montageprozesses, gestaltet sich wegen der Verschlussvorrichtung mittels Verschlusslappen schwierig. Einfacher und bequemer handzuhaben sind Behältnisse mit Schubladenelementen. Diese erlauben in der Praxis einen schnelleren Zugriff auf ihren Inhalt und können übersichtlich angeordnet werden. Zudem ist diese Art eines Behältnisses bei geeigneter Ausführungsform stapelbar und reduziert somit den Platzbedarf. Die Grundidee einer derartigen Verpackungsvorrichtung ist in der DE 42 39 147 A1 wiedergegeben Nicht berücksichtigt werden in dieser Druckschrift die anfängliche sichere Verschließbarkeit des Behältnisses, um unbefugtes Entnehmen der Ware bei Transport und Präsentation zu verhindern, sowie die Möglichkeit der vollständigen Entnahme des Innenteils, welches während der Warenbenutzung als bequeme Transporteinheit dienen kann.
  • In der Druckschrift US 3,048,319 A ist ein Behältnis offenbart, das aus einem röhrenförmigen Kartonaußenteil besteht, in das eine Schublade zur Auf- und Entnahme der Ware eingeführt werden kann. Das Behältnis dient in erster Linie zur Aufbewahrung von in Scheiben geschnittenen Lebensmitteln, wie beispielsweise Wurstwaren. Um das anfängliche Befüllen des Behältnisses mit dieser Art von Waren zu erleichtern, ist ein zweiseitiges Einführen des mit der Ware beladenen Schubladenteils möglich. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, die der regulären Entnahmeöffnung gegenüberliegende Stirnwand erst nach Befüllen durch Zusammenfalten zu verschließen. Im Unterschied zur vorliegenden Erfindung aber weist das offenbarte Innenteil eine mittels Klebeverbindung wiederverschließbare Verschlusslasche und keine erfindungsgemäße Verschlusslasche mit Aufreißstreifen auf.
  • Eine ähnliche Vorrichtung ist in der US 3,074,611 A offenbart. Bei dem dort offenbarten Gegenstand handelt es sich um ein röhrenförmiges Außenteil mit einer Einführöffnung und einer geschlossenen Stirnseite mit einem darin einschiebbaren Schubladenelement, welches zur Aufbewahrung von in Scheiben geschnittenen Fleisches dient. Als Kemelement besitzt der Gegenstand an der Frontseite des Schubladenelements eine Lasche, die durch Aufkleben auf die Außenseite des Außenteils zugleich als wiederverschließbare Verschlusslasche und als Grifflasche dient, somit aber keinen Aufreißstreifen aufweist.
  • Beide letztgenannten Druckschriften weisen ein Innenteil und ein in geschlossenem Zustand das Innenteil umfassendes Außenteil auf, wobei das Innenteil vollständig von dem Außenteil aufnehmbar ist. Als nachteilig erweist sich die mittels Klebeverbindung wiederverschließbare Verschlusslasche, die keine eindeutige Identifikation eines noch ungeöffneten Behältnisses zulässt.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ausgehend von dem beschriebenen Stand der Technik, ein Behältnis zu entwickeln, das bei niedrigen Herstellungskosten und geringem Lager- und Transportraumbedarf eine sichere anfängliche Verschließbarkeit der Behältnisses in Verbindung mit einer leichten Zugänglichkeit der Ware im praktischen Betrieb ermöglicht.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass das Innenteil über eine am Innenteil ausgeformte Verschlusslasche mit dem Außenteil derart verbunden ist, dass die Verschlusslasche endseitig auf einer Außenfläche des Außenteils befestigt ist und die Verschlusslasche durch einen Aufreißstreifen durchtrennbar ist, sodass das Innenteil vom Außenteil lösbar ist.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße außen auf der Oberseite des Außenteils angebrachte Verschlusslasche mit Aufreißstreifen wird die Ware während des Transports sicher aufbewahrt und bei der Präsentation in Verkaufsregalen vor unbefugter Entnahme geschützt. Nach Ablösen des Aufreißstreifens kann ein an dem Innenteil verbleibender Laschenabschnitt im späteren Gebrauch bei eingesetztem Innenteil unter die obere Seitenwand des Außenteils geschoben werden und auf diese Weise stabilisierend wirken, was insbesondere bei schwerem Metallgut von Vorteil ist.
  • Die Zweiteilung des Behältnisses in Innenteil und Außenteil in Verbindung mit einer quaderförmigen Ausgestaltung ermöglicht es, eine Vielzahl von Behältnissen platzsparend neben- und übereinander anzuordnen, womit die Kosten für Transport-, Lager- und Präsentationsraum vermindert werden können. Das eingeführte Schubladenelement verleiht dem Außenteil durch die entstehende doppelte Seitenwandung zusätzliche Stabilität, was sich positiv auf die Transporteigenschaften und auf die maximale Stapelhöhe auswirkt. Vorteilhaft erweist sich die Zweiteilung auch im praktischen Betrieb bei Benutzung des verpackten Gutes, da die Ware in dem Schubladenelement verbleibend komplett herausgenommen werden kann und am Gebrauchsort leicht zugänglich ist.
  • Eine Verringerung der Höhe der Rückwand und eine auf diese Höhe vorgenommene Abstufung der beiden Seitenwände des Schubladenelements erleichtern das Einführen des Schubladenelements.
  • Griffaussparungen in den vorderen Kanten der Seitenflächen des Außenteils erlauben das erfassen des Schubladenelements, um es herauszuziehen.
  • Eine kostengünstige Herstellung wird dadurch erzielt, dass sowohl das Schubladenelement als auch das Außenteil jeweils aus einem einteiligen Kartonzuschnitt gefertigt sind.
  • Anhand der in den beiliegenden Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele wird die Erfindung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Figur 1 zeigt eine Ansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Behältnisses 1 in geschlossenem Zustand, das aus einem Außenteil 2 und einem Innenteil 3 besteht. Das Innenteil 3 ist vollständig in das Außenteil 2 eingeführt und über eine Verschlusslasche 4 mit dem Außenteil 3 verbunden, wobei die Verschlusslasche 4 mit einem Verschlusslaschen-Innenabschnitt 5 an dem Innenteil 3 angeformt ist. Der Verschlusslaschen-Innenabschnitt 5 ist vor dem erstmaligen Öffnen des Behältnisses 1 über einen vorgeformten Aufreißstreifen 6 mit Materialschwächungen 7, insbesondere Perforationen, mit einem Verschlusslaschen-Außenabschnitt 8 verbunden. Durch einfaches Ziehen an dem Aufreißstreifen 6 kann dieser über den gesamten durch die Perforation markierten Bereich vollständig abgelöst werden und gibt den Verschlusslaschen-Innenabschnitt 5 frei, während der Verschlusslaschen-Außenabschnitt 8 an der Außenseite des Außenteils 2 verbleibt.
  • Gemäß Figur 2 kann das als Schubladenelement ausgeführte Innenteil 3 aus dem Außenteil in Pfeilrichtung X herausgezogen werden, wobei der verbliebene Verschlusslaschen-Innenabschnitt 5 zunächst als Grifflasche dienen kann. Beim Wiedereinführen - Pfeilrichtung Y - des Innenteils 3 in das Außenteil 2 bilden sich das Behältnis stabilisierende doppelte Wandungen aus Innenteil 3 und Außenteil 2.
  • Figur 3 zeigt das als Schubladenelement ausgebildete Innenteil 3 bevor es mit dem Außenteil 2 zusammengefügt wird. Mit einer Bodenwand 10 ist eine geschlossene Umfangswandung 11 verbunden, die aus einer Rückwand 12, einer Frontwand 13 und parallel zu den Bewegungsrichtungen X, Y des Innenteils 3 verlaufenden Seitenwänden 14, 15 besteht. Der Bodenwand 10 gegenüber befindet sich eine Öffnung 16 zum Befüllen und Entnehmen der Ware. Die Rückwand 12 weist vorzugsweise (wie dargestellt) gegenüber der Frontwand 13 eine minimal geringere Wandhöhe auf, um das Einführen des Innenteils 3 in die Öffnung 26 des Außenteils 2 zu erleichtern. Entsprechend besitzen die Seitenwände 14, 15 an ihren auf die Rückwand 12 zulaufenden oberen Kanten jeweils einen Abschnitt 17, 18 mit einer auf die Höhe der Rückwand 12 verringerten Wandhöhe. Der Verschlusslaschen-Innenabschnitt 5 ist an der Oberkante der Frontwand 13 angebracht und geht, begrenzt durch ebenfalls parallel zu dieser Oberkante verlaufende Materialschwächungen 7 in den Aufreißstreifen 6 über.
  • In Figur 4 ist ein Außenteil 2 eines erfindungsgemäßen Behältnisses dargestellt. Das Außenteil 2 setzt sich zusammen aus einer Stirnwand 20, an die eine geschlossene Umfangswandung 21 angeformt ist, die aus jeweils gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden 22, 23 und 24, 25 besteht. Der Stirnwand 20 gegenüber befindet sich eine Öffnung 26 zum Einführen (Pfeilrichtung Y) und Entnehmen (Pfeilrichtung X) des Innenteils 3. Dabei wird das als Schubladenelement ausgebildete Innenteil 3 durch die Umfangswandung 21 des Außenteils geführt, wobei die Stirnwand 20 des Außenteils 2 bei der Einschubbewegung als Anschlag wirkt. Aussparungen 27, 28 an der öffnungsseitigen Kante in gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden 22, 23 oder 24, 25 gestatten das Erfassen des Innenteils 3, um Zugkraft auf dieses auszuüben.
  • Die Verbindung zwischen Innenteil 3 und Außenteil 2 vor dem erstmaligen Öffnen geschieht durch Befestigen des Verschlusslaschen-Außenabschnitts 8 auf der Außenseite der Seitenwand 25 des Außenteils 2. Der Verschlusslaschen-Außenabschnitt 8 verbleibt dort auch nach Abtrennen des Aufreißstreifens 6. Der Verschlusslaschen-Innenabschnitt 5 kann nach Öffnen des Behältnisses 1 als verstärkendes Element unter die Seitenwand 25 des Außenteils 2 geschoben werden.
  • Figur 5 zeigt einen Kartonzuschnitt 30 eines als Schubladenelement ausgebildeten Innenteils 3 mit der Bodenwand 10, der Frontwand 13, den Seitenwänden 14 und 15 und der Rückwand 12. Durch Falzung entlang den Falzlinien 31 und Verkleben mittels der vorderen Klebelaschen 33, 34 und der hinteren Klebelaschen 35, 36 entsteht das quaderförmige Innenteil 3.
  • Figur 6 zeigt einen Kartonzuschnitt 40 des Außenteils 2 mit der Umfangswandung 21, bestehend aus den Seitenwänden 22, 23, 24, 25 sowie einer als Schubladenelement-Anschlag wirkenden Stirnwand 20. An den seitlichen Wänden 22, 23 sind die (Griff-)Aussparungen 27, 28 in die öffnungsseitige Kante eingearbeitet. Durch Falzung entlang den Falzlinien 41 und Verkleben mittels der seitlichen Stirn-Klebelaschen 43, 44 der unteren Stirnklebelasche 45 und der Umfangs-Kiebeiasche 46 ensteht das quaderförmige Außenteil 2.
  • Die in den Figuren 1 bis 6 dargestellte Ausführung beschreibt die Grundform des Behältnisses, wobei in der Regel die Seitenwand 24 des Außenteils 2 als Standfläche dient und die Verschlusslasche 4 somit auf der Oberseite des Behältnisses 1 an der Außenseite der Seitenwand 25 angebracht ist.
  • In Figur 7 ist eine als Kurzform gestaltete alternative Ausführungsform gezeigt, die sich gegenüber der in den Figuren 1 bis 6 dargestellten Grundform darin unterscheidet, dass bei gleichbleibender Wandhöhe H die Abmessungen der Standfläche (Seitenwand 24), beschrieben durch die Länge L und die Breite B, ungefähr halbiert worden sind. Die Abmessungen (Länge L und Höhe H) der Seitenwände 22, 23 entsprechen den Abmessungen (Breite B und Höhe H) der Frontwand 13 in den Figuren 1 bis 6. Zudem sind die (Griff-)Aussparungen 27, 28 in den Seitenwänden 24 und 25 eingearbeitet. Wie bei der Grundform ist der Verschlusslaschen-Außenabschnitt 8 mit der Seitenwand 25 verklebt.
  • Figur 8 zeigt eine Stapelanordnung mit verschiedenen Ausführungsformen des erfindungsgemäßen Behältnisses. Hierin ist zu erkennen, dass in der Kurzform gemäß Figur 7 die Seitenwand 22 des Außenteils als eine bedruckbare Kennzeichnungsfläche verwendet werden kann, da sie in gestapeltem Zustand des erfindungsgemäßen Behältnisses frei von der Frontseite des Stapels her sichtbar ist. Bei den Grundformen nach den Figuren 1 bis 6 dient die Frontwand 13 als Kennzeichnungsfläche.
  • Die Erfindung ist nicht auf die dargestellten und beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt, sondern umfasst auch alle in dem Ansprüchen Offenbarten gleichwirkenden Ausführungen.

Claims (14)

  1. Behältnis bestehend aus einem Innenteil (3) zur Aufnahme von Gegenständen, insbesondere von Schrauben oder dergleichen, und einem in geschlossenem Zustand des Aufnahmebehältnisses das Innenteil (3) umfassenden Außenteil (2), wobei das Innenteil (3) vollständig von dem Außenteil (2) aufnehmbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innenteil (3) über eine am Innenteil (3) ausgeformte Verschlusslasche (4) mit dem Außenteil (2) derart verbunden ist, dass die Verschlusslasche (4) endseitig auf einer Außenseite des Außenteils (2) befestigt ist und die Verschlusslasche (4) durch einen Aufreißstreifen (6) durchtrennbar ist, so dass das Innenteil (3) vom Außenteil (2) lösbar ist.
  2. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dasAußenteil(2)auseiner Stirnwand (20) und einer daran angebrachten geschlossenen Umfangswandung (21) besteht, die sich aus Seitenwänden (22, 23, 24, 25) zusammensetzt und eine der Stirnwand (20) gegenüberliegende Öffnung (26) besitzt.
  3. Behältnis nach den Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innenteil (3) aus einer Bodenwand (10) und einer daran angebrachten geschlossenen Umfangswandung (11) besteht, die sich aus einer Rückwand (12), einer Frontwand (13) und aus zwei gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (14, 15) zusammensetzt und eine der Bodenwand (10) gegenüberliegende Öffnung (16) besitzt.
  4. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand (24) des Außenteils (2) als Standfläche ausgebildet ist und die Verschlußlasche (4) an der Außenseite der der Standfläche gegenüberliegenden Seitenwand (25) des Außenteils (2) angebracht ist.
  5. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innenteil (3) als Schubladenlement ausgeführt und aus dem Außenteil (2) vollständig ausziehbar ist und mit seiner Rückwand (12) in die Öffnung (26) des Außenteils (2) einführbar und bis zu der als Anschlag wirkenden Stirnwand (20) des Außenteils (2) einschiebbar ist, sodass die Frontwand (13) des Innenteils (3) die Öffnung (26) des Außenteils verschließt und die der Standfläche gegenüberliegende Seitenwand (25) des Außenteils (2) die Öffnung (16) des Innenteils (3) abdeckt.
  6. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innenteil (3) und das Außenteil (2) quaderförmig ausgebildet sind.
  7. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieRückwand(12)des Innenteils (3) eine gegenüber der Höhe der Frontwand (13) verringerte Wandungshöhe aufweist.
  8. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die von der Frontwand (13) zur Rückwand (12) verlaufenden Seitenwände (14, 15) des Innenteils (3) jeweils einen an die Rückwand (12) des Innenteils (3) angrenzenden Abschnitt (17, 18) besitzen, in dem die Wandungshöhe von der Höhe der Frontwand (13) auf die Höhe der Rückwand (12) reduziert ist.
  9. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Grundform des Behältnisses (1) die senkrecht zur Standfläche (24) angebrachten sich gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände (22, 23) des Außenteils (2) an ihren zur Öffnung (26) weisenden Kanten jeweils eine (Griff-)Aussparung (27, 28) aufweisen.
  10. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Kurzform des Behältnisses (1) die als Standfläche dienende Seitenwand (24) des Außenteils (2) und die ihr gegenüberliegende Seitenwand (25) jeweils an ihren zur Öffnung (26) weisenden Kanten eine (Griff-)Aussparung (27, 28) aufweisen.
  11. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dasAußenteil(2)auseinem einteiligen Kartonzuschnitt gefertigt ist.
  12. Behältnis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Innenteil (3) aus einem einteiligen Kartonzuschnitt gefertigt ist.
  13. Sortiment von Behältnissen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle in der Grundform ausgeführten Behältnisse (1) des Sortiments in den Abmessungen der Frontwand (13) des Innenteils (3) identisch sind und diese Abmessungen gleich sind mit den Abmessungen der Seitenwände (22, 23) des Außenteils (2) aller in der Kurzform ausgeführten Behältnisse (1).
  14. Anordnung von Behältnissen nach Anspruch 13
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in übereinander und nebeneinander angeordnetem Zustand der Behältnisse jeweils die Frontwand (13) aller Behältnisse (1) der Grundform und jeweils eine Seitenwand (22, 23) aller Behältnisse (1) der Kurzform in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegen.
