Claims (15)

  1. Procédé d'attribution d'appels d'une installation d'ascenseur avec au moins un ascenseur et au moins une cabine (1, 1') par ascenseur, étant précisé qu'au moins un appel est entré pour un étage de destination par un passager et que plusieurs passagers, selon les appels entrés, sont amenés par la cabine (1, 1') en au moins un trajet d'au moins un étage d'entrée à au moins un étage de destination, caractérisé en ce que pour les appels entrés du trajet est déterminée au moins une zone de départ (9, 9') avec un ou plusieurs étages d'entrée ; en ce que pour les appels entrés du trajet est déterminée au moins une zone de destination (10, 10') avec un ou plusieurs étages de destination ; et en ce que, au cas où au moins un certain nombre d'arrêts dans la zone de départ (9, 9') et/ou dans la zone de destination (10, 10') est supérieur à un, ce nombre d'arrêts est réduit.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone de départ (9, 9') est formée par la totalité des étages d'entrée et/ou en ce que la zone de destination (10, 10') est formée par la totalité des étages de destination.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un étage d'arrêt est déterminé dans la zone de départ (9, 9) et/ou en ce qu'au moins un étage d'arrêt est déterminé dans la zone de destination (10, 10').
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque étage d'entrée et/ou chaque étage de destination est comparé à au moins un critère de sélection ; et en ce qu'au moins un étage d'entrée et/ou au moins un étage de destination qui satisfait le mieux au critère de sélection est sélectionné comme étage d'arrêt.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les coûts de desserte du trajet de la zone de départ (9, 9') jusque dans la zone de destination (10, 10') sont déterminés ; et en ce que les coûts de desserte du trajet par l'étage d'arrêt sélectionné sont déterminés.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que pour chaque étage d'entrée et/ou pour chaque étage de destination qui n'est pas un étage d'arrêt sélectionné sont déterminés des coûts de substitution de cet étage d'entrée jusqu'à l'étage d'arrêt sélectionné de la zone de départ (9, 9') et/ou de cet étage de destination jusqu'à l'étage d'arrêt sélectionné de la zone de destination (10, 10').
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que pour tous les étages d'entrée et/ou tous les étages de destination qui ne sont pas un étage d'arrêt sélectionné sont déterminés des coûts de substitution totaux.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'à partir de la différence entre les coûts de desserte du trajet de la zone de départ jusqu'à la zone de destination (10, 10') et les coûts de desserte du trajet par l'étage d'arrêt sélectionné sont déterminés des coûts différentiels.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les coûts de substitution totaux sont comparés aux coûts différentiels.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que, au cas où les coûts de substitution totaux sont supérieurs aux coûts différentiels, au moins un autre étage d'arrêt est déterminé ; et en ce que dans les autres cas, la cabine (1, 1') est amenée à l'étage d'arrêt sélectionné.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que chaque étage d'entrée et/ou chaque étage de destination qui n'est pas un étage d'arrêt sélectionné est comparé à au moins un critère de sélection ; en ce qu'au moins un étage d'entrée et/ou au moins un étage de destination qui satisfait le mieux au critère de sélection est sélectionné comme autre étage d'arrêt ; en ce que les coûts de desserte du trajet par les étages d'arrêt sélectionnés sont déterminés ; en ce que pour chaque étage d'entrée et/ou pour chaque étage de destination qui n'est pas un étage d'arrêt sélectionné sont déterminés des coûts de substitution de cet étage d'entrée jusqu'à au moins un étage d'arrêt sélectionné de la zone de départ (9, 9') et/ou de cet étage de destination jusqu'à au moins un étage d'arrêt sélectionné de la zone de destination (10, 10') ; en ce que pour tous les étages d'entrée et/ou tous les étages de destination qui ne sont pas un étage d'arrêt sélectionné sont déterminés des coûts de substitution totaux ; en ce qu'à partir de la différence entre les coûts de desserte du trajet de la zone de départ (9, 9') jusqu'à la zone de destination (10, 10') et les coûts de desserte du trajet par les étages d'arrêt sélectionnés sont déterminés des coûts différentiels ; en ce que les coûts de substitution totaux sont comparés aux coûts différentiels ; en ce que, au cas où les coûts de substitution totaux sont supérieurs aux coûts différentiels, au moins un autre étage d'arrêt est déterminé, et en ce que dans les autres cas, la cabine (1, 1') est amenée aux étages d'arrêt sélectionnés.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 3 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'étage d'arrêt sélectionné est indiqué au passager et/ou en ce que les étages d'entrée et/ou les étages de destination qui ne sont pas un étage d'arrêt sélectionné ne sont pas indiqués au passager.
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que, au cas où plusieurs étages d'entrée et/ou étages de destination satisfont aussi bien à un critère de sélection, c'est l'étage d'entrée et/ou l'étage de destination qui satisfait le mieux à au moins un autre critère de sélection qui est sélectionné comme étage d'arrêt ou comme autre étage d'arrêt.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que c'est un numéro d'étage des étages d'entrée et/ou des étages de destination qui est déterminé comme critère de sélection ; et en ce que l'étage d'entrée avec le deuxième numéro d'étage le plus bas et/ou l'étage de destination avec le deuxième numéro d'étage le plus élevé est sélectionné comme étage d'arrêt.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que c'est le nombre d'appels entrés par étage d'entrée et/ou par étage de destination qui est déterminé comme critère de sélection ; en ce que c'est une différence d'étage entre les étages d'entrée et/ou les étages de destination qui est déterminé comme critère de sélection ; en ce que c'est un numéro d'étage des étages dans la zone de départ (9, 9') et/ou dans la zone de destination (10, 10') qui est déterminé comme critère de sélection ; en ce que c'est le montant des coûts de substitution d'un étage d'entrée et/ou d'un étage de destination qui n'est pas un étage d'arrêt sélectionné, qui est déterminé comme critère de sélection ; ou en ce que c'est la caractéristique de passager des passagers qui est déterminée comme critère de sélection.
