Claims (8)

  1. Procédé d'agencement de représentants de programmes sélectionnés parmi une pluralité de programmes pour appareils de cuisson par au moins un dispositif d'entrée sur au moins un dispositif d'affichage, lequel est en liaison active avec le dispositif d'entrée et un dispositif de commande ou de réglage, où
    le dispositif de commande ou de réglage étant en liaison active avec un dispositif de mémoire pour mémoriser d'une pluralité de programmes pour appareils de cuisson et étant relié avec au moins un appareil de cuisson ou mis à disposition par un appareil de cuisson,
    chaque représentant de programme pouvant être agencé sous la forme d'un bon virtuel dans au moins une zone sous la forme d'un tableau de bons virtuels,
    chaque bon virtuels a un nom de code et/ou une représentation graphique pour le programme correspondant, et
    le tableau de bons virtuel permettant une représentation à l'intérieur d'un espace pluridimensionnel, caractérisé en ce que

    chaque paramètre étant au moins caractéristique pour un niveau de traitement ou une colonne de traitement ou une ligne de traitement ou une zone de traitement de l'appareil de cuisson et un instant ou une période du programme correspondant au représentant de programme respectif,

  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
    chaque programme est sélectionné parmi un groupe comprenant des programmes de cuisson, en particulier déterminés par les types de cuisson, les processus de cuisson, les paramètres de cuisson et/ou les produits de cuisson.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que
    les axes du système de coordonnées sont courbes ou droits, en particulier perpendiculaires l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que l'axe/les axes de position et/ou l'axe temporel peut ou peuvent être sélectionné(s) et/ou modifié(s), en particulier il est possible de défiler le long de celui-ci ou de ceux-ci.
