Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cosmetic unit with a central central longitudinal axis and comprising two subunits each having a reservoir for receiving a cosmetic substance and each having a closure cap, by means of which the respective reservoir is closable, wherein the two subunits by means of a coupling sleeve, at the two axial end faces respectively one of the two caps can be inserted, are releasably connectable to each other.
  • both screw-lockable storage containers can be filled with the same or different cosmetics, such as, for example, nail varnish, eyeshadow, eyeshadow, lip gloss or means for removing the same.
  • both closure caps and the coupling sleeve are detachably connected to each other by means of an axially extending toothing and by means of a locking groove-locking-bead connection provided separately from the axial toothing.
  • a reservoir of a cosmetic unit which consists of an aluminum alloy and the outer wall is anodized.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a cosmetic unit of the type described, which at the same time has very good mechanical properties with simple and flexible handling.
  • the coupling sleeve consists of a metal, wherein at least the closure caps are made of a plastic, and the coupling sleeve has on an inner wall per retractable cap on at least one inwardly projecting combined fuse element, which circulates as a circumferentially and by means of parallel to the central Centered longitudinal axis oriented longitudinal elements structured ring member is formed so that a releasable connection of the coupling sleeve with the respective cap due to the longitudinal elements has a torsional strength and due to the ring member has an axial strength.
  • the caps as in particular the other parts of the two subunits, are made of plastic
  • a metal material is used for the coupling sleeve. Due to the very different materials, this can only be achieved with extra effort and is thus uneconomical at first glance.
  • a coupling sleeve made of metal leads to a considerably improved mechanical behavior compared to a complete plastic solution.
  • the metal coupling sleeve has a higher surface quality and due to the compared to a plastic significantly higher modulus of elasticity also a higher flexural rigidity and breaking strength. As a result, the service life of the coupling sleeve increases considerably, since plastic components often become brittle after a certain time and can then break more easily.
  • the metal coupling sleeve opens up new aesthetic design possibilities.
  • the metal used gives the cosmetics unit a high-quality appearance. A comparable metallic gloss can not be achieved by simply coloring a plastic part.
  • a coupling sleeve made of metal is particularly robust. Their surface is significantly scratch and abrasion resistant than a plastic realization. So it can be achieved a longer service life. This is of particular interest in the coupling sleeve, as it is the component of the cosmetic unit that is potentially the longest in use due to multiple use.
  • Each of the combined on the inner wall which is in particular substantially hollow cylindrical or an inner space with at least partially perpendicular to the central central longitudinal axis oriented circular cross-sectional areas attached fuse elements acts multiple times. On the one hand, it ensures due to the ring element a backup in the axial direction, ie in the direction of the central center longitudinal axis.
  • the structuring of the ring element by means of the longitudinal elements which may be in particular axially extending longitudinal grooves or longitudinal webs and which are preferably distributed uniformly in the circumferential direction, an anti-rotation, so a backup in the circumferential direction.
  • closure caps are preferably provided on their outer wall facing the inner wall of the coupling sleeve in the assembled state with a coupling element corresponding to and cooperating with the combined securing element, e.g. with a circumferential circumferential annular and also structured by means of longitudinal elements locking groove.
  • the coupling with the caps and especially the anti-rotation can be achieved when using the metal coupling sleeve according to the invention thus in particular without the use of rigid fasteners, such as adhesives, press connections or the like.
  • the thus given releasable connection of the metal coupling sleeve with the caps allows a very advantageous individual filling of the reservoir of both subunits and beyond a flexible handling.
  • the subunits of a cosmetic unit according to the invention can be easily put together individually and subsequently changed again.
  • a particular uniform wall thickness of the coupling sleeve in the range between 0.05 mm and 1 mm, preferably between 0.05 mm and 0.55 mm.
  • This wall thickness is preferably a base wall thickness, which is therefore specified in particular independently of any structures provided on the wall.
  • Coupling sleeves with such thin walls can be produced with reasonable effort preferably only made of metal. They allow a particularly large scope for the other components of the cosmetic unit Anßerdem requires such a small wall thickness low material consumption and a very low weight of the coupling sleeve. The stability is nevertheless guaranteed.
  • the coupling sleeve made of aluminum. This is a very light, yet sturdy metal. The result is a coupling sleeve with low weight.
  • the coupling sleeve may be further provided with a surface coating.
  • a surface coating for example, a clear lacquer or optionally a colored lacquer may be provided. Another surface treatment is also possible.
  • the surface can also be anodized in particular.
  • a tangential, ie circumferential in the circumferential direction and radially outward on the cap protruding web provided as an axial end stop for the coupling sleeve. This will prevent the coupling sleeve from being accidentally pushed too far onto the cap.
  • closure cap is provided on an outer peripheral surface with evenly distributed circumferentially, radially outwardly projecting and in particular a corrugation forming longitudinal webs, wherein in particular between four and forty-eight, preferably between four and sixteen, longitudinal webs are provided.
  • longitudinal webs cooperate with structural elements preferably provided on the inner wall of the metal coupling sleeve, in particular with corresponding longitudinal grooves or with groove-like intermediate spaces or depressions formed between longitudinal webs, so that a non-rotatable, detachable connection is provided.
  • closure caps of both subunits are designed to be identical.
  • the caps then have the same geometry on both sides. This results in a cost-saving low component diversity.
  • the coupling sleeve has an outer diameter in the range between 10 mm and 20 mm, in particular in the range between 12 mm and 15 mm. As a result, an aesthetically pleasing slim design can be selected overall for the cosmetic unit as well.
  • the coupling sleeve is also provided on its outer peripheral surface with two annular recesses, which also on the inner wall of the coupling sleeve as inwardly directed annular Mark off projections and form the ring elements there.
  • the depressions are impressed, for example, from the outside. This can be done in particular by means of a rolling movement via a correspondingly shaped tool.
  • the wells have a dual function. From the outside, they are visually appealing 3D design elements.
  • the impressed from the outside indentations also lead to the inner wall to the desired advantageous Rastwülsten and thus results in a simple manufacturing process for the inner Rastwülste, in particular a thin wall thickness in the above-mentioned preferred range should be used for the coupling sleeve.
  • the inwardly directed annular projections form latching ridges or snap rings whose snap ring overhang with respect to the other inner wall of the coupling sleeve is just equal to the aforementioned radial extent.
  • a ratio between a wall thickness of the coupling sleeve and a projection of the inwardly directed annular projections with respect to another inner wall of the coupling sleeve is preferably in the range between 1.25 and 33, in particular between 2.5 and 5.5.
  • the coupling sleeve is provided on an inner wall with axially extending and inwardly projecting anti-rotation projections.
  • the anti-rotation projections extend axially beyond the ring elements of the combined securing elements and form in the region of the ring elements their longitudinal elements provided for structuring, in this case inwardly projecting longitudinal webs.
  • the continuous, d. H. can be substantially over the entire length of the coupling sleeve extending anti-rotation projections can be e.g. finished by means of a thermoforming technique. The anti-rotation effect is then achieved both in the region of the structured ring elements but also outside.
  • the anti-rotation protrusions extend spaced from an axial edge of the coupling sleeve. In particular, they are pointed. This facilitates the insertion of the cap in the coupling sleeve from this edge.
  • the pressing action and thus the strength of the anti-rotation increase in this embodiment the farther the cap is inserted into the coupling sleeve. When fully inserted, the highest pressure is present.
  • the axial anti-rotation projections can also taper off only at the axial edge of the coupling sleeve. Even so, the successive increase of the pressing force effect is achieved with increasing insertion depth.
  • a distance to the axial edge and / or pointed leakage of the anti-rotation projections is in the known plastic sleeves according to the EP 1 348 352 B1 not provided, since these plastic parts already have a certain Entformungsschräge.
  • the anti-rotation projections extend as far as an axial edge of the coupling sleeve.
  • This variant is particularly easy to implement, for example by means of a cold extrusion technique, by means of a thermoforming technique or execution as a drawn tube.
  • the coupling sleeve is provided with four to forty eight of the anti-rotation projections.
  • a number of anti-rotation projections lying in this interval can be well finished and, on the other hand, it offers good resistance to twisting in the assembled state of the cosmetics unit.
  • the anti-rotation projections have a tangential extension, that is to say a projection width, in the range between 0.3 mm and 15.0 mm, in particular between 0.6 mm and 2.0 mm.
  • This variant also offers the aforementioned advantages in terms of production and the security against rotation.
  • the rotation-preventing projections perpendicular to the axial direction have a curvature with a radius of curvature in the range between 0.15 mm and 20.0 mm, in particular between 0.8 mm and 3.4 mm. This curvature facilitates the assembly and separation of the coupling sleeve and the closure cap.
  • the anti-rotation projections continue to have a radial extent, ie a protrusion height, in the range between 0.05 mm and 0.25 mm and they remain in particular on an outer wall of the coupling sleeve invisible.
  • the specified value range for the projection height is favorable in terms of a good security against rotation.
  • the anti-rotation projections are not distinguished from the externally visible outer wall of the coupling sleeve.
  • the attractive overall visual impression of the coupling sleeve is thus not affected by the provided on the inner wall anti-rotation projections.
  • the coupling sleeve has an inner space which, apart from the combined securing elements, tapers conically from one axial edge to the other axial edge, inner diameter of the inner space at the two axial edges being a diameter difference of 0.2 mm to 0 , 5 mm, in particular of 0.25 mm, from each other.
  • a coupling sleeve with anti-rotation projections extending axially on the inner wall can be produced particularly well if it has such a slightly conical inner shape.
