- a V-notch test piece was prepared from the obtained test panel in conformity to JIS Z 2242 such that the longitudinal direction of the test piece was perpendicular to the rolling direction.

Claims (2)
- Tôle d'acier épaisse laminée à chaud hautement résistante ayant une épaisseur de tôle de 6 mm ou plus et de 12 mm ou moins qui présente une résistance et une ténacité excellentes après traitement thermique, la tôle d'acier épaisse laminée à chaud comprenant une composition incluant de 0,10 à 0,20 % de C, de 0,01 à 1,0 % de Si, de 0,5 à 2,0 % de Mn, 0,03 % ou moins de P, 0,01 % ou moins de S, de 0,01 à 0,10 % d'Al, 0,005 % ou moins de N, de 0,01 à 0,15 % de Ti et de 0,0010 à 0,0050 % de B en masse, le reste étant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables ; et une phase de ferrite bainitique ayant un rapport surfacique de 95 % ou plus, où un écart de la dureté le long de l'épaisseur est dans une limite de 10 % d'une moyenne, la dureté étant mesurée avec une charge de 9,8 N ; et une résistance à la traction de 440 à 640 MPa et un allongement de 20 % ou plus (longueur entre repères GL : 50 mm) sont satisfaits.
- Procédé de production d'une tôle d'acier épaisse laminée à chaud hautement résistante qui présente une résistance et une ténacité excellentes après traitement thermique, le procédé comprenant les étapes de laminage à chaud d'un matériau d'acier à une température en sortie de finissage de 820 à 880 °C lors du laminage de finissage afin d'obtenir une tôle d'acier laminée à chaud ayant une épaisseur de tôle de 6 mm ou plus et 12 mm ou moins, le matériau d'acier ayant une composition selon la revendication 1 ; de refroidissement de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud à une vitesse de refroidissement de 15 à 50 °C/s sur la base d'une température de surface jusqu'à ce qu'une température de surface atteigne une plage de température de 550 à 650 °C ; et d'enroulement de la tôle d'acier laminée à chaud dans la plage de température, où un écart de dureté le long de l'épaisseur est dans une limite de 10 % d'une moyenne, la dureté étant mesurée avec une charge de 9,8 N ; et une résistance à la traction de 440 à 640 MPa et un allongement de 20 % ou plus (longueur entre repères GL : 50 mm) sont satisfaits.
