本发明公开了一种韧性高的热轧钢板,其具有下述化学成分:以质量%计含有C:0.1% ~0.5%、Mn:0.05% ~0.3%、Si:0.01% ~0.2%、B:0.005% ~0.02%、Cr:0.05% ~0.15%、Ti:0.03% ~0.12%、N:0.005% ~0.015%、V:0.01% ~0.05%、Ni:0.005% ~0.02%、Nb:0.05% ~0.12%、P:0.003% ~0.04%、S:0.006% ~0.015%,余量由铁及不可避免的杂质构成。本发明的热轧钢板延性、加工硬化性、拉伸凸缘性优异、拉伸强度高、张力高且韧性高。

一种韧性高的热轧钢板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种韧性高的热轧钢板。
背景技术
在产业技术领域高度细分的今天,对在各技术领域中使用的材料要求有特殊且高度的性能。例如,对于压制成型后使用的热轧钢板,随着压制形状的多样化,也需要更优异的成型性。另外,要求有高强度,研究了高张力热轧钢板的应用。尤其是对于汽车用热轧钢板,从对地球环境的考虑出发,为了将车身轻量化而提高燃料消耗效率,对薄壁高成型性的高张力热轧钢板的需求显著增高。在压制成型中,所使用的热轧钢板的厚度越薄,越容易发生裂纹、皱褶,因此需要延性、拉伸凸缘性更优异的热轧钢板。然而,这种压制成型性与热轧钢板的高强度化是背反的特性,难以同时满足这些特性。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种延性、加工硬化性、拉伸凸缘性优异的热轧钢板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的一种韧性高的热轧钢板,其具有下述化学成分:以质量%计含有C:0.1% ~0.5%、Mn:0.05% ~0.3%、Si:0.01% ~0.2%、B:0.005% ~0.02%、Cr:0.05% ~0.15%、Ti:0.03% ~0.12%、N:0.005% ~0.015%、V:0.01% ~0.05%、Ni:0.005% ~0.02%、Nb:0.05% ~0.12%、P:0.003% ~0.04%、S:0.006% ~0.015%,余量由铁及不可避免的杂质构成。
进一步的,一种韧性高的热轧钢板,其具有下述化学成分:以质量%计含有C:0.1%~0.3%、Mn:0.05% ~0.25%、Si:0.01% ~0.15%、B:0.005% ~0.015%、Cr:0.05% ~0.1%、Ti:0.03% ~0.08%、N:0.005% ~0.01%、V:0.01% ~0.03%、Ni:0.005% ~0.01%、Nb:0.05%~0.1%、P:0.003% ~0.02%、S:0.006% ~0.01%,余量由铁及不可避免的杂质构成。
再进一步的,一种韧性高的热轧钢板,其具有下述化学成分:以质量%计含有C:0.2%、Mn:0.15%、Si:0.1%、B:0.01%、Cr:0.08%、Ti:0.05%、N:0.008%、V:0.02%、Ni:0.008%、Nb:0.08%、P:0.012%、S:0.008%,余量由铁及不可避免的杂质构成。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的热轧钢板延性、加工硬化性、拉伸凸缘性优异、拉伸强度高、张力高且韧性高。

具体实施例1:一种韧性高的热轧钢板,其具有下述化学成分:以质量%计含有C:0.1% 、Mn:0.05% 、Si:0.01% 、B:0.005% 、Cr:0.05% 、Ti:0.03% 、N:0.005% 、V:0.01% 、Ni:0.005%、Nb:0.05% 、P:0.003% 、S:0.006% ,余量由铁及不可避免的杂质构成。
具体实施例2:一种韧性高的热轧钢板,其具有下述化学成分:以质量%计含有C:0.2%、Mn:0.15%、Si:0.1%、B:0.01%、Cr:0.08%、Ti:0.05%、N:0.008%、V:0.02%、Ni:0.008%、Nb:0.08%、P:0.012%、S:0.008%,余量由铁及不可避免的杂质构成。
具体实施例3:一种韧性高的热轧钢板,其具有下述化学成分:以质量%计含有C:0.5%、Mn:0.3%、Si:0.2%、B:0.02%、Cr:0.15%、Ti:0.12%、N:0.015%、V:0.05%、Ni:0.02%、Nb:0.12%、P:0.04%、S:0.015%,余量由铁及不可避免的杂质构成。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种韧性高的热轧钢板,其特征在于,具有下述化学成分:以质量%计含有C:0.1% ~0.3%、Mn:0.05% ~0.25%、Si:0.01% ~0.15%、B:0.005% ~0.015%、Cr:0.05% ~0.1%、Ti:0.03% ~0.08%、N:0.005% ~0.01%、V:0.01% ~0.03%、Ni:0.005%~0.01%、Nb:0.05% ~0.1%、P:0.003% ~0.02%、S:0.006% ~0.01%,余量由铁及不可避免的杂质构成。
