Claims (5)

  1. Soupape d'injection de carburant pour moteurs à combustion interne, comprenant :
    - une aiguille de soupape (4) qui commande, par son déplacement longitudinal, l'ouverture d'au moins une ouverture d'injection (5),
    - un espace de commande (17) raccordé à un côté haute pression (14), dont la pression agit au moins de manière indirecte sur l'aiguille de soupape (4), et
    - une soupape de commande (23) avec un siège de soupape (26), qui est prévu radialement entre un espace de soupape (22) côté haute pression raccordé à l'espace de commande (17) et un espace de soupape (24) côté basse pression, et avec un élément de soupape de commande (25) guidé de manière coulissante, qui limite radialement l'espace de soupape (22) côté haute pression et qui coopère avec le siège de soupape (26), l'élément de soupape de commande (25) présentant une saillie annulaire (29) faisant saillie radialement dans l'espace de soupape (22) côté haute pression, dont la surface d'épaulement (29a) tournée vers le siège de soupape (26) forme une surface d'étanchéité coopérant avec le siège de soupape (26),
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'élément de soupape de commande (25) est réalisé sous forme de manchon de soupape et l'espace de soupape (22) côté haute pression est prévu à l'intérieur du manchon de soupape (25).
  2. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le siège de soupape (26) est formé par une surface conique et en ce que la surface d'étanchéité de l'élément de soupape de commande (25) présente une arête d'étanchéité (30) qui est formée par une surface conique (30a) côté basse pression, dont l'angle de conicité (αV1) est supérieur à l'angle de conicité (αK) du siège de soupape (26), et une surface conique (30b) côté haute pression, dont l'angle de conicité (αV2) est inférieur à l'angle de conicité (αK) du siège de soupape (26).
  3. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface d'étanchéité de l'élément de soupape de commande (25) est formée par une surface conique et en ce que le siège de soupape (26) présente une arête de siège (31) qui est formée par une surface conique (26a) côté basse pression, dont l'angle de conicité (αK1) est inférieur à l'angle de conicité (αV) de l'élément de soupape de commande (25), et une surface conique (26b) côté haute pression, dont l'angle de conicité (αK2) est supérieur à l'angle de conicité (αV) de l'élément de soupape de commande (25).
  4. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le siège de soupape (26) est formé par une surface conique et la surface d'étanchéité de l'élément de soupape de commande (25) est formé sous forme de tore annulaire, ou inversement.
  5. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le diamètre de siège (dS) du siège de soupape (26) et le diamètre de guidage (dF) de l'élément de soupape de commande (25) sont égaux.
