- Machine pour relever/rabattre des cageots dotés de parois latérales repliables, les cageots étant amenés horizontalement avec le fond du cageot et avec les parois latérales repliables au-dessus du fond, étant maintenus latéralement au niveau du fond du cageot par le dispositif de transport pendant le façonnage, et les mécanismes de relèvement/rabattement ainsi que les mécanismes de transport étant commandés par un programme piloté par ordinateur, caractérisée en ce que les cageots sont amenés à la machine sans tri préalable, suivant les types ou suivant les dimensions extérieures, en ce qu'au niveau de l'entrée de la machine, il est prévu un poste de reconnaissance (A) pour la reconnaissance des dimensions extérieures et du type de cageot, en ce qu'ensuite, il est prévu un poste de relèvement/rabattement (B) pour certains types de cageot légèrement différents les uns des autres (1), en ce qu'ensuite, il est éventuellement prévu un ou plusieurs poste(s) de relèvement/rabattement supplémentaire(s) (B1) pour d'autres types de cageot légèrement différents les uns des autres (100), en ce qu'ensuite, il est prévu un poste de vérification (C) pour la réalisation d'essais de charge au niveau des parois latérales (1a, 1b ; 100a, 100b) et au niveau de leurs mécanismes de verrouillage, en ce que, dans chacun des postes (A, B, B1, C), d'éventuels défauts, endommagements sont détectés au niveau des cageots et en ce qu'au niveau de chaque poste, sous la zone du passage (1 v, 100v) des cageots (1, 100), il est à chaque fois prévu un espace libre, lequel possède des dimensions quelque peu supérieures au plus grand type de cageot façonnable et dans lequel les cageots (1, 100) détectés à chaque poste (A, B, B1, C) comme étant défectueux ou endommagés tombent (11a, 11b, 111b, 1c).
- Machine pour relever/rabattre des cageots dotés de parois latérales repliables selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le poste d'élévation (A) est absent et que les cageots (1, 100), triés avant suivant les types ou suivant les dimensions, sont amenés à la machine et en ce que le programme de commande de la machine peut être sélectionné en fonction du type de cageot à façonner à chaque fois, à partir de plusieurs programmes de commande pour des types de cageots différents qui peuvent être façonnés par la machine.
- Machine pour relever/rabattre des cageots dotés de parois latérales repliables selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au niveau du poste de vérification (C), il est prévu une cloche d'aspiration mobile, laquelle se déplace (13v) verticalement avec le cadre (13) et les vérins pneumatiques ici montés et peut être posée au niveau du bord supérieur des parois des cageots relevées (1a, 1b; 100a, 100b).
- Machine pour relever/rabattre des cageots dotés de parois latérales repliables selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au niveau des machines, lesquelles réalisent uniquement le rabattement des parois latérales (1a, 1 b ; 100a, 100b), il manque le poste de vérification (C).
- Machine pour relever/rabattre des cageots dotés de parois latérales repliables selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que dans chacun des postes de travail (A, B, B1, C), il est prévu, à chaque fois, deux groupes de transport (12) disposés parallèlement au sens de transport (1 v, 100v) des cageots (1, 100), indépendants et pouvant être pilotés individuellement, lesquels sont composés d'un rail de guidage (12e) au niveau duquel la zone de bordure de la surface inférieure du fond du cageot glisse et d'une bande transporteuse (12g) supportée par des rouleaux, laquelle est pressée latéralement au niveau du fond du cageot, en ce que chacun de ces groupes de transport (12) peut être déplacé ou orienté (12s) au niveau du cadre de machine, horizontalement et perpendiculairement au sens de transport, à savoir, pour exercer la pression nécessaire contre le bord du fond du cageot ou pour écarter les rails de guidage (12e) aussi loin de l'axe longitudinal de la section de transport, en ce que les cageots (1, 100) à trier tombent à travers, vers le bas, (11 a, 11 b, 111 b, 11c,) et en ce que le support des groupes de transport permet, sous contrainte, un mouvement d'orientation (12i) dans un plan horizontal, autour d'un axe essentiellement vertical.
- Machine pour relever/rabattre des cageots dotés de parois latérales repliables selon les revendications 1, 2 et 5, caractérisée en ce que le rail de guidage (12e) peut être orienté vers le bas, indépendamment de la bande transporteuse (12g), de son entraînement et de ses rouleaux de support, autour d'un axe, parallèlement à l'extension longitudinale du rail et dans la zone du bord inférieur de la bande transporteuse (12g) ou peut être retiré horizontalement de sorte que, lorsque les bandes transporteuses (12g) sont légèrement éloignées du bord du fond du cageot, le cageot passe à travers, vers le bas (11 a, 11 b, 111 b, 11 c).
- Machine pour relever/rabattre des cageots dotés de parois latérales repliables selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le poste de relèvement/rabattement (B) est composé de deux mécanismes d'orientation (3a, 103a) disposés parallèlement l'un par rapport à l'autre, pour le relèvement ou le rabattement (1 x, 100x) des parois latérales (1a, 100a) situées parallèlement au sens de transport du cageot (1, 100) et d'un mécanisme, placé au-dessus, agissant dans un seul plan vertical et traversant l'axe longitudinal de la zone de transport du cageot et destiné au relèvement ou au rabattement (1 y, 100y) des parois latérales (1 b, 100b) disposées transversalement au sens de transport, en ce que l'axe de rotation (3) des mécanismes d'orientation (3a, 103a) pour le relèvement ou le rabattement (1x, 100x) est disposé parallèlement et espacé par rapport à l'axe des charnières des parois du cageot (1 a, 100a).
- Machine pour relever/rabattre des cageots dotés de parois latérales repliables selon les revendications 1, 2 et 7, caractérisée en ce que, dans le cas de mécanismes d'orientation (3a) dotés d'éléments de préhension (4, 4a), lesquels saisissent, de manière stationnaire, au niveau des parois latérales (1a) repliables (1 x), les éléments de préhension (4, 4a) sont montés orientables (3s) selon un axe (3b) parallèle aux parois latérales (1a) et en ce que, dans le cas d'éléments de préhension (103y, 103z), lesquels glissent librement au niveau des parois latérales (100b), ceux-ci sont montés fixement au niveau des mécanismes d'orientation (103a).
- Machine pour relever/rabattre des cageots dotés de parois latérales repliables selon les revendications 1, 2 et 7, caractérisée en ce que le mécanisme pour le relèvement/rabattement des parois latérales (1 b, 100b), placées transversalement au sens de transport, est composé d'un bras porteur (5, 105) mobile verticalement (5v, 105v), deux bras de préhension (6, 106) étant, au niveau de sa partie inférieure horizontale, mobiles (6h, 106h) horizontalement en sens opposé, sachant que les mouvements horizontaux et verticaux, réalisés en même temps, des bras de préhension, sont exécutés par le programme de commande, dans un rapport, en ce que le mouvement résultant des bras de préhension correspond au mouvement de repli (1y, 100y) en forme d'arc de cercle et en ce que les crochets de préhension (6a, 106a) sont mis en place au niveau des bras de préhension (6, 106) fixement ou, sous l'action d'un ressort, mobiles verticalement (6v).
- Machine pour relever/rabattre des cageots dotés de parois latérales repliables selon les revendications 1, 2, 7 et 9, caractérisée en ce que, aux fins de soutenir l'enclenchement des mécanismes de verrouillage, il est prévu, au niveau des bras de préhension (6, 106), des épaulements de butée (6x, 106x), lesquels peuvent exercer, dans la zone des mécanismes de verrouillage, au niveau des parois latérales situées transversalement au sens de transport des cageots, une pression ou une frappe, de l'intérieur du cageot vers l'extérieur, ou, aux fins de desserrer le raccordement par enclenchement, de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur, et en ce que, en dessous, au niveau du bras porteur (5, 105), les bras de préhension (6, 106) peuvent être remplacés par des têtes de déblocage (66) identiques, mobiles ou commandables, lesquelles débloquent, par le biais de broches (66a) utilisables dans des bagues de prise au niveau des éléments de déblocage (100x) et mobiles (66b) les unes par rapport aux autres, les mécanismes de verrouillage, et ensuite, placent, par un mouvement horizontal (66h) ou un mouvement en forme d'arc de cercle, les parois latérales (100b) situées transversalement au sens de transport, pour rabattement (100y).
