Claims (7)
- Dispositif de butée d'une chaîne dans un chariot de manutention comprenant une ancre de chaîne reliée de manière articulée à la chaîne via un peigne de chaîne et une partie de logement posée contre le cadre ou une partie de charge du chariot de manutention pour l'ancre de chaîne, la partie de logement (24) comportant un passage (26), ayant une section transversale étroite (34) entre les extrémités, qui se projette dans le sens longitudinal de la chaîne, le passage (26) présente une ouverture continue parallèle au passage s'étendant vers une face, et l'ancre de chaîne (14) présentant à l'extrémité inférieure une tête (20) dont les dimensions transversalement à la projection longitudinale de la chaîne sont supérieures à celles de la section transversale étroite (34), et une section de liaison longitudinale (16) est prévue entre la tête (20) et le peigne de chaîne (12), caractérisé en ce que la largeur de l'ouverture est inférieure aux dimensions de section transversale du passage et/ou de la section transversale étroite, et l'épaisseur de la section de liaison (16) est inférieure dans une première direction à la largeur minimale de l'ouverture (34) et est supérieure dans une seconde direction pratiquement perpendiculaire à la première direction à la largeur minimale de l'ouverture (34), ce qui permet à l'ancre de chaîne (14) d'être introduite dans une première position rotative transversalement à sa projection longitudinale via l'ouverture (34) dans le passage (26) et d'être maintenue de façon sécurisée par une rotation à pratiquement 90° dans le passage (26), et la tête (20) pouvant être amenée sur la face opposée au peigne de chaîne (12) en appui contre la section transversale étroite.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tête (20) de l'ancre de chaîne (14) présente au moins une surface sphérique (23) et le passage (26) présente sur la face en vis-à-vis de la section transversale étroite une contre-surface sphérique complémentaire (30), ce qui permet à l'ancre de chaîne (14) d'exécuter un mouvement oscillant limité transversalement à la projection longitudinale de la chaîne.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface sphérique (23) est façonnée sur une section d'une demi-sphère.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la section de liaison (16) est conique et se rétrécit vers la tête (20), une face de la section de liaison conique comporte un méplat continu (18) et le passage (26) sur la face associée à la chaîne (10) de la section transversale étroite est également partiellement conique avec un rétrécissement vers la section transversale étroite.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le méplat (18) se projette également au-dessus de la tête.
- Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie de logement (24) se présente en une seule pièce.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la partie de logement (26) a approximativement la forme d'un C.
