Description

Heizkörper mit Teillastfunktion Radiator with partial load function
Beschreibungdescription
The invention relates to a multi-row radiator, in particular a flat radiator according to the preamble of claim 1, with partial load function. Radiators with facilities for directional guidance of the heating medium to achieve a partial load function are already known. This is intended to ensure that during the heating process, preferably, the heating plate which is directed into the space to be heated flows through the heating medium, thus resulting in rapid sensible heating. Radiators that have at part load an improved performance to the room (higher surface temperature of the front plate and thus more radiation in the room) can be displayed in various ways. One of the possibilities is the serial connection of the individual heating plates in such a way that the plate facing the space is first flowed through and the plate (s) facing away from the space thereafter. The variant with integrated valve is equipped in today's design with an elaborate valve fitting, which is already welded in the factory. Such radiators are described for example in EP 1 227 290 B1, DE 295 11 076 111, DE 32 16 922 C2, DE 20 2004 019 163 U1, DE 20 2004 017 628 U1 and DE-PS 2517611.
In EP 1 227 290 B1, in one embodiment, an insert is arranged in the region of a feed passage in one of the transverse passages, it being possible for the feed water to be conducted to the other transverse passage through the insert part. In another embodiment, an insert is arranged in the region of a connecting piece in one of the transverse channels, wherein the insert part prevents overflow of the heating water from the transverse channel into the connecting piece.
From DE 295 11 076 U1 a radiator with at least two heating plates is known, between which a distributor set is arranged, which has a flow area for connection to a first front heating plate and a return area for connection to a return port of the rear heating plate. According to one embodiment it is provided that the distributor set at a lower corner area and the valve diagonal are arranged opposite one another. A partial load operation with preferred flow of the front heating plate is therefore only conditionally possible, since the heating medium rises immediately after flowing into the lower supply due to the thermal buoyancy and flows through the valve in the rear of the two heating plates. A preferred flow through the front heating plate is therefore not achieved. Especially with long radiators, the front plate remains cold. In the other documents similar solutions are described with various inserts. A disadvantage of these solutions is that before fitting nipple valve and shut-off the corresponding inserts must be used according to installation instructions in the connection tees.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide the user with a ready-to-connect radiator available, which can be operated in partial load function with a connection fitting including with integrated valve operable and with little effort. This advantageously also connection errors can be excluded that affect the partial load function.
According to the invention, this object is solved by the features of claim 1. In the accompanying claims 2 to 4 preferred embodiments of the invention are included.
The radiator according to the invention comprises a connection fitting in the lower corner of a multi-layer radiator, which ensures that the flow from the heating network in the front heating plate and the return to the heating network from the rear plate (s) is passed. The lower T-piece opposite this connection fitting contains a valve housing, whereby the screwed-in valve controls the overflow between these two plates. The upper two tees are open only to one side. By blocking discs unwanted flow directions are prevented in the upper two tees. It is advantageous if the right T-piece is used for venting the front plate and the left T-piece for venting the rear (s) Plate (s), wherein the locking discs are arranged such that the heating plates are separated from each other can be vented. A riser construction is not required. According to a preferred feature of the invention, it is provided that the lower connection fitting which directs the flow of the heating medium from the heating network in the radiator plate facing the room to be heated and the return of the heating medium from a behind arranged plate (s) to the heating network, as a double angle or double tube solution is trained.
