Claims (9)
- Dispositif de réglage d'une distance précise entre deux chariots (3a, 3b) d'une glissière de déplacement parallèle d'un châssis coulissant (1), le dispositif de réglage se composant au moins dea) deux pièces moulées (11, 14) engagées l'une dans l'autre et déplaçables l'une par rapport à l'autre au moyen d'une vis de réglage (13);b) parmi lesquelles une première pièce moulée (11) est ou peut être fixée à une première extrémité de barre d'une barre (5) maintenant les deux chariots (3a, 3b) à distance, et l'autre pièce moulée (14) est ou peut être assemblée au chariot (3b) - tourné vers la première extrémité de barre.
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 1, et avec la première pièce moulée (11) sous forme de coulisseau et l'autre pièce moulée (14) sous forme de pièce conjuguée en forme de boîtier, dans lequel- le coulisseau (11) présentant des profilages (11a, 11b) sur son contour est fixé à une extrémité de la barre (5) reliant les deux chariots (3a, 3b) et est logé dans un évidement profilé (14a) de la pièce conjuguée en forme de boîtier (14), et il est déplaçable dans celui-ci de façon réglable au moyen d'une vis de réglage (13);- dans lequel la pièce conjuguée (14) peut être fixée ou est formée sur le chariot (3b), qui est le plus proche de l'extrémité de barre (5).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'autre pièce moulée (14) à fixer ou formée sur le chariot (3b) présente une fente oblongue ou une telle rainure (15) s'étendant parallèlement à la direction de déplacement destinée au logement coulissant d'une tête (16) d'un moyen fileté orienté perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement et fixé sur la première pièce moulée (11), dans lequel la tête (16) se présente sous la forme d'une limitation de la course de réglage des pièces moulées (11, 14) en coopération avec la fente/rainure oblongue (15).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le moyen fileté se présente sous la forme d'une vis destinée en même temps à la fixation de la pièce moulée (11) située dans l'évidement profilé (14a) à l'extrémité de barre (5) apte à être introduite dans un évidement intérieur de forme correspondante de cette pièce moulée (11).
- Dispositif de réglage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une première pièce moulée (11) présente un évidement (12) dirigé vers l'intérieur pour la vis de réglage (13), qui présente un logement pour la tête de la vis de réglage et qui est réalisé de telle manière que la vis de réglage et la première pièce moulée (13, 11) soient couplées en une unité de mouvement dans les deux directions de déplacement, et dans lequel un alésage fileté destiné à l'engagement de la tige filetée de la vis de réglage (13) se raccorde, dans l'autre pièce moulée (14), en alignement avec l'évidement (12).
- Dispositif de réglage selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la première pièce moulée (11) présente un évidement latéral, à travers lequel la vis de réglage (13) peut être insérée dans la première pièce moulée.
- Procédé de réglage d'une distance précise entre deux chariots (3a, 3b) d'une glissière de déplacement parallèle d'un châssis coulissant (1), dans lequela) on engage l'une dans l'autre deux pièces moulées (11, 14) et on déplace celles-ci l'une par rapport à l'autre avec une vis de réglage (13);b) on fixe une des pièces moulées (11) à une première extrémité d'une barre (5) maintenant les deux chariots (3a, 3b) à distance;c) on assemble l'autre pièce moulée (14) au chariot (3b) - tourné vers la première extrémité de barre.
- Procédé de réglage selon la revendication 7, dans lequel- on fixe la première pièce moulée (11), sous la forme d'un coulisseau (11) présentant des profilages (11a, 11b) sur son contour, à une extrémité de la barre (5) reliant les deux chariots (3a, 3b), on la place dans un évidement profilé (14a) correspondant aux profilages de l'autre pièce moulée sous la forme d'une pièce conjuguée en forme de boîtier (14), et on la déplace dans celle-ci en la réglant au moyen d'une vis de réglage (13).
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, dans lequel on fixe ou on forme la pièce conjuguée (14) sur le chariot (3b), qui est le plus proche de l'extrémité de barre (5).
