Claims (12)

  1. Paumelle à rouleaux, destinée notamment à des portes en matière plastique et à des fenêtres en matière plastique, pourvue d'un élément de cadre (3), qui se fixe sur un cadre de porte ou de fenêtre (1), doté de deux rouleaux de paumelle (5), qui sont placés sur l'élément de cadre (3) en étant ajustables à la verticale et à l'horizontale et pourvue d'un élément de battant (4), qui se fixe sur un battant de porte ou de fenêtre (2), lequel est placé en étant mobile en rotation entre les deux rouleaux de paumelle (5), caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux de paumelle qui ne sont physiquement pas assemblés l'un avec l'autre comportent chacun une fiche de charnière (8), qui est placée en étant mobile à la verticale dans un évidement (9) associé à l'intérieur de l'élément de cadre (3) et qui est guidée en étant mobile à la verticale dans une plaque de serrage (10), en ce que la plaque de serrage (10) est guidée avec une mobilité linéaire entre deux surfaces de guidage (11) horizontales, à l'intérieur de l'évidement (9) associé de l'élément de cadre (3) dans le sens de la profondeur (x) du cadre de porte ou de fenêtre (1) et en ce que sur la plaque de serrage (10) agit au moins une vis de serrage (12), qui est placée dans un taraudage (13) de l'élément de cadre (3).
  2. Paumelle à rouleaux selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les surfaces de contact entre la plaque de serrage (10) et la fiche de charnière (8) du rouleau de paumelle (5) associé comportent un profilé doté d'au moins une rainure de guidage (14) et d'une saillie (15) s'engageant dans la rainure de guidage (14).
  3. Paumelle à rouleaux selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que sur les plaques de serrage (5) associées aux deux rouleaux de paumelle (5) agissent chaque fois deux vis de serrage (12), qui sont vissées dans des taraudages (13) de l'élément de cadre (3).
  4. Paumelle à rouleaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que sur la fiche de charnière (8) d'au moins un rouleau de paumelle (5) agit un dispositif d'ajustage (16), destiné à ajuster à la verticale le rouleau de paumelle (5) et sur au moins une plaque de serrage (10) agit un dispositif d'ajustage (19), destiné à ajuster à l'horizontale le rouleau de paumelle (5).
  5. Paumelle à rouleaux selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que, pour l'ajustage à la verticale du rouleau de paumelle (5), le dispositif d'ajustage (16) comporte une tige filetée (17) qui est placée dans un taraudage (18) sur la face inférieure de l'élément de cadre (3).
  6. Paumelle à rouleaux selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que, pour l'ajustage horizontal, le dispositif d'ajustage (19) comporte un élément excentrique (20), lequel s'engage dans un orifice (21) de la plaque de serrage (10).
  7. Paumelle à rouleaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de battant (4) comporte des tenons, qui sont placés en étant mobiles en rotation dans les rouleaux de paumelle (5), et en ce que les rouleaux de paumelle (5) comportent des taraudages (24), avec chacun une vis de blocage (25), pour le blocage axial des tenons à l'intérieur des rouleaux de paumelle (5).
  8. Paumelle à rouleaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de cadre (3) est conçu sous la forme d'un corps creux, qui comporte une face arrière (7) qui est dirigée vers le cadre de porte ou de fenêtre (1) et une surface frontale avec des évidements (9) ouvert sur la face frontale (6), pour la fixation des rouleaux de paumelle (5).
  9. Paumelle à rouleaux selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les taraudages (13) pour les vis de serrage (12) sont placés dans une face latérale (26) de l'élément de cadre (3).
  10. Paumelle à rouleaux selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que sur la face arrière (7) de l'élément de cadre (3) sont placées des saillies et/ou des tiges (27), destinées à fixer la position de l'élément de cadre (3) sur un cadre de porte ou de fenêtre (1).
  11. Paumelle à rouleaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de cadre (3) comporte des orifices (28) destinés à des vis de fixation, les orifices (28) s'étendant de la face frontale (6) jusqu'à la face arrière (7) de l'élément de cadre (3).
  12. Paumelle à rouleaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de cadre (3) est conçu sous la forme d'une pièce métallique coulée.
