Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zum Herstellen von Rahmen (2) aus Holz oder dergleichen in einer Maschine, umfassend eine Basis (5), die sich in einer ersten vorgegebenen Richtung (6) erstreckt, eine Mehrzahl von Querelementen (28), die parallel zueinander und in einer zweiten Richtung (11) quer zur ersten Richtung (6) verlaufen, und die entlang der Basis (5) in der ersten Richtung (6) bewegbar sind, wenigstens eine Klemmvorrichtung (29), die an jedem Querelement (28) montiert ist, um sich in der zweiten Richtung (11) zu bewegen, und einen Brückenkran (8), der sich über der Basis (5) in der zweiten Richtung (11) erstreckt und mit wenigstens einem Arbeitskopf (14) ausgerüstet ist, umfassend die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:
    Verriegeln der Mehrzahl von Komponenten (4) aus Holz oder dergleichen von langgestreckter Gestalt in entsprechenden Klemmvorrichtungen (29);
    Längsprofilieren einer freien Seitenfläche (30a, 30b, 42) einer jeden Komponente (4), hervorragend von den entsprechenden Klemmvorrichtungen (29) in der ersten oder der zweiten Richtung (6, 11), während die Komponente (4) in entsprechenden Klemmvorrichtungen (29) eingespannt ist,
    gekennzeichnet durch die weiteren Verfahrensschritte:
    in jeder Komponente (4) wird wenigstens ein Sitz (31, 32, 46) gebildet,
    während die Komponente (4) selbst in entsprechenden Klemmvorrichtungen (29) eingespannt ist, wobei der Sitz (31, 32, 46) derart gestaltet ist, dass er Mittel (20, 47) zum hin und her gehenden Ankoppeln der Komponenten (4) aufnimmt,
    Bewegen der Klemmvorrichtung (29) wenigstens in einer der beiden Richtungen (6, 11) zum Erfassen der Kupplungsmittel (20, 47) im entsprechenden Sitz (31, 32, 46) und zum Montieren eines Rahmens (2).
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder Sitz (31, 32, 46) eine entsprechende Bohrung (31, 32) umfasst, und die Kupplungsmittel (20, 47) Kupplungsstifte (20) umfassen, mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten:
    Montieren eines jeden Stiftes (20) in einer Bohrung (31, 32) einer entsprechenden ersten Komponente (4), während die erste Komponente (4) in den entsprechenden Spannvorrichtungen (29) oder in einer Greif- und Handhabungsvorrichtung (36, 37) eingespannt wird, getragen vom Brückenkran (8), und
    Bewegen der Klemmvorrichtung (29) in wenigstens einer der beiden Richtungen (6, 11), um jeden Stift (20) in eine Bohrung (31, 32) einer entsprechenden zweiten Komponente (4) einzubringen und den Rahmen (2) zu montieren.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder Sitz (31, 32, 46) gebildet ist von einer entsprechenden Aussparung (46), und die Kupplungsmittel (20, 47) definiert sind durch Zähne (47), mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten:
    jeder Zahn wird in einer entsprechenden ersten Komponente (4) aufgenommen, während die erste Komponente (4) selbst in entsprechenden Klemmvorrichtungen (29) fixiert wird, und
    die Klemmvorrichtungen (29) werden in wenigstens einer der beiden Richtungen (6, 11) verfahren, um jeden Zahn (47) in einer Aussparung (46) einer entsprechenden zweiten Komponente (4) aufzunehmen und den Rahmen (2) zu montieren.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, wobei das Längsprofil der Seitenflächen (30a, 30b, 42) dadurch hergestellt werden, dass die Komponenten (4) in entsprechenden Klemmvorrichtungen (29) eingespannt werden, mit den weiteren Verfahrensschritten:
    es wird wenigstens ein Teil der Komponenten (4) von den entsprechenden ersten Klemmvorrichtungen (29) zu entsprechenden zweiten Klemmvorrichtungen (29) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der entsprechenden ersten Klemmvorrichtung (29) in Bezug auf die entsprechenden Komponenten (4) überführt, und
    eine äußere Umfangskante (33) des Rahmens (2), überragend von den zweiten Klemmvorrichtungen (29), wird längsprofiliert.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei jede Komponente (4) von den entsprechenden ersten Klemmvorrichtungen (29) zu den entsprechenden zweiten Klemmvorrichtungen (29) vor dem Montieren des Rahmens (2) überführt wird.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei ein Teil der Komponenten (4) von den entsprechenden Klemmvorrichtungen (29) zu den entsprechenden zweiten Klemmvorrichtungen (29) überführt wird, bevor der Rahmen (2) montiert wird, und wobei ein Teil der Komponenten (4) von den entsprechenden ersten Klemmvorrichtungen (29) dann freigegeben wird, wenn der Rahmen (2) montiert ist.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, wobei jeder Rahmen (4) zwei erste Komponenten (4a) aufweist, die parallel zueinander und zur ersten Richtung (6) verlaufen, und zwei zweite Komponenten (4b), die parallel zueinander und zur zweiten Richtung (11) verlaufen, umfassend die folgenden Verfahrensschritte:
    Verriegeln einer jeden ersten Komponente (4a) innerhalb der entsprechenden Klemmvorrichtungen (29a, 29d) wenigstens zweier entsprechender erster Querelemente (28a);
    Verriegeln einer jeden zweiten Komponente (4b) in wenigstens einer entsprechenden Klemmvorrichtung (29b, 29c) eines entsprechenden zweiten Querelementes (28b, 28c), die sich von den ersten Klemmvorrichtungen (28a) unterscheiden;
    Längsprofilieren der Seitenfläche (30a, 30b) der ersten und der zweiten Komponente (4a, 4b);
    Überführen einer jeden zweiten Komponente (4b) von den entsprechenden Klemmvorrichtungen (29b, 29c) des entsprechenden zweiten Querelementes (28b, 28c) zu wenigstens einer weiteren Klemmvorrichtung (29b, 29c) eines entsprechenden ersten Querelementes (28a); und
    Montieren des Rahmens (2).
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, weiterhin umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    Verriegeln jeder Komponente (4) eines ersten Rahmens (2) mit entsprechenden ersten Klemmvorrichtungen (29) parallel zur ersten Richtung (6);
    Längsprofilieren jeder Komponente (4) des ersten Rahmens (2) in der ersten Richtung (6);
    Ausrichten wenigstens zweier Komponenten (4) in der zweiten Richtung (11); und
    Montieren des ersten Rahmens (2).
  9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten:
    Überführen jeder Komponente (4) des ersten Rahmens (2) von entsprechenden ersten Klemmvorrichtungen (29) zu entsprechenden zweiten Klemmvorrichtungen (29), die von den ersten Klemmvorrichtungen (29) verschieden sind;
    Montieren des ersten Rahmens (2) mittels der zweiten Klemmvorrichtung (29); und
    Blockieren der Komponenten (4) des zweiten Rahmens (2) in den entsprechenden ersten Klemmvorrichtungen (29) während des Montierens und Stabilisierens des ersten Rahmens (2).
