  • the proposed solution specifies a presentation system in which, due to its design as an electronic system, any handouts, information sheets etc. can be dispensed with.
  • the solution according to the invention makes it possible for the customer data updated during a customer conversation to be entered directly into the presentation system via the input interface and to be included in the presentation to be presented to the customer during the sales conversation. These updated customer data are thus taken into account in the presentation or in the presentation process, which considerably simplifies the subsequent processing of these data, if necessary.
  • the presentation system has a control module with which a presentation is played on the base module monitor.

  • the invention provides that the base module monitor, which is designed to display the sales presentation to the customer, is integrated in the base module, while the control module contains the control module monitor with the input interface. Since in a customer conversation usually the seller sits opposite the customer, it is possible with the embodiment of the presentation system according to the invention to build the presentation system so that the base module with the base module monitor in front of the customer, while the control module with the
  • the operating module monitor which is integrated in the operating module, which faces the salesman during the sales talk, serves to display for the salesman certain information, in particular customer-specific data, and data for controlling the presentation process shown on the base module monitor. Accordingly, the displays shown on the two monitors of the presentation system are usually different from each other. In particular, the fact that the data or information relevant for the seller are displayed on the one hand on the control module monitor, while on the other hand on the base module monitor the presentation intended for the customer, i. the data or information are presented, which are relevant for the customer, it is possible to make the presentation for the (potential) customer very clear.
  • the displays on the respective monitors are in particular independent of each other. Thus, it is achieved that the (potential) customer is confronted during the sales talk only with such data and information that are actually intended for him. In particular, this avoids overloading the customer with data or information that is immaterial to him.
  • the presentation system and in particular the control module provided in the presentation system should be designed to individually control the base module monitor and the control module monitor of the presentation system depending on a presentation loaded in the presentation system or commands and / or data entered via the input interface.
  • This feature allows a customer-optimized presentation to be run on the presentation system.
  • the presentation presented with the presentation system serves as a sales aid for advertisement sales.

  • Information compiled for a very specific contact person at a potential customer may then be entered via the input interface of the control module from the seller during the sales call.
  • the presentation system further has a cover, which is pivotable relative to the base module about a first axis of rotation and connected to the base module.
  • the cover allows the user to view the presentation system in three to put different states of each other in order to adapt the presentation system by appropriate orientation in a simple manner to different applications and situations in the customer conversation.
  • the cover rests on the inside of its main surface on the base module monitor. This makes it easy to protect the display of the base module monitor from harmful external influences, such as from strong sunlight or moisture, but also from objects that touch the display and possibly scratch it or even break it.
