Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Tragevorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1.The present invention relates to a carrying device according to claim 1.

Such a carrying device is for example off WO 2005/025383 A2 known. It comprises a receiving body with an upper edge, a lower edge and two opposite side edges. In addition, the carrying device has a carrying harness system with a hip belt, two shoulder straps and a chest strap. The hip belt is adapted to enclose the hips of the wearer. It has an upper edge which is connected to the lower edge of the receiving body such that the receiving body is centered substantially centrally above the waist belt. An upper end of each shoulder belt is connected to an upper corner of the receiving body and a lower end of each shoulder belt is connected to the receiving body below the upper end of the shoulder belt such that each shoulder belt forms a loop. The chest strap is slidably connected to the shoulder straps at each of its ends. Furthermore, the carrying device has a head part comprising an upper edge, a lower edge and two opposite side edges, wherein the lower edge of the head part is fixed to the upper edge of the receiving body such that the head part is centered substantially above the receiving body. In addition, loop-shaped fastening elements are attached to each upper corner of the head part, wherein the fasteners are held by means of releasable fasteners on the chest strap.

Such a construction provides a carrying device in which a baby or toddler can be held between the receiving body and optionally the back or chest of the wearer, the required pressing force being generated by closing and correspondingly engaging the shoulder straps, waist belt and chest belt be set. However, a major disadvantage of this carrying device is that it is not adaptable to the size of the baby or child to be accommodated in the carrying device. For example, newborns may sink or sag in the receiving body while the area of the back of large infants is no longer sufficiently supported.

Eine andere Tragevorrichtung ist aus US 5 205 450 A1 bekannt.Another carrying device is off US 5,205,450 A1 known.

The aim of the invention is therefore to overcome these and other disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a carrying device of the type mentioned, which is adapted to take toddlers from birth to infancy, with an orthopedic correct support for both Toddler, as well as for the wearer should be guaranteed. Ausgestaltungen sind Gegenstand der Ansprüche 2 bis 18.Main features of the invention are specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. Embodiments are the subject of claims 2 to 18.

The present invention provides a carrying device with a receiving system for accommodating a baby or toddler, wherein the receiving system has a receiving body formed such that at least a portion of the back of a child is receivable and / or supportable in this, and with a carrying harness system for mounting the receiving system on a person. According to the receiving body is designed such that its height is variable.

By this height adjustment, the receiving body can always be optimally adapted to the size of the baby or toddler to be accommodated in the carrying device so that babies can be carried in the carrying device from birth to infancy, ie, for example, to approximately 20 kg.

The receiving body is at least partially preferably a cloth or upholstery-like receiving body which is suitable for adapting to the body shape of that region of the back of the baby or toddler, which is accommodated in the receiving body or which is supported by it becomes.

To realize the height adjustability of the receiving body, the carrying device has at least one extension element which can be positioned on the receiving body in such a way that the receiving body is lengthened in the vertical direction by the extension element. The extension element is advantageously also cloth and / or upholstery designed to ensure an adaptability to the body of the infant even in this.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the extension element can be releasably secured to the receiving body. If a larger toddler in the carrying device to be worn, the extension element is positioned on the receiving body to extend the latter. If the toddler, on the other hand, is still very small, hence a baby, the extension element is simply omitted, pulled in or folded in.

According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the extension element is formed integrally with the receiving body, wherein it is adjustable between at least two positions, namely a first position in which the height of the receiving body is not increased by this, and a second position, in the the height of the receiving body is increased by the extension element. The extension element is preferably from the first position to the second position foldable and vice versa. Alternatively, the extension element can be rolled up or down from the first position to the second position, or vice versa.

Advantageously, a fastening device is provided to fix the extension element in its first position. The fastening device may for example have a zipper and / or push buttons and / or hook and loop fasteners. In the case of hook-and-loop fasteners comprising barb surfaces and loop surfaces, the carrying device preferably has covering means with which hook-and-loop closure regions, in particular the barb surfaces, can be covered. The cover means prevent contact of the child with disturbing Velcro areas, so that the child's seat in the receiving body is more comfortable.

In order to adapt the shape of the receiving body of the carrying device even better to the size of the baby or toddler to be accommodated in the carrying device and to increase both safety and wearing comfort, the carrying device advantageously comprises a seat reduction device. This is preferably positionable on the receiving body, that a baby or a toddler is taken higher and thus in an elevated position in the receiving body.

Similar to the receiving body and the extension element and the seat reduction device is at least partially cloth and / or upholstery-like, so that they can adapt to the elastic shape of the female to be absorbed by her Kleinkindbereiches.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the seat reduction device is releasably attachable to the receiving body and can be positioned or omitted as needed on the receiving body.

According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the seat reduction device is formed integrally with the receiving body, wherein it is adjustable between at least two positions, namely a first position in which it reduces the seat of the toddler in the receiving body, and a second position, in they do not reduce the seat of the toddler in the receiving body. In the latter case, the seat reduction device is preferably designed such foldable that it can be stowed in its second position, so that it does not affect the function of the carrying device. For folding the seat reduction device, this preferably has predetermined fold lines, for example in the form of color-contrasting seams or the like, which assist a person folding them. For stowing the seat reduction device, the receiving body advantageously has a pocket, which preferably comprises closure elements for closing the same.

The carrying harness system of the carrying device according to the invention preferably has a shoulder strap with shoulder straps. The shoulder strap device advantageously comprises at least one adjustment device for changing the shoulder strap length, so that the shoulder strap device can be adapted to the physique and the size of the wearer. For cushioning the shoulders, the shoulder belt device furthermore preferably has shoulder pad sections, wherein the shoulder belt device advantageously has at least one adjusting device for changing the effective position of the shoulder pad sections, so that a support of the carrying device that is comfortable for the wearer is made possible.

The shoulder straps preferably have closure elements for opening and closing the shoulder straps, wherein the closure elements are advantageously secured by a securing device, which prevent immediate release of the shoulder straps after opening a closure element. In this way, it can be ensured that a child held in the carrying device does not fall directly out of the carrying device after the closure elements have been released on the shoulder straps. The securing device may be formed, for example, loop-like, in such a way that the closure elements of the shoulder straps after releasing the same hang on the loop-like security device. The shoulder straps are then indeed already solved by the side tabs on the receiving body. However, the child held by the carrying device can not fall out yet.

Furthermore, the carrying harness system of the carrying device according to the invention preferably comprises a hip belt device with a hip belt. The hip belt device advantageously comprises at least one closure element for opening and closing the same, wherein the at least one closure element is also advantageously secured by a securing device of the type described above, which prevents an immediate release or opening of the hip belt after opening the closure element.

In addition, the carrying harness system of the carrying device according to the invention advantageously comprises a chest strap device with a chest strap, which is preferably attached to the shoulder device.

By a harness system with a shoulder strap, a hip belt and a chest strap device both the safety and the comfort of the carrying device according to the invention are optimized.

Furthermore, the carrying device according to the present invention preferably comprises a head part, which supports the head and / or the neck of the child received in the carrying device and / or serves as an awning. The head part is preferably formed cloth and / or upholstery and releasably or firmly connected to the receiving body. Advantageously, the head part has fastening elements which can be positioned on the carrying harness system in order to position the head part in a predetermined manner, wherein the fastening elements are preferably designed such that they can tension or gather the head part. The latter can be realized, for example, by using elastic bands or the like as fastening elements. Also advantageous are receiving elements for receiving the fasteners on the harness system, in particular arranged on the shoulder straps.

These are preferably formed on the shoulder straps and movably positioned to position the headboard in different positions and possibly to be able to tension, wherein the receiving elements are designed such that they can be fixed optionally at a selected position on the harness or on the shoulder belt, so that she can not be moved. Fig. 1 is a rear view of a first embodiment of a carrying device according to the invention, which is generally designated by the reference numeral 10. The carrying device 10 comprises a receiving system with a receiving body 12, in which at least a portion of the back of a small child is receivable.

The receiving body 12 is made of a stable, one or two-ply fabric or cloth-like, malleable and slightly elastic material and has substantially a rectangular or trapezoidal shape with an upper edge 14, a lower edge 16 and two opposite side edges 18 and 20. In the present embodiment, it consists of three sections formed integrally with one another and arranged one above the other, namely a main section 22, an extension section 24 arranged above the main section 22 and a terminating section 26 arranged above it.

At the line-shaped transitional areas between the main portion 22 and the extension portion 24 and between the extension portion 24 and the termination portion 26, there is provided a cramped zipper strip 28, 30, the zipper strips 28 and 30 being juxtaposed and secured together in cooperation with a zipper slider 32 can be as it is in Fig. 3 is shown. In the in Fig. 1 however, the zipper strips 28 and 30 are spaced apart so that the extension portion 24 increases the overall height of the receiving body 12 by the height h of the extension portion 24. In the upper region of the main portion 22, which essentially serves to receive the toe area of the infant, a plurality of darts 34 are provided, which give the main portion 22 a slight hollow shape, so that the child sits anatomically correct as in a preformed pocket and slightly thighs the thighs are. To increase the comfort of the receiving body 12 may be additionally padded in areas 23, in particular so that the thighs of the child get no pressure points.

On the sides of the receiving body 12 is each an elongated padded flap 36, on which the closure elements 68 of the shoulder straps 62 are attached. In the end portion of the receiving body 12 is an in Fig. 1 not shown pocket incorporated, which is accessible from the upper edge 14 of the receiving body 12. This bag is used for stowing a head part 110, which in Fig. 7 is shown.

At the lower edge 16 of the receiving body 12, a hip belt device 40 is attached substantially centrally. The waist belt device 40 comprises a base body 42 which is made of an elongated, rectangular fabric material and in places padded with foam, neoprene or a similar stabilizing material, whereby a good weight transfer to the hips of the wearer and a high wearing comfort are ensured.

To ensure the mobility of the base body 42, this is divided by vertical dart 44 into several parts. Two wing-like cutouts 46 at the lower edge of the base body 42 improve the anatomical fit and form when worn from the stomach corresponding bulges for the thighs of the wearer, if he wants to kneel or set.

Furthermore, the hip belt device 40 comprises a hip belt 48 which extends along the base body 42 and is held thereon. The waist belt 48 can be releasably secured to a person's waist by means of a closure member 50. The closure element 50 comprises two closure members 52 and 52 which are attached to the free ends of the waist belt 48 and can be engaged with each other in the manner of a connector. In order to prevent an immediate release of the hip belt 48 after opening the closure element 50, the hip belt device 40 comprises a safety device 56 in the form of a loop through which the closure member 54 is guided when closing the closure element 50, before it is engaged with the closure member 52 becomes. If the closure members 52 and 54 are subsequently separated from each other, then the closure member 54 remains attached to the loop-shaped safety device 56, so that the through the hip belt device 40 realized attachment to the hip of the wearer is not solved immediately. In this way, it is to be prevented that when the hip belt device 40 is opened, the baby accommodated in the receiving body 12 of the carrying device 10 can fall out.

Regardless of all this, the hip belt device 40 has an adjusting device 58, which in the present case is formed integrally with the closure member 52 of the closure element 50. With the aid of the adjusting device, the length of the hip belt 48 can be changed in a known manner in order to adapt it to the physique and the size of the wearer.

The carrying device 10 further comprises a shoulder strap device 60 with shoulder straps 62, which are fastened laterally to the upper edge 14 of the closure section 26 of the receiving body 12. Laterally at the upper edge 14, there are further secured two shoulder pad portions 65 which extend below the shoulder straps 62 and provide for a comfortable fit of the carrier 10 on the shoulders of the wearer.

As it is in particular in Fig. 3 can be seen well, 62 closure members 66 are arranged at the end of each shoulder belt. These closure members 66 may be releasably engaged with corresponding closure members 68 which are secured to tabs 36 projecting laterally from the main portion 22 of the receiving body 12. When the closure members 66 and 68 are engaged with each other, the shoulder straps 62 each form the shape of a loop which can be pulled over an arm and placed over the shoulder of the wearer.

Like the hip belt 48, the shoulder belt device 60 is also provided with safety devices 69 in order to prevent immediate opening of the loops after the closure elements 66, 68 have been opened. Each safety device 69 has the form of a loop through which the closure member 66 must be guided when closing the closure, before it is brought into engagement with the closure member 68. If the closure members 66 and 68 are subsequently separated from one another, then the closure member 66 remains attached to the loop-like safety device 69, so that the shoulder strap loops can not open immediately. In this way it is prevented that the baby or toddler accidentally fall out when removing the support device 12.

Integral with each closure member 66 is a first adjustment device 70, with the aid of which the length of each shoulder belt 62 can be changed individually. Another adjusting device 72 is provided at the other end of each shoulder belt 62.
